Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Re: A little recruitment
Hound finally stopped running, he fought to catch his breath, he was in good shape, but he was no speedster, and he didn't have super human endurance. All the years hunting for his meals gave him good speed for a human, but he was only human in that regard. Hound turned to see if anyone was chasing him. Nope, he was in the clear. He gazed into the distance, to a normal person the barn was hardly in view, but to the tracker, Hound, he could still see it as clear as if he was only a few feet away from it. One of his few mutant perks was his amazing vision.
He could still see it burning away out of control. No one was following him, or in fact even looking at him. They were all still fighting each other with out a care in the world. It was excellent news he wasn't being chased by seven super villains. After all, any day you don't get stabbed, tortured, killed, or have your soul broken into pieces and turned into a soul sword, is a good day in Hound's life. Despite it all, he was still disappointed.
He had gone to great lengths to prepare for battle, hatched a cunning plan and was poised to pounce on his prey when he was forced to abandon all his plans. It was all thanks to an annoying little brat with a sword too long for practical use. The kid was clearly over compensating for a small... no, no, too obvious a joke. Hound would take the high road. His hair looked stupid. Stupid face. No, not just stupid, a jerk face. Yes he had the face of a jerk.
In all seriousness, Hound had failed completely, no information on any of the villains, other than a few names, he didn't capture any of them. In fact, it was almost as if he never actually showed up, which was lame, because he did. Hound looked around, maybe there was a kiosk that sold shirts nearby that said "I went to a super hero free for all brawl and all I got was this crappy T-shirt."
His only consolation prize was that he blew up an entire barn in the face of the guy who ruined it. If Hound was truly lucky, the boy was dead. If he was unlucky, the boy was now missing his eyebrows, which would make him look even sillier. That was at least something, and Hound would happily accept it.
The tracker turned his back to the fire and began a leisure walk to the highway, he was getting hungry and wanted to get to a town as soon as possible. Pancakes. Hound wanted pancakes, big, fluffy, blue berry pancakes with butter, and syrup.

Re: A little recruitment
((I approve you WC Hound, now you should read over the experience section then make a page for Hound so you can start adding up all of the XP you get from your quests or certain topics. Also if you haven't already, I suggest reading over this as well.))

Re: A little recruitment
His attempt at damaging the puppet was more than a success. Not only did it suffer a great amount of damage, but the smoking body would most likely reveal the mechanisms on the inside. The internal structure would be so much easier to damage than the outer. Not only that, but he made a clear observation. If a single round could damage the puppet to this amount... how easy would it be to destroy it completely? If he were to use the charged bolt he held in his hand right now... how much would it hurt? The strength of his powers were still unknown to him. Like a foreign device, he had no idea the intensity at which he could control his abilities. Despite the years and years he trained, his powers seemed to have no limit. In a triumphant daze, he snapped back into reality with the smell of smoke. It wasn't the smoke from the puppet, but from elsewhere. Could it be a fire? It didn't take long for Master Mind to find out the place of its coming. Fires from the barn were spreading outward to the fields. It didn't necessarily change anything, but he would have to be on the look out. Otherwise, Victor could use it to his advantage.
Still charging the bolt in his hand, he continued his circle as Victor and his puppet made their attack. What surprised him wasn't the fact that they had attacked, but the level of their coordination. Perhaps Victor and the puppet shared a kind of mind-link to which they could talk back and forth with. Or maybe Victor was controlling it? He'd have to make further observations as the fight continues. Amassing a large quantity of electrical power in his hand, the sheer power of the bolt could certainly tear the strongest human apart limb from limb with ease. But to a thing such as the puppet and a villain such as Victor, the results would differ greatly. Nevertheless, he had to find a way to dodge the upcoming attack. They were coming from both sides, and he had a gut-feeling that the puppet was faster than Victor. He needed an escape route.
A few seconds before Victor and his puppet would reach opposite sides of him, he pointed the bolt downwards. "Tally ho!" As he unleashed the power of the bolt downwards, the electrical energy focused on a single area below him. Thrusting him upwards and above the needle that sought to impale him, he held both his hands downwards as he continued to accumulate electrical energy to fire off. He was now several meters higher in the air, and no way in hell was he going to fall down. The only problem was... was that he couldn't fly. His powers couldn't maintain, or even sustain the amount of energy needed for flight. In fact, to fly using electrokinetic energy was almost completely improbable. But to apply thrust below him for a jump? That was possible. Moving forward and out of the way, he slowly stopped fueling the bolt with the electrokinetic energy required to move farther. And as he slowed down, he moved forward and soared to the ground approximately 15 meters away from Victor and his puppet. Landing with a roll, he quickly stood up on his feet ready to fight. It was just like his training. Only this time the electrical energy spent on the movement would have something to attack as well. The electrokinetic bolt would certainly have damaged the ground... and hopefully Victor and his puppet as well.
But he wasn't going to stop there, he lifted up his other gun and shot wild-shots into the area that Victor and his puppet were at. Of course the shots were also electrically-charged with each of their own electrically charged orbs. Sending one round to the ground five meters before him, the explosion would result in a smoke-based cover. If anything, he at least wasn't going to let them see him. After he had shot the rounds, Master Mind darted to the left of the smoke into the cover of the fields. Luckily, the fire hadn't spread to this part of the fields, and hopefully Victor didn't notice him go into the fields. That would completely ruin the plan, no? Generating electro-kinetic energy around his hands and feet, he had a feeling that this fight was about to get a little more up-close and personal.
At the end of this day, one shall stand, one shall fall!, he quoted in a thought, amusing himself.
