We're in the Fifth Chapter of SHRPG.

This chapter revolves around the Harbingers and Project Perfection. Those groups are the "bad guys." They're going to attempt to take over the world, but groups like The Phantom's, and Tough Guys, and then any stray hero, or Renegade-hero that wants to help out, will do so.

If you need any more information then that, I suggest you contact a moderator like Doctor Necrodium, Archer Roland, Pain, The Black Arrow, Misses Blisses, or Captain Rinne.

It's the holiday's, though, so do not expect any information immediately. :] If I were you, I'd enjoy your holiday's and etc.

Hi, new user. I was looking through the forum and was just wondering about character creation. I think the twenty-two point goes into the stats, but do I just make up powers based on said stats, or do I go the other way. What EP level would something like teleportation require anyway? Any help will be appreciated.

22 points for your stats. The more potent you want your ability to be, the more points you put in it. Because if you have 2 Energy Projection Fire Blasts, it wont effect a character with 7 Durability.

Instant Teleportation is not permitted. Teleportation through use of Portals with Cooldowns ect is. The Instant Teleportation, Nightcrawler for example, is too easily exploited and is among a few other "overpowered" abilities. There are some EP-Based abilities that do not require Maximum EP to use. Example, breathing under water may only take 1-2, as it is a minor power.

Ok, so Teleportation isn't really a combat power. That makes sense. Are there any other powers that are banned? Other than mind control and god mode.
