Sealed Off [OPEN]

Doctor Rolands walked along. "This gas we're walking in at the moment was designed to be a new sort of smoke grenades, capable of making enemy soldiers fall asleep. The tests failed, so I order the destruction of the gas and transport to a safe location, where it could be destroyed. The tests fail for some subjects, rats, not humans, we tested it on developed mutations, mostly cancers. But those were just a small number of subjects. However, the substance is also capable of mutating bacteria, possibly into more aggressive forms. That's why all the creatures that have been exposed to the gas, must be tracked down and contained, in order to examen the development of possible diseases." Alice looked around a bit. "That also includes any animals. I have ordered our own Hazmat team to exterminate all life within the contaminated sector. I also already called FEMA. Their teams are also already on their way."

Sakura stopped still and threw a punch at the doctors face with her right hand.
"If it's so dangerous why did you drive it through a densely populated area!?"

The Doctor just barely avoided the blow of Sakura but instinctively fired a beam of green lightning from her fingertips, potentially scarring Sakura's armour. Like a gun, that accidentally goes off. It was all very confusing. What to do now? Alice thought, Apologize that I hit this human with a beam that causes the magnetic flux density of molecules break down? Or continue with my story? Alice chose the second one. "It was an accident! The drivers were not supposed to take this road! But none of them knew the dangers. The cargo was classified!" She half shouted, half spoke.

"Did you at least tell them they were transporting something dangerous?" Mosh viewed the scene from above the pair, sitting with his legs hanging over fire escape they happened to be standing under now. His white hair hung listfully over his eyes, a small smirk on his face. "'Cause that's the first thing I'd mention if someone was carrying a big truck full of poison."

Sakura pointed up at the person above her.
"Exactly! He has a much better grip on the situation!" Sakura yelled "How are you going to go around explaining this!"
She paused and then looked above her.
"And you need to go ..."

Dr. Rolands looked up and then returned her line of sight at Sakura. She grinned, but that was not to be seen, due to the reflective glass. "Miss, could you perhaps stop yelling? Who are you anyway?" She said with a serious voice. "Besides, to answer your question, I was not the one who ordered the transport of these harmfull goods. The person who was responsible for the order will most certainly be fired after a public apology."

"I don't think I'm going to be leaving anytime soon. You see I'm here to help. Plus, I'd hate to see all the cuddly little animals put down because the government can't keep track of their own shit." The sarcasm rolled off of Mosh's tongue as he spoke. "Besides, who's better to keep the public from getting rowdy than a rock star."

Sakura glared at the two.
"Sakura Ryusaki, Burst Knight Dragon," She said "Anyway you still created this stuff ... how did you manage to start with Sleeping Gas and wind up with Genetic Mutation anyway? It's like trying to make a lego tower and then "accidentally" building a death star,"

"The Mutating factor of our Sleeping Gas? That's called a side effect. I think you might have heard about it." The Doctor said. Alice was silent for a while and then replied: "Burst Knight sounds a lot like a Chinese remake of the Power Ranger series."

Sakura was about to reply angrily when she looked down at her suit ... she did look like some sort of Super Sentai reject. The girl sighed.
"Just tell me how we can get rid of this gas,"

"I know a fairly quick way. You'll need to evacuate for me to do so, but I can get it done." Mosh was smiling at the 2 women now. He hopped from the fire escape rather effortlessly and landed with a small thud. There he stood still smiling, waiting for a reply.

Sakura dashed up to him.
"I can get you out of here in seconds but I can only do it once, what were you planning on doing?"

"I'll do it just tell me, where you need to go!" Sakura said, she grabbed Mosh's wrist with her left hand and placed her right over the blue button on her burst brace, she smiled from behind the helmet "Come on! Where do I take you!?"

Doctor Rolands turned towards the two. "Hold on, uhm, Miss Dragon. I think mister whatever his name is here could be of some assistance in cleaning up the mess." She said. "Miss Dragon, you should really learn to control your temper. It's a virtue, you know."

"I'm not angry, I'm excited!" Sakura squealed "But you are right, any idea how we can clear this stuff up?"
