Overmind, the Residential Psychic
Real Name: Gary Frendricks

Costume Description/Image: When Gary dons his Overmind attire, one would need to actually know the man to guess who's inside the costume. His normal hair is expertly covered with a unnaturally long wig, one that looks so natural, it's indiscernible from hair except on a microscopic level. His face is covered with a white mask with a black swirl that continues until it disappears in the middle, akin to a classic hypnosis wheel. He's also known to be much more brave while in costume.
Personality: Gary is known for talking too much on a subject that he gets started on, using as much factual knowledge as humanly possible, considering his near perfect memory (he remembers his entire life from the moment he was put into his mothers arms for the first time). Gary also has very little people skills, usually unfamiliar with common phrases and expressions since most of his time is spent working or researching. He is serious about his work, but is known to goof off sometimes. Gary is skilled in several fields of biology, chemistry, and history. He's also a skill psychoanalysist and behavior analysist.
History: Gary was a small town kid born to an ex-nuclear physicist and a math professor. He graduated high school at 12 and completed college at 26, with 9 master degrees and 12 doctrates. During his college years Gary befriended Eduard Leifsson, a future football superstar, and have been bestfriends since that day. After graduation Gary found a cure for several diseases including ebola and most strains of the flu. He charged very little but became rich none the less from government payments from several countries and an overwhelming buyout of the vaccines. He continues to make money from these vaccines and has become a co-funder of G.U.N. along side Eduard. Every once in awhile Gary dons the persona of Overmind in order to help Slamfist battle crime.
After the DoomPlague crisis...
Gary spent most of his time away from the public eye after his death and rebirth. He was traumatized when he found Ed's near lifeless body, in his own mansion back in New Orleans. Gary spent most of his time monitoring Ed's vitals and building the simulator room found in the subbasement of Slam's lair. He made appearances when he was asked but was brief in his appearances. After Ed awoke in a rage, Gary mentally subdued and calmed Slamfist, only after Ed had been knocked unconscious by Pain. Gary once again is working on the simulator room, reinforcing and repairing it, since Slamfist and Pain caused most of the ceiling to cave in.
Powers: In addition to his near perfect memory, Overmind has advanced psychic abilities, ranging from telekinesis, to flight, to psychic blasts, force fields, invisibilty, mind reading, teleportation, and a slight precognitive sense. In addition he's able to use his mind to "throw" himself at great speeds, giving him the ability to travel very quickly.

This character needs to be reworked a little. Having 1 FS means he literally has no fighting abilities; he'd get his ass kicked by anyone. Fast or not, his physical reflexes are very poor and that'd make dodging very difficult. You can't have teleportation on top of all the powers you already have; it's too powerful. Maybe if it were your only power or something. I'm also iffy on the precognitive sense.
