Costume Description/Image:

Personality: Matt isn't exceptionally brave, but he is a far from selfish person who is willing to help complete strangers even when he isn't in costume. He tends to do things on a whim, not planning them through, which is actually how he got started as a super-hero. He tends to be a much more outgoing person when he assumes his alter ego, or when he is around people who know his secret identity.

History: Matt Miller never knew his parents; his father left when he was only six months old, and his mother fell into a depression that made her unable to take care of him. He was eventually adopted and led a fairly uneventful life until his powers developed when he was 17. After years of honing his abilities, he theorized that he must have inherited this power from his father. He became a super-hero in the hopes of attracting his father's attention.

Powers: Matt's only real power is the ability to teleport. He is able to teleport himself to anywhere within his field of vision, or anywhere he can picture in his mind. However, the farther away the destination is, the more it tires him to teleport to. He has not yet mastered the ability to teleport other people, though he can teleport small objects (Things smaller than his head).

Character Image/Description: Matt has short, dirty-blonde hair. He wears button-up shirts almost religiously, to the point where people who know him can identify him in crowds by the shirt he is wearing. While Matt is not very handsome, he is not ugly either, landing him somewhere in the 'average' camp. Looking at him, he looks more like a guy who's good about going to the gym than someone who's a super-hero; he has muscles, but they're not especially pronounced.

Roleplay Sample:

High above the city streets, there was a sound somewhere between a puff of air and an explosion. From a cloud of vapor that had appeared in the night air, a solitary figure stepped out onto a cold rooftop.

This is it, thought the Stranger, trying not to get too excited. My first night out. My first night in costume.

Slowly, the Stranger looked out over the streets of his city. He could see the snow. He could see the piercing night. He could see...

Snow? The Stranger looked around him. It soon dawned on him why he was so cold in July. Somehow, he hadn't teleported to the top of his apartment in New York City. Somehow, his powers had dragged him all the way to Alaska.

"Dammit."

You don't need that much EP for just teleportation.
