Personality: Patient. Victor is a thinker, and spends most of his time in his own head, over evaluating every situation. He is a mastery battle strategist and has been known for making it out of the impossible. Being pushed by his immense amount of determination, Victor can accomplish almost anything he puts him mind too. After undergoing experiments preformed by Project Perfection, Victor’s ability to feel remorse was almost completely wiped out. In some ways he considers this a gift because it makes his job as an assassin easier, but it has also effected the was Victor handles relationships, which has a lot to do with why he has secluded himself from the public. It is because of this trait that Victor is known to be ruthless, bloodthirsty, cunning and ambitious. He doesn't work to well with others, because always has to do things his way, but he can be a great leader to those willing to follow.

When Victor speaks he is very sinister and dark, but at the same time wise. Vincent is a very intelligent man, and likes to talk in riddles; similar to a poet. He has the ability to think and process information far quicker then any mere man, but even as vicious as he is, Victor still has a lot of pride and honor. He believes in a fair fight, and that, that is the only way to test someone’s true potential. However after spending so much time doing calculations in his head, Victor has come to the conclusion that the world is entering a new era. An era where 'Super human' are the dominant species. To Vincent, only the strong can survive, and the weak will perish in order for his new ‘Era’ to become a reality.

Powers:

High Super-human Intelligence

Black belt in Kenjustu; a Japanese fighting style primarily based around wielding a Katana. Victor has also been trained in a few Japanese hand-to-hand fighting styles.

Telekinesis:
In addition to his intelligence increasing, Victor was given the ability to move objects with his mind from the experiments at Project Perfection. Victor can lift up too one thousand pounds at once, but must be fully concentrating on that object to do so (Same thing if he were to hold two objects up that both weighed five hundred pounds.). Even though Victor has the strength to lift an average human’s weight, with their strength pushing against his, he cannot hold people still or lift them off the ground unless the person has less then two strength. (3 EP)

In addition to being able to push and pull objects, Victor can move himself with this ability allowing him to levitate, and fly for short distances. However while levitating, Victor has a hard time using his telekinesis on other objects, which cuts he’s total weight limit in half. Vincent also uses this power to control his puppets movements, and his items. (pseudo flight -1 powerpoint)

Items:

Katana:
Victor's oldest and most favored possession. It is a long and thin blade made out of the toughest and lightest materials found on earth. It is about four and a half feet in length, but less then an inch in width. The blade has enough durability to match blows with someone at level six strength and enough power to injure someone at level six endurance. Though Victor doesn’t have the physical strength to hold up against someone at those levels; the sword itself can only match them.

Spoiler:

Crimson Eye (Bloody Venom):
A specially designed drug made by Victor Vincent. The drug’s effect may vary depending on the strength of the specific user’s immune system, but to an average human it enhances their brain cells, allowing them to do things that push past normal human limitations. While under the effects of this drug the user will find that his body is nearly completely numb to all feeling; including pain, and that his normal strength and endurance are practically doubled. (+1 to STR and END temporally; has no effect other then the numbness if the user already has superhuman strength or endurance.)

It is similar to a steroid, but far more advanced, with twice as many casualties. While it enhances brain cells initially, over the course of many years subjects will find that it also enhances their aging factor. To someone who regularly took Crimson Eye for over a year, they would have lost over fifth teen years of their life span. To someone who has taken it only a few times, it would only shed a few months. While most people would never want to lose years of their life, some of the scum that buy it off of the black market find that a few years of power and glory is worth it.

The drug comes in a small blue/red vial, and is taking by being sprayed directly into the subject’s eye. It comes out as a faint red mist, and enters the brain through the optic cord in the back of the eye. It’s effect last for little over an hour and a half, and after it’s duration is complete some of the brain cells that were enhanced die off, causing the user to suffer massive mind grains until they can rest it off.

Puppet- Deception:

Puppet Details:
Name: Deception
Height: 5,5
Weight: 52lbs
Race: Puppet
Material: Specially made re-enforced wood capable of with standing blows from even super-human level attacks
Gender: Male (Appearance wise...)
Eyes: Golden, Brown
Hair: Black/Gray
Appearance:

Spoiler:

Additional info: Deception is carried in a black satchel bag that Victor carries around with him. Victor can dislocate his puppet at it's joints to break him down into a smaller pieces so he can fit in the bag, and then re-attach him using his telekinesis ability.

Powergrid:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Puppets Items:

Gray Mist:
A very deadly poison the is shout out from the puppet’s mouth. This poison has the capabilities of killing normal humans, and hurting even super-humans. When the poison enters a normal humans system it attacks their nervous system, and shuts down the brains ability to send waves to other parts of the body. However, this effect can be easily fought off by someone with enough will power, but it still makes it harder for them to breathe, causes watery eyes/vision obscurity, and in most some cases slows down reflexes for a short period of time. All of these effects strength and duration are determined by how long/much poison was breathed in and the afflicted targets endurance, or ability to fight off toxins.

One canister of this poison shoots out six feet in length and about three feet in width. The poison is a think purple cloud that cannot be seen through by the human eye, but it clears quickly, only lasting roughly fifth teen seconds. Deception carries twelve canisters at a time, and they are hidden down his throat. When Victor wants him to use one his jaw snaps open, and the toxin is released through his mouth.

Hidden Needle Launcher:
Hidden in the wrist of Victor's puppet, these needles are very durable, and sharp. They are shot out of the center of Deception’s palm at the speed of a bullet, with enough power to cause injuries to level five durability. Any stronger and they have a hard time piercing anything past the skin.

Measuring at twelve inches in length and one inch in width, they are the perfect size to fit in the fore-arm of Deception. They are lined up in sets of seven, and form a circle just like a ‘revolver’ clip, with the seventh needle falling in the middle. Each arm has its own set, and a back up just in case.

History
Victor's childhood was far a bad one. In fact it was ideal to most. He was born into a very wealthy family, and was given anything and everything he could ever ask for by his parents. At the age of five, Victor was enrolled into one of the most exclusive, and expensive private schools. He flew through the grades with ease, and even skipped a few along the way. Learning came easy to Victor; he was a born genius, and a good hearted kid, just always misunderstood because he was very mischievous. When Victor got into high school, he met another kid who was like him. His name was Steven Skiba, and he wasn’t an average human. His physical attributes far exceeded human limits, and he was abnormally intelligent. Their minds thought alike and processed information the same way which is why they were able to get along so well. Victor lived his seemingly normal life; never knowing the reason why his parents had so much money. He was always told his father was a ‘business man’, but they never said what business he was in. It wasn’t until several years later in his life that Victor found out his parents were high ranking officers in the abandoned military project known as ‘Project Perfection’.

When Victor and Steven graduated high school at the ages of sixteen, neither of them were inspired to go to college. Victor had the crazy idea of being a superhero, and stopping crime just like they did in the comics. And at first it wasn’t taken seriously, but after they actually though about it, they realized they could make that dream a reality. With Steven’s superhuman body, and their combined intelligence influencing them, they decided they could be regular crime fighters. So they both left home and went to Chicago to start. For Steven it was easy to run away. He was an orphan and never really had much of a family, but Victor was convinced his parents would come after him. And he was right, though it took them much longer then expected. Already a year had past, and Victor and Steven had their own small place of operations. A small hide out in Chicago where they stored various nifty items to aid them in their heroics. Then, on what seemed like any other night, Victor was attacked and abducted by two Project Perfection subjects. Steven was on his own patrol when it happened, and they were two powerful superhumans. Victor didn’t have a chance to fight back, and was put on a plane that flew half way across the globe, until he reached a remote island. On the island was an underground laboratory that Project Perfection used to run experiments on their test subjects. When Victor woke up, he was strapped into a tank of water, and saw a group of scientist running tests from the computer hooked up to his brain. He’s brain waves were off the charts with all the thoughts running through his mind, but that was just the beginning. Two more scientists entered the room, and walked up to his tank with smirks on their faces. At first Victor wouldn’t believe it, but there was no denying that the two scientists in front of him were his parents. They explained to Victor that this was to be his destiny; that he was breed for this. Without wasting anymore time then had Victor put to sleep, and they began their experiments.

When Victor woke up again, he’s head felt like it was about to explode. All the thoughts that were running through his at the speed of light were unbearable. The experiments were technically a ‘success’, but the damage it cause to Victors mind made him unstable. The experiment was meant to enhance Victors brain cells drastically, but they had no idea what that boost knowledge would to do his mind. When Victor awoke, he remembered everything, and it tore his brain in two. The line between right and wrong was broken, and Victor’s ‘good heart’ was replaced a black hole. His own mind became a torment, and started twisting him up inside until all the good that was left in him was dead. In addition to his brain’s thought processes being enhanced, the experiments gave Victor’s brain the ability to push and pull things- telekenisis. Normally Project Perfection wiped the mind of their subjects and make them nothing but a drone, but due do Victor’s special relation, they wanted to keep his memories in tack. Hoping that he would be the perfect soldier, and obey orders willingly. But Victor hated his parents for what they did. The minute he was released from his tank, he blew up in a frenzy, killing numerous Project Perfection scientist. Including his own parents. After that, he took one of their helicopters and returned to the United States. Upon his return, Victor realized that he wasn’t just missing for a few days, or even months. He had been gone over five years, and everything around him was different. During the next few months Victor fell into seclusion, while trying to adapt to the new world. He began using all of his time to create weapons, but these were far more sophisticated then the ones he made all those years ago with Steven. And this time, he wouldn’t use his weapons to help people. Now he was playing for the other team. He went out and stole money and expensive items to sell so he could continue on his work. Once he made the weapons he desired, Victor became an assassin. Killing for power, women, or money, it didn’t matter to him, just as long as he was being paid. At some point through this line of work Victor met an alien named Nightkill. Long story short, Nightkill was a million dollar mastermind. He wasn’t your average villain, but he gave Victor work so he never complained. After they worked together for little while, they decided to restart the old villain organization SCAR. With the help of it’s former leader Chaos, SCAR was resurrected. However only a few months later, Chaos was declared dead after a fight with the great superhero ‘Pain’. After this, Nightkill left SCAR to start a new organization, and gave up on SCAR and set his eyes on a different organization. One that he is very familiar with, and knows a lot about, Project Perfection.

Awesome, I'm loving this character.

For the most part your powers are fine, but mind reading can only work on some one with intelligence that is inferior to your EP stat. However some one with 3 int could resist it since the gap is only 1, but most characters do not have high intelligence anyway.

You will only be allowed to control one puppet at a time and while you're using the puppet your own abilities will be very limited. How do you control them? Strings? Mentally? Elaborate on that please. If they're controlled by a string, them having speed as a stat doesn't make much sense. In that case the only stats they should have are Str, Dur, and EP.

I'd also like to know what all of your puppets look like.

You state that your super speed allows you to reach mach 5 speeds. Level 5 speed only allows mach 1 speeds.

Thanks. I added the part about people with high intelligence can break out, and went into more detail about how each puppet is controlled. They are controlled mentally, but to make it easier on Victor, he controls each puppet differently. Tank with his left hand, Support with his right hand/mind, and Controller is controlled by his mind. He controls the puppets both with both of his powers together. Tank is controlled strictly on telekinisis. Controller is one hundred percent controlled telepathically while in combat, which is the reason he keeps his speed. Victor tells him to move his body, so he retains his speed. Support is moved by telekinisis but is controlled also telepathically, Vincent moves him with his right hand, but his abilities are activated telepathically. I hope that makes sense, if it doesn't just let me know and I'll try and re-word it. As for the puppets appearances I haven't found suitable matches yet. They will be added soon though, along with his history.

I picture Tank looking like this, but more of a dark green and more frankenstein monsterish since it's made out of bodies and all.

(no idea who the artist is, i just found this on google earlier today.)

EDIT: I really really like the character so far, but with an int of 1 which is below average, how exactly does he create the puppets?

Nice picture dawg.

I was assuming they were based on his EP instead of Int. Either way, one of those stats need to be raised a little higher. I don't think 4 is nearly enough to have such an awesome power.

Would it be ok if I changed it so that when I'm moving I can only make one of my puppets attack but I can make two attack if I'm immobile why doing so? This way if I try to use multiple puppets at a time I'm immobilized and open to attacks. So in other words if I want to move, only one of my puppets can attack at a time. If thats not alright, which I'll understand if its not then I'll just edit my puppets and only have one but make him slightly better, or maybe give myself another power. Just let me know whats up, alright?

I have a little disagreement with the Statsheets. 2 EP for a Summoner of two creatures at once is extremely low, even if your feet are planted on the ground, the two Summons can protect your char in a 3 vs 1 easily. Contrary to popular belief, it isn't easy to fight off several opponents at once.

Secondly, I have a problem with your Summon's powers. He has 0 EP, but has an ability to Poison gas the entire room out of its mouth. I think it's a bit abusing of the statsheet to make him have powerful strength/duration/speed and skip that vital detail. Either he has Strength, speed, and endurance.. Or he has powers. But IDK about both, something would have to be sacrificed.

As well, is this "Deception" summon is the only one you have? Remember to be clear about all your abilities if you have other summons.

I probably wouldnt have a problem with you having two Summons if you decreased your stats for 6 EP.

I only have the one puppet now, Deception. And he isn't powered by my EP at all. He is a item technically and is powered by my INT, as well as his items. I get what you saying about his poison and his PG though, I will make both of those more balanced. Do you think straight 4s for speed strength and endurance is cool for someone with 6 INT? Deception is my only puppet and he isn't summoned at all, I just haven't added that he is carried on my back at all times, I'll make that point clear.

I didn't think it through that the Rings/fingers could possibly not be an EP, but an Intelligence skill. You're right, in some cases like with gadgets/technology, and in this instance, rings/items, they're intelligence based. My fault... I think your History, when you're done completing it, should show how he got these rings.

He's carried on your back? Meaning he's small and Lightweight? Like what, 3 feet tops? And if he has all 4's, and 6 Intelligence, He'll be over the stat chart limits by 4 Points. Something will have to give.

I did, however, overlook your regenerative properties which is probably what your 2 EP is actually for. If you regenerate with 2 EP, it's a very slow healing factor. FYI. You won't be able to be Healing the second the blow is inflicted, like Wolverine would, mid-fight.

Got it Sul, thanks for the input. I'll add all those details with the update of his history. Until then, this is still a WIP.
