Costume Description/Image: Geoffrey usually wears a uniform from the Metro Transit Authority in Washington D.C. or the Shell gas station.

Personality: Geoffrey is warm, charming, and friendly to everyone he meets on all walks of life. He is also a very humble man. He is known to wisecrack with people he is a close acquaintance of.

History: Geoffrey was born and raised in Washington, D.C. Very few times has he ever stepped foot outside of the city. His mother was a jazz singer turned music teacher. His father disappeared when he was young and he never knew him. During his childhood he excelled as a running back in pop warner football leagues, eventually becoming a star high school athlete. He also studied the art of Kung-Fu and Tai-Chi with his uncle. Despite a proud history of excellence, his family was constantly impoverished and he had to remain constantly employed. While he was teaching martial arts for a period of time, he was a sensei to a young Jefferson Harker. Nowadays he splits time at a Shell gas station in Seat Pleasant and as a train operator/maintainence man for the DC Metro. He volunteers at a center for troubled and at-risk youth, in attempts to keep them away from gang life. One day, he met up again with his old student Jefferson Harker, while he was patrolling the streets as Arsenal. He immediatley recognized the man behind the mask and the two reaffirmed their bond. Geoffrey now lives in and maintains Harker's home, tucked away into the woods in Rock Creek Park. He also provides him with a training and diet regimen as well as spiritual and moral support. Geoffrey is of great use to Arsenal due to his longtime connection to the streets of the inner city and he always seems to know something about what is going on.

Powers: If Geoffrey has any powers it is street knowledge and his ability to talk people into a trust where he can find out small seemingly insignificant fragments of information as to what is going down on the streets.

Weapons: Geoffrey walks with a cane. Not out of necessity, but for defense purposes. He also has a gun under the counter at his gas station.
