Draco. The Ice King.

It was a nice and sunny day everyone minding their own business. Then all of a sudden it got real cloudy and started to rain then it started to hail,people scattering for shelter under the nearest roof of a building. Someone looked up to see what was happening and a sharp piece of ice sliced straight threw his eye and right out of the back of his neck. Then out of no where a huge ice capsule/shelter flew threw the clouds and smashed right in the middle of a near by forest. the front casing shattered and a man stepped out the floor freezing over as he steps out he stood there for a good 5 minutes to take his first few breaths on this new planet.

Arrow had been in the center of the city his eyes closed his mind's eye wondering around the city when he felt the hail,His mind's eye picked up the landing and Arrow opened his eyes lifting his bows and ran towards the park taking long strides,Arrow stopped as he stood a few feet from the other."Um hello there?

The man jolted his head quickly to the man that was calling out to him and the ice suddenly flew at the man

Arrow opened his hand a flame wrapped around the ice melting it to water which dropped harmlessly to the ground and tilted his head."Um really?

the man looked a little suprized to see something that actually melted his ice. but he didnt seem to really mind he made the water flow towards the man standing in front of him.

Arrow twisted his wrist a gust of wind flying down wrapping around the water and pushed it down into the ground in a fluid movement Arrow drew a arrow and knocked it to his bow and fired it at the man the tip exploded opening a net flying out at the man.

the man created an ice semi circle around him as the net was coming at him as the net hit the ice the man blew up the circle it exploded sending sharp peices of ice shrads everywhere.

Arrow through a a heated flaming shield melting the ice shards,Arrow stepped on the ground as it begin to shake faster the ground breaking apart under the man.

"Hmm" the man said "you seem stronger than you appear maybe i underestimated your power" the man started shooting long ice shards out of his hands

Elliot was just walking home from training he had a piece of Japanese weed in his mouth. He had no troubles, but then he looked up at the sky to see all the hale, When he saw the two men fighting. "Hmm I've been ichin for a fight" Elliot then stopped... He paused for a moment he knew one of them. Elliot then started waking towards the two "Hey your that guy from the alley, yea I remember you. I wanted to fight one guys but then all these people started fighting so I left, Huh what a bore. So whos your friend"

Draco turned and saw the other man standing there and stoped the ice blasts "huh so it's gotta take to of you to fight huh"

Elliot lifted his hand to Draco "Bring it" Elliot said in a soft voice he was buzzed at this point...

Draco stood his ground he didnt want to risk turning his back on one guy while he was trying to fight the other this is where intelligence comes in Draco sat down and made a form of water in his hand he sent it to go around the trees and behind the {high} man unseen

Draco smirked he stood up and formed ice in his hands in the shape of a long spear

Elliot throw fire at the form of water on the ground behind him then did a roundhouse kick back towards Draco sending fire at him. "He isn't your only enemy now..." Elliot yelled...

Draco formed an ice barrier at he fire coming towrds him as soon as it melted he threw his hands together and forced a beam of ice out of his hands threw the sizzling mist
