Got it Sul, thanks for the input. I'll add all those details with the update of his history. Until then, this is still a WIP.

All the details have been added, and the history has been written. Anything else need to be fixed?

The Puppet would be 2 Points over the Stat limit if he inherits Vincent's Intelligence, Energy Projection, and Fighting Skills.

It doesn't have Victors regeneration, so no EP. He doesn't have INT or FS, he is controlled by Victor's. So that only puts him at 12 points. Even if he kept Victor's intellect and fighting skills he would only have 20 points anyway.

I figured the Gas would be an EP based power but I suppose it can be a physical mechanism trigger within the Puppet rather than an Energy Based Power, per se. I suppose that would work. But I'm going to nit-pick at the Abilities.

Your sword can block Level 6 Blows without breaking, that seems quite significant ability for a sword. It doesn't appear to be of supernatural origin, especially since it isn't anything large but is thinner, A Katana. The Current Strength rate for Level 4 and 5 Strength are several hundred Tons of pressure. If you know a Katana that can withstand that damage I'd like to see it. Otherwise this Weapon will need to be more of an enchanted sword.

Your Poison cloud says it will kill people just for breathing that have 1-2 Durability. Granted, you're making a villain that wants to kill people. And will be using it to kill. But this Cloud seems like a widespread area attack, and there are several characters on the Boards that are Normal people. They don't want to die just by breathing. That would seem quite OP. I would change this to Knocked out Unconscious.

Needles that pierce a Level 5 Durability. . . . The current description of the Level 5 durability is that bullets would have a hard time piercing that level. Let alone a Needle launcher that shoots at an Incredibly slower rate than a bullet, especially when these Darts are a Foot long in length. I find the penetration of these to be highly unlikely of a level 5 Durability rate, even if they're durable & fast.

It is powered by my INT. I can't have to name a katana that would be as strong as it, I'm pretty sure none exists xD. If our weapons had to had to have real equivalents then they would suck =/, but it is much more then just a enchanted sword.

Of course I have to follow the 'No killing law' just like everyone else. As a murder, I'd like to keep it the way it is, for NPC reasons, like if I wanna kill a group of civilians, ya know? It also only spreads 6 feet by 3 feet, so its not that widespread of a attack.

I lowered it so that they can only pierce level 4 durability, is that ok?

Sorry, problem on my fault I've been misunderstanding Intelligence's use in Physical weapons. But I've figured it out now. The swords okay, the rest are okay as long as ya don't godmode with the Poison cloud on Players.
