Interest check: Time-Traveling Heroes/Villains

So I mentioned in Discord the other day that there was going to be a small group of NPC's that traveled through the different timelines of both our own SHRP universe, as well as the universe of SHRP II in order to try and stop, if not simply hinder King Chimera's nefarious plans for the should-be parallel universes. The only thing was the more I thought about it the more I realized I'd rather have PC's involved in the process. Other players too. Especially ones whom maybe might not have an exact "place" or have had a hard time getting threads going for their characters. Them getting roped into time-space adventures would allow for quite the amalgam of misadventures and possibly unlikely friendships.
All in all, at this moment in time, it is simply an idea I am putting out there. I wanted to know if anyone would be interested in doing this and getting a small peek into what my eventual Quest-line/Arc will be about.
We'll also be more than willing to take volunteers for those whom want these character to show up in their PC's histories!

Nightlight is a newbie, but he has a great set of powers allowing him to find metahumans, create support structures, attack and heal enemies. He's essentially a jack of all trades.
Also, Riot is armed with enough artillery to take on both super heroes and villains. A technolgocial genius, Finn Tarche can aid the time travel crew with electronics and act as a tank, taking the brunt of the damage from powerful enemies.
(Either character is fine if you think their abilities are useful to the story.)
