Personality:
Hourglass is very bossy when it comes to his sister. He is rebellious, hard to talk to , and is very pig headed. He loves his team.. but he is seemingly aways causing a problem with someone else. He is quiet at times and can very malevolent towards others. Although he is very unruly and mean... his bad attitude always keeps his sister safe...he can be nice and cooperative.. but e's extremelt good, and often times moves when he wants or when its important.

History:
Ian was born and raised in Texas, he was raised around a bunch of crazy kick boxers, and men who did nothing but have Tae Kwon Do battles all day. Growing up around Violence.. Ian and his twin sister Tori
were orphans. there parents abandoned them when they were younger knowing that there were something weird about them. The two of them stayed in Texas fighting to live. While Ian grew to be cold heareted and full of Malice... Tori always had hope for a better day... but had no problem being with her brother until things worked itself out. As children the already street smart kids were taken and shipped off to New York City. here they grew evern more knowledgeable... adapting to the lifestyle quickly Ian and his siter began working and trying to find a living.. wether it be killing, stealing, or what ever they could do to survive. The two of them ten found a group of teens such as themselves and rallied up. They have no family.. they only have one another. Parents gone... no yesterday... only living for tomorrow.. Ian would watch over his sister until he left this planet..using his powers to bring chaos to the outside world andpeace to the inside.

Powers: Ian posses the ability to Rewind and fast-forward time within a span of only one hour. he himself and his choice of others can remember the things that happen after he uses this power. others suffer temporary amnesia, or nausea, which can cause dizziness, and victims can suffer severe headaches, or a pause in breathing... that can last how ever long he moving forwards or backwards. which can be deadly.
Ian also posses the ability to turn his entire body into a sandlike subtance, making him a very difficult opponent. he as well is highly trained in kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and other martial arts.

Tori is veru pleasant, but conniving at the smae time.. she is smart, attentive, dangerous and bold. While she is a nive girl... she doenst mind getting her hands dirty. although she looks like a good girl shes bad all over.. but she does believe that there is a better place for her in life rather than just living off the streets. she deals withit though cause shes so close with her brother Ian. Tori is trsutworthy...caring, and venomus.. so watch it.

History:
Being born and raised in Texas tori never really liked or wanted to cling to Western culture. Learning things from her cultral background Tori grew to be fond of japanese art, and weaponry. she studided her brother, and many other people as they perform martial arts and she quickly took a liking to it... she began at a very young age... trainig to be a ninja.. as he dream... she really thought she would be one. she later along side her brother Ian fought to live since they had no parents. Tori faced hardships far greather than Ian did...hre not having a mother effected her hugely... having Ian break down on her... sometimes the two of them didnt know what to do. In her time of crisis... her and her brother were sent to New York city where she took her book smarts, and other knowledge and implied it on making an everday life... living in the streets wasnt easy until she and her brother found a band of teens just like them... Tori now lives in her brothers Shadow... fighting to live wether it mean murdering someone...or taking things to the extreme.

Powers: Tori posses the ability to look at someone and make them have a narcaleptic episode. Causing to to drop instantly in a deep sleep. she can also look at a person and take away their the sense of sight,and sound. for only a temporary time. with this it is easy to fool her enemies and make them do what she wants. using her ability to only manipulate humans like a vantriloquist ot puppet master. she is fast and deadly and is highly trained in multiple martial arts.

Dude as cool as this app looks, I think both of their powers might be OP.

Time Travel is just very touchy, and causing people to fall asleep....eh.

Like I said though....awesome app other than that, maybe talk to Ralph about dem powahs.

Thing is, two characters that count for one, twins/team/etc., shouldn't be so powerful, they should rely on each other for support in order to take on another character. So that having 2 characters vs some one else's 1 isn't cheap. HOW EVER. I do love you Antz, and I do trust you not to be a douche with this. So I'm gonna ask you to up both of their energy projections, cause they need at least 5 each for their powers.

Tori's powers, she can remove a single sense, no matter which sense, she can remove only one sense at a time; ex, touch, smell, sight, hearing, taste, etc. It's only temporary and she can renew the loss of the sense, but once again, she can only take away one at a time. Her narcoleptic powers, they are almost okay, but you cannot instantly make some one fall asleep, it needs more time, it just makes them sleepier and sleepier until they eventually pass out. A persons resistance to your powers depends on either their endurance or energy projection, which ever is higher. So some one with 3 EP or 3 End vs 6 EP wouldn't stand much of a chance against it. How ever, this power requires you to actually physically touch them, unlike the other power.

Ian's powers, Time travel as Cult said is very iffy, for now, it will be approved, under the circumstances that the ability to transform into sand is removed and your EP is boosted up to 5.

Both must have at least an EP of 5, but having Tori's at 6 might be more helpful for ya.

maybe the time travel could have a time limit? the exertion may be so great to alter the flow of time that the guy can only do it in short bursts, think of it like someone who is walking, and think of walking as regular time flow, now, the guy could "sprint" or alter the flow of time but because he is "sprinting" he can only do it in short burst
