Project Exodus: Imperial and Residential Factions

*Vexus has increased the effectiveness of all of her current abilities. Allowing her to use them to near perfection with minimal drawbacks. The technique she has specifically focused on is her Dark Technomatter ability. She can activate and deactivate it with ease and can sustain it for a much longer period of time. With being able to now adequately utilize two Celestial Eyes Simultaneously she has acquired a new and powerful set of abilities in addition to increased adeptness in current techniques. All of which stem from a darkness element she previously had little to no control over.

 - Memory Reconstruction: This allows Elena to enter an individuals memories, picking specific events and recreating them as she see fits. She has managed to use this on a massive scale manipulating the memories of all residents of Elysium, keeping their memories pleasant and void or any negativity on their new life style. (Weaknesses: This can be undone through severe head trauma, subjects must be still and in view of Elena. She must also be able to see them, but not in direct contact with them. This can be easily avoided by simply looking away from the black spell circle that will appear before the memory altering commences. It can be stopped or interrupted if Vexus is struck or knocked out of concentration.)

 - Time Suspended Animation: This allows Vexus to temporarily suspend the time cycle of whatever it placed within the specific barrier. It will not advance forward, nor revert. An object can be suspended indefinitely if she, and/or others, remain focused on the object. (Weaknesses: The barrier is rather fragile and can be broken with an average amount of force and does not provide much protection. The object inside with then rapidly age to whatever point it had would have been, all depending on how long it was suspended for. Elena can only sustain one suspension barrier personally at a time, but can have others keep multiple active simultaneously. This technique is easily avoided as it takes quite some time to establish the barrier.)

 - Dimension Breaching Constructs: These constructs are created from an unknown solid and rigid energy, they cannot be detected by any form of current technology but can clearly be seen or felt. The constructs do not exist physically until they come into contact with another form of solid matter or energy in the current dimension. Once in contact with another object, if Vexus decides to she can will away the energy and take with it whatever it is in contact with. The energy returns to the dimension that it came from, nothing is ever destroyed or created from nothing. Whatever is taken into the dimension of energy can be brought back in the condition it was sent there from whatever location she's at currently. She can create weapons, use it to defend or attack, she is generally only limited by her imagination. The energy is immune to the effects of other energies. i.e. it cannot be melted, frozen, burnt, etc. She is conducting research to see if it is possible to utilize this solid energy as a power source. (Weaknesses: There must be equal or more of the energy touching the object for it to transport back to the home dimension. The energy is only solid and cannot move fluidly, only being able to be formed into geometric shapes. Because of this, it is brittle. Where as it cannot be effected by other energies it can be damaged and broken by physical force.)

 - Teleportation: This allows Vexus to transport herself to any location that she has previously been to. For this ability, she has developed special beacons that allow her to transport herself to them, even if she has not previously been there. These beacons have been sent out into the vastness of space both in the local solar system, and the new one housing Elysium. Their location is being monitored by Vexus so that she knows where she will be traveling to.(Weaknesses: This is works best at long range. The further the distance, the faster she can teleport. Trying to move a short distance will take longer and uses more energy. However though, extreme distances [i.e. Old Earth/The Vamana to Elysium] will consume extreme amounts of energy. Generally this will require her to deactivate the Dark Technomatter form for a period of time. She can only travel alone and cannot take any other living being with her.)

- Event Horizon: This is the 10 circle Dark Magic spell that would have previously killed Vexus after completion of the technique. Upon activation Vexus uses an unprecedented amount of magical energy of her own and anything that has been or is being absorbed. With all of this she creates a singularity of such nearly infinite density that will curve spacetime to the point of creating a black hole. After about 24-48 hours of growth, the singularity will have become powerful to prevent the escape of light itself. After some experimentation, Vexus has discovered that the black holes she creates fuels the creation of the solid energy she uses. Compressing everything it pulls in and depositing it in the pocket dimension, in theory. (Weaknesses: This is literally the creation of a Black Hole, using this anywhere even on the same planet as her will mean nearly inescapable incapacitation and absolute destruction of everything surrounding it. It does take time for the spacial phenomenon to reach maturity since it had been artificially created. I.E.: If placed on Mars, it would be destroyed in 24-48 hours, and the entire solar system in roughly a few months. The growth is exponential, but temporary. Where as naturally occurring Black Holes will last hundreds of billions of trillions of years and do not typically expand, these will expand out to consume the size of a solar system, and then collapse in on themselves. This process taking a total of a standard (Old Earth) year. She theorizes that creating a second singularity could cancel out the impending gravitational effects, but having only ever created one she found herself near death from exhaustion, despite her extensive magic training.)
