Ice Queen Starts A Riot...

Rebbecca found herself walking along the cold winter streets of New York, wearing her usual cute black outfit hugging her slim and fit hourglass figure. She brought her left hand to the back of her neck and softly rubbed it as she exhaled a deep breath, it was night time, so it was even colder, but the cold never really bothered her. It seemed to bother some others though, the streets were mainly empty. She had a black band sweater on over her outfit to seem a bit normal, the word "Tool" written on the back of it in crimson letters, a favorite band of hers. She wore the hood over her head, her hair wasn't spiked up, simply laying natural and flat, not being nearly as short as it seemed before, almost medium length, silver and beautiful over her forehead just above her bright blue eyes, just like her fathers.

She walked along the sidewalk, looking up at the sky, her mind wandering about her mother, she really missed her, and it hurt even more that she knew she would probably never see her again. It was in the past though, she had to move on and had done a good job of doing so, for the past year she had done well taking care of herself, in her back pocket was 50 dollars, not that much, but still enough to get her through the next few nights if she used it right. Her mind then wandered to her father, she wondered where he was right now, what he was doing, she wanted him to choke... Suddenly she bumped into someone, not paying attention while walking since she had been looking up to the sky.

She lost her footing and stumbled back a few feet, shaking her head and looking over to the guy she bumped into. At first she was pissed off, but then, she just let it go, she was trying to get better at controlling her anger, besides, this guy was kind of cute, maybe it was a good thing she bumped into him. She simply nodded to him, trying to act cool about it. "Sorry about that, I was just thinking a little too hard I guess..." She said with a soft breath, a half smirk stretching across her lips

Adrian had nothing better to do, so he started making it snow. It was a curious snow, becase it only fell around him. Plus, the pure white of the snow really accented his wings. Which, of course, were out. As he started walking, in his usual Metallica shirt and skinny jeans, coupled with a wrist band that covered up a tattoo of a penguin with a top hat, Adrian's thoughts started to wonder. He started thinking of the crime patterns in America, how they are related, who did what. Why, who how when? He would've kept thinking these useless thoughts if he hadn't noticed the girl who bumped into him
The judges have their scores. And it looks like it is a 9.8 all around. We have a winner! he thought in his head. This girl was simply stunning. Adrian would have been at a loss for word, except for he wasn't. He had seen much worse, and a couple better, things in his life. "Eh, its ok. Happens all the time in New York, you can't expect much different in the day to day." He said, ceasing the snowfall above his head. it wouldn't be nice to get a potential new friend wet now would it?

"Yeah." Rebbecca felt a bit shy for some reason right now, she tried to shake it off but it was rough, this guy standing before her was making snow fall and had black wings, it was hard not to be impressed. Maybe this guy could prove to be useful, she had been getting ideas for gathering a group of people like her for quite some time now. Nah, he probably wouldn't be interested, but it wouldn't hurt to ask she guessed, she might just bring it up later...

She smiled at him "Pretty interesting tricks...", she said before flicking some of the hair out of her face with a quick jerk of her neck. "Nice wings, nice body. I can tell you're not normal cutie...What's your name?"

Adrian raised his eyebrows a little bit when the girl called him 'cutie'. Some part of him or rather all of him, felt a little bit warmer at this praise. "I haven't heard of the word normal since I was born. Adrian, at your service." he said, extending a hand in greetings. his blue eyes stared directly at hers, as if that would solve all of the worlds problems. Oh, There's the staring public. Adoring as always. he thought, a smile stretching from ear to ear. Remnants of snow dripped down off his black wings, forming an odd isolated puddle in the middle of the sidewalk

Her bright blue optics met his, her smile fading to a half smirk, a more flirty half smirk. "I like your name..." She didn't give her name, she was a bit more secretive with things like that, most people would never even get to know her real name, and only a few get to know her by Paine. "So...Adrian, I want to see more what you can do. Is that okay? We can trade or something..." She licked her lips to keep them wet in the cold, for some reason it felt better that way. His powers seemed really interesting, she wasn't sure if they were anything like her own, but if they were, that was awesome! This planet truly was interesting.

Adrian gave a sigh. He nodded slowwly and rolled his neck. He weighed his options, deciding that he wouldn't show her all of his powers, some he rarely showed in the heat of battle. No, he would show the bare minimum. An icicle shot out of the gound, pushing cars and people out of its way but not seriously harming anyone. Ana flew up to the top point and looked down at the woman. "You coming?" He asked as if he was coming off from a sugar high. "You probably have already heard this, but your not so hard on the eyes yourself."

Rebbecca sighed, she didn't really feel like jumping and running places, she just wanted to relax, maybe he'd carry her. She almost chuckled at the thought, how lazy of her. She smiled at his compliment though, she could already tell what he thought, she watched him check her out, it was still nice to hear though. "If you're gonna fly...Can you just carry me...? If not I think i'm just gonna go lie down somewhere...A bench or something...I'm sleepy" She let out a cute yawn, stretching her arms and back and then placing her hands into her sweaters pockets, her bright blue eyes looking up to the cute guy flying above her.

"Lazy? A lot of people wouldn't say this, but I'm impressed." Adrian said over the gasps of the grows as a second pillar formed to join the first. Its roots were just under the womans body, and pushed her up to eye level with Adrian. "There you go, a front row seat. But to what? oh, you'll find out." he said with a chuckle as he turned around and cracked his finger. "One, two, one two three Four!" he said, ice forming from nothingness. Random strips of different shades of blue formed out of nothing. He waved his hand in mock conduction as more ice formed. Eventually the strips started to form a picture. After 3 minutes of conducting, Adrian closed his hands off and turned towards the woman, taking a bow. The picture behind him? The Mona Lisa, made entirely of ice. "I also do birthdays and weddings"

Rebbecca let out soft and feminine gasp as she pushed up into the air by the ice pillar, falling from her feet and landing on her bottom onto the ice pillar, looking up at Adrian from her sitting position. She chuckled nervously as she rubbed the back of her neck, a smirk coming across her face as she tried to play it off. "Next time, Warn me." She said bluntly as she rose to her foot, her hood had fallen off of her, revealing more of her youthful and beautiful face, her wild silver hair now completely visible and natural.

She looked over to what he had been doing, the odd colors of ice coming together and forming some sort of picture. She rose her brow as she watched with interest, this guy had some talent, she'd never seen some one do that before, and do it so quickly to. When he was done, it resembled the famous painting, "The Mona Lisa", kind of funny if you asked her. She wasn't into paint or any stuff like that, but still, she had to admit that that was pretty impressive. She softly chuckled at his bad joke, normally it would have been annoying if it were anyone else making such a cheesy joke, but this guy not so much, it just blended with his personality, and being cute also helped his case a little.


"Trying to show off to me huh? Haven't done enough to impress me sweetheart..." She said teasingly with a smirk, her right hand lifting up to poke him in the chest with her pointer finger. "Nice try though, you had some cute tricks..." She said with a wink of her left eye, she was kind of messing with him, but kind of flirting with him, a mix between the two she guessed.

"Nice try? Who said I was trying? I got bored. If you look, I accidentally squished a couple of body parts into the painting. Rather gruesome. Though, I guess the blood does kind of offset the ice very nicely. Oh well, no one too harmed I guess. No one dead or anything." He said, turning around and commanding the ice once more. He made sure to not harm anyone further, that was a mistake he wasn't to proud of, as he moved the ice towards the sky. Once it was safely hidden in cloud cover. It started snowing once more. All over Manhattan. The people were astounded, especially those with limbs that had recently been taken away. The forecasters had said that no snow would come for several months, but there it was. The children rushed out of their houses in hopes to catch the delicate flakes of ice on their tongue, hoping that there would be no school tomorrow.

Adrian gave a smile at the innocence of the scene around him. This was what he wanted for everyone. For them not to be locked up in a cage, but to experience freedom., This was what he fought for every day of his life. This was his dream. For everyone to just live life. Not worrying about anything other than their and others health. Giving a sick neighbor a bowl of soup and hoping they would get better. Taking your kids out of school to see a baseball game. Hell, even just taking time out of your life to help someone. The thought was enough to bring tears to his eyes, but it didn't. The frost made sure of that.

"Now, if you have nothing else to ask, or rather demand, of me. I think I should be going. You know, world to save. Evil do-ers a foot. yada yada yadda. nice meeting you." He said, retracting the ice in his pillar so that he stood once more on solid ground. "Oh, right. I probably should. Fine." He said to himself, doing the same with the womans pillar. He had a feeling that it wouldn't have been good if he had left her up there. "Oh, by the way. I am going to make an ice pillar appear from nowhere under you so that you can see an ice painting that I made better, and then I will slowly have it disappear, so that you won't be freaked out. Ok?" he asked sarcasticly

Rebbecca rolled her eyes at him, the gore was, well, she didn't think much of it, not good or bad, she just didn't care. Her blue eyes moved up to the sky, white flakes suddenly beginning to fall. A soft smile spread across her lips, that was pretty cool, even she couldn't do that, well, not yet. Her mother said that she still had a lot more to learn, powers that made her mother one of the most powerful villains in her day. As he rambled on she rose her brow at him, wondering why he was he leaving so soon, I mean, they just met, why's he in such a rush? She didn't really want him to leave yet, she still had a few things she wanted to ask him, but she couldn't just flat out say 'Hey do you want to start a super powered group?' That'd be weird wouldn't it?

She tried to be more casual than that, she was about to speak up, but his sarcastic comment soon followed, she softly shook her head at him, a smirk across her face. Geeze, what a loser, like she said, he's lucky he's cute. "Well, you're suppose to tell me before you do it, dick." She softly chuckled at him, lowering the pillar herself with her own ice powers instead of waiting for him to do it. She skillfully landed on solid ground once again, standing before him just like before."You're not the only one with tricks hun." She softly tapped his chest with the back of her right hands pointer and middle fingers. "So, why are you in such a hurry to get outta here, Mr.Hero?"

"Well I figured that you weren't really going to do much but stand in awe at my amazing talent, and then lather me with praise. I'm sorry if I expected you be just another fan girl instead of a fellow super powered freak like mwa." Adrian said matter-oh-factly. As a couple walked by, he quickly snatched the contents in their hands in the blink of an eye. "Ice cream?" He asked, handing a brown lump of deliciousness in a cone to the woman. "Walk with me, talk with me"

Andrew walked down the street tossing his signature golden apple up with one hand and catching it with the opposite, Andrew wore a pair of tight fitting black jeans and a blue and black striped hoody. Andrew winked his right eye and a man walking down the street tripped over his own shoelace, and Andrew let out a small chuckle, he noticed the two people and smiled as he walked by and it began to rain right above them. "Awesome" he simply said as he continued to stroll down the street but turned and stopped as he looked at the girl, and the rain stopped. "Hmm" he said slowly as he gazed at her.

Rebbecca rose her brow at him, he had fan girls huh? Guess it makes sense, just look at the guy. Still, fan girls had nothing on her, she was confident Mr.Hero here liked what he saw, and some one walking by on the other end of the street seemed to like her too. She could see him peeping at her out of the corner of her eye, it didn't really bother her, why wouldn't a girl like to know she's good looking? But that guy was a little strange, as he walked by, she felt some rain drop onto her head, really weird, it was just snowing and now rain, that guy couldn't be normal; could he?

She looked back over to Adrian, she had been kinda spaced out thinking about that other guy, she was surprised to see a cone of chocolate ice cream in his hand and then him trying to hand it over to her. She didn't even know where he got it from, well, that's what she gets for not paying attention, she smirked at him and took the cone. "Sure." She said in reply to him, the same smirk on her face.

"In three. Two. One." Adrian said, a wall of ice appearing on the other side of the road. He had seen the other man down there, and knew that he had powers. If he was a hero, then all was good. If he wasn't he would die. As simple as that. Adrian shook his head to rid of excess water and the wall shifted forward moving everything in its path with it. "Please keep your hands and feet inside the giant block of ice at all times." He said, more to himself than anyone else. As the ice got closer, Adrian got a better look at the man. he looked about Adrian's age, with a tight shirt and jeans. He had a creepy feeling that something wasn't right about this guy. Something about his was just, bad luck.
