History: He grew up in New York. he was always impressed with fire, so he built a fire proof suit, he was a strong scientist but he became obsessed with his work, he was 37 when he went crazy trying to find a Solution to his problem. He created a Fire proof suit, it was not an impressive suit, but in 6 years he made a flame resistant coat, hat and pants, he fell into a Containment silo of chemicals. He learned over a course of two/Three years he was given the awesome power to create fire, and he could tame (control) it too.

That is indeed the wrong application. it is found in the character section under the name "Template". Note your stats can only go up to 6 right now, so use your 22 points to fill out each, only to 6 not 7 yet.
