David Edalus Pygmalion has been the right hand man for Maximilian as long as anyone can remember. When Blackwell rose to prominence in the modern business world, David was by his side, tending to some of the more technical aspects of the organization. Officially, he heads the Research and Development sector-unofficially, he also dabbles in several other areas. His wit and intellect are seemingly unmatched, and those who serve under him seem to exhibit an almost undying loyalty to their boss.

I combined these two sections as the skills are all for roleplay mechanic purposes at this time.

• David seems to have a knack for throwing things together. Give him any item, and he can work it into a more elaborate device, one where the whole is much greater than the sum of its parts. Some would even go so far as to say that he speaks life into his creations.
  

For the most part, items introduced and used by David will be, while perhaps not mundane, in accordance with what a cutting edge research firm could be expected to produce in contemporary times. Very rarely will any any items be used in a combat setting-if they are, and they fall outside of what is permissible without having to first ask, I will obtain permission from staff members.
