Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Dante Alighieri - Drakontas
Real Name: Durante delgi Alighieri "Dante"
Super Hero/Villain/Renegade/etc Name: Drakontas
Title: Pope Durante I
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Age: 746
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Hair: White
Eyes: Blue/White when using powers
Height: 7"/ 2.1 meters
Weight: 250lbs/ 113.4 kg
Costume Description/Image: As Drakontas, Dante wears a menacing set of armor discovered from temples all across the world. The armor serves as his protection from more powerful superheroes. It contrasts to his normal clothing due to being completely black
Personality: The difference between Dante's demeanor as Pope and as Drakontas are not very different. Overall, when meeting new people, he is kind and gracious as anyone would expect from a Pope, he treats others with respect and even if one were his enemy, or one who does not share his belief, he will give them advice as he sees fit and attempt to give them enlightenment. He wears little robes, distasting the feel of such things, liking to wear things that were more free feeling to it. His anger does not come easily, but when it does his wrath is explosive. His thirst for knowledge has led him to use the same position he has for several hundred years. He wishes to keep the world out of his secret identity, for it would cause panic. Though some of his acts are evil, one cannot say that Dante himself is truly evil, but a man who searches for the light while walking in the darkness. He does not use his powers, either political, religious or magical, to gain monetary or material possessions, but finds and locates them himself.
History:
Powers: (Note: Some aren't technically powers but what he has and can do)
Genius Intellect: Coming from being old beyond belief, Dante has attained an insurmountable amount of knowledge, ranging from military, literature, mythological or arcane origins. He is skilled with his mind to make strategic plans on the fly with his powers.
Diplomatic Immunity: Due to his position in the Vatican, Dante has complete immunity from the laws of other countries besides the Vatican. Even if one were to know of his position, they would not be able to confine him within a prison.
Position: Because of Dante's position as Pope, organizations of the world who know of his identity do not wish to reveal it. Due to the massive amount of Catholic people around the world, the Pope being branded as a villain would cause world-wide panic. Propaganda and the riots that would start over this could possible turn the world to chaos. Thus if a hero were to attack Dante while he was not using his Drakontas persona, they would be branded by those who believe in God as evil.
Poet and Writer: Dante is an excellent poet and writer, known for his piece, The Divine Comedy.
Summoning Magic: Due to many years of experience, Dante has found and tamed several magical creatures to do his bidding. He is fully capable of calling upon the powers of the creatures in order to aid him in battle. Each of these summons go in order of power level from lvl 1 - 6. Dante is also only allowed to have a set amount of summons in a given time. Dante is also only allowed to use the amount of summons that their summoning levels equal 7 in total if he wants to use them in full quantity and quality. If they are any more than that the power of the summons are reduced and their numbers are also reduced.
Levels and Amount per summon:
1: 30
2: 15
3: 10
4: 5
5: 2
6: 1
List of known spells:
Butterflies: A form of Nature Druid Magic, used to spy on enemies or keep monitors on areas when he himself cannot be there. The butterflies aren't powerful, just like regular butterflies and are completely incapable of damaging Dante's opponents. Dante uses this spell also to distract opponents while he attacks with other methods of attack. Dante can summon 30 in a single instance.

Shades: A form of Gypsy magic which generates dark, slime-like energy that forms into what ever form he wishes. The result is a fighting force of minions about the same level as the above average human. Each of these shades can move by themselves and think for themselves, but they cannot go against Dante's orders. They can also be molded to contain items or weapons and can be molded to look like actual people rather than strange creatures. Though their bodies are fair, they are usually no match in single combat against skilled opponents. Their greatest trait is that they are nearly undetectable when they are in disguise (Meaning it is hard to identify them as not human). Dante can summon up to 15 Shades at a single time.

Army of Hades: A form of Shamanistic Greek magic that allows Dante to summon upon soldiers from the deepest depths of Hades. The soliders fly through the air like spectres and swarm at Dante's enemies. These specters are intangible to inorganic matter, able to pass through solid surfaces, but are tangible to organic matter (trees, humans, animals etc.). The special thing about the soldiers is not that they are intangible to some things, they cut the "soul" of an opponent rather than their physical body. These are mainly used against opponents with powerful defenses. Dante can summon 10 soldiers at a time.

Path of Hungry Ghosts: A Buddist Monk spell that allows Dante to call upon the prisoners of the Path of Hungry Ghosts. These skeleton like creatures burn with fire they have suffered through. Upon release, they vigorously move to find sources of energy and suck it out of them. Once their teeth make contact, whether they break the skin or not, they gain a stranglehold on the being's energy reserves. If left on over a period of time, the ghosts will eventually drain the being to exhaustion. Dante can summon 5 at a time.

However, the creature is not intelligent and is prone to simple tactics such as charging and smashing opponents.

History:
- Spoiler:
- Dante was born over seven centuries ago as Durante delgi Alighieri, known for his poetry and particularly his story, La Divida Comedia or the Divine Comedy. Over the course of his life, eventually he came to realize that he was running out of time. In actual truth, Dante wouldn't have been able to complete The Divine Comedy if he hadn't done what he did.
In a desperate attempt to give himself a little more time to finish his tale, Dante travelled to Greece, where he learned of magic of Faeries, who could grant the subject longer lasting life. Without any choice, Dante took the offer and was given an younger, better body in order to finish what he started. Upon completion, Dante laid down upon his deathbed and left the world without regret, or so he thought.
One fateful night, the true punishment of the magic was coming true. Dante arose from his grave, confused as to what was happening. However, the change was unexplainable, he had suddenly been brought back to life. In order to find answers, Dante rode to Greece once again and spoke to the same conjurer of the spell. It was revealed that the spell was actually a curse, a curse of long life. The terms of the curse was that he must live out a sentence of eternity, as well as being unable to kill himself or allow himself to be killed.
Since then, for the past seven centuries, Dante has been searching across the world for some kind of way to rid himself of his curse and die. He eventually came to the conlcusion that he needed to gain status in order to find the knowledge he seeked. As a result, Dante has served as Pope several times over the centuries, changing himself in order to avoid suspicion. Over the years he has travelled and used his resources to find clues as to possible links, along with it, he has learned several forms of magic which from several masters, who all said that it would help him later on.
Though, now Dante has come to power as his true form, allowing himself to be viewed by the public, for he knows now what he has been searching for has been found. Dante has now learned through a dreamstate vision that an event was happening, and that it was time for him to begin his quest for answers once again.

- Spoiler:
- Dante sat upon his throne during mass as they continued to talk about issues that they were having at the moment, tensions due to the recent events has caused the world to come to chaos. The priests and cardinals continued to speak of issue, some that have nothing to do with the issue they were currently discussing. Dante sat down, growing with impatience. Dante could not stand the constant bickering these "children" were having. Finally, Dante cleared his throat and stood up to tell them of his opinion on the matter. Almost instantly, the entire room became quiet as all attention went to Dante. Dante looked at each and every face in the room and then began to speak.
"Brothers, the world has come into turmoil now, we all know this, there is no denying it. But the way to take care of this issue is to take care of the people which live on it. There are many souls lost, either from this world or their own lives and we must guide them to the Holy Kingdom" Dante began "If those lost souls are left within the darkness, it is not them who is the sinners, but us, who could have, but didn't help them"
Many of the priests agreed with him, nodding their heads and murmuring. Some of them were in disagreement, but didn't say anything. It was obvious that all of the priests respected Dante, but they didn't like the fact that he would have accused of them as sinners. Dante looked at the reactions of the cardinals and then continued.
"I may look strong, but I am only mortal. We need to leave our mark on the world" Dante continued "We are all servants to God, but without guidance, they will never hear his word"
The priests concurred with Dante, who moved quickly out of the room, barely exchanging any glances, he was in a hurry. He moved faster, when he was alone he began to recite his lines.
"And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life. Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken" Dante recited, he had reached his room and stood in the middle of it. The shadows created by the fireplace and the light of the moon began to morph and envelop him. The shadows began to morph and it wasn't long till Dante was encased within an armor of shadows. Dante whipped his cape to the side, as he walked out of the room. "For dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return..."
