Personality:Cocky and bold. The higher the stakes, the better the crime it will be.

History: A street thug taken in by a roge Biolab trying to make superhumans. After years of genetic upgrade by the biolab. He was gifted with speed like no other and the abilty to force air into sonic blasts so powerful that it can blow city blocks away. also able to replicate him self for short periods of time some times seconds sometimes two or three minutes.

Powers: There is a limit, do not go overboard with this, the strength of your powers are determined by the level of your energy projection. This does not include physical powers, such as strength, speed, endurance, fighting skills or anything pertaining to it, etc. Please be very detailed on your powers and their descriptions, don't be sloppy and make something stupid, think it through and do a good job, these will be important!
