On the surface, Johnathon is polite, the perfect gentleman. In reality he is Mr. Immortal, an unaging psychopathic murderer. Who probably kicks puppies.


He was born as a farmer’s child a millennium ago. Raised and happy and healthy for the first ten years of his life, Johnathan King was soon forced to leave due to upheaval in his native England, fleeing to France. From there, he was conscripted into the army and fought in a war against his home country. He deserted shortly afterwards to join an adventuring company plundering tombs in India. This was the moment his life changed. Traps, illness, and disease brought down most of the company. The tomb belonged to a long-forgotten warrior and once inside, they were trapped. Only he and two other’s survived. It took them three days to find the amulet that saved his life. Resting on a plaque above the throne, it seemed to call to him. Despite the many thousands of years that passed, their was no dust on the chain. As soon as his hand touched it, he felt stronger and more aware; his thirst and hunger faded. He knew it was magic, and he couldn’t share this with the world.

Inside the tomb of the warrior was another artifact; a beautiful golden staff with a crystal at the top. Entwined around the staff were two golden snakes with ruby eyes. It must be worth a fortune, but as soon as his hand touched it, he knew it was different. Faster than the eye could follow he slew his companions and departed to start a new life. He made it his mission, then, to experience as much as he could and to make a name for himself. He fought in every war, ran with the Huns, charged against Israel in the Crusades. It was here, in the Crusades, that he first ran afoul of the Silver Hand. They were on opposing sides; he leading the armies of England, they defending Jeruselam. Six times he tried to take the city, and every time they defended him. It wasn’t until years later that he finally found the leader of the Silver Hand; a slip of a girl named Serena Russel. He slaughtered her himself. From that point, the Silver Hand and Johnathan King were mortal enemies.

By the time of the 21st century, Johnathan King had firmly established in the both the business, and in the underworld as Mr. Immortal, with resources spanning the entire world. His long life finally coming to a head, he decided to run for Prime Minister of England; but once again, the Russel family stood in his way. She needed to be taken care of, once and for all, but first he needed a way to defend himself. To that measure he travelled personally to Africa, deep in the jungle, to lead an expedition to find the infamous Kinetium. And find it he did and immediately he bought the land from the government, mining it from the massive meteor that crashed there.

Chronos Amulet - The source of Mr. Immortals powers, the Chronos Amulet gifts it’s wearer with three abilities; Healing Factor, Agelessness, and Chronal Manipulation.

Healing Factor: Mr. Immortals healing factor is very powerful, capable of regenerating entire limbs in minutes.

Chronal Manipulation: His most complicated power. Mr. Immortal can place “timeflags” at any point in his life and can return to that point at any point. Only people who can remember through Chronal Events will remember what happened. This reverts everything and everybody back exactly to the point when he first placed the timeflag. This is, of course, entirely Permission Based.


Not Actually Immortal: Despite his name, Mr. Immortal is not actually immortal. He has just lived for a long time. He is just a human.

Chronal Influences: Mr. Immortal’s manipulation of time is, ultimately, a weak one. It can be disrupted by people or gods who can actually manipulate time. Additionally, he can only keep the knowledge of what happened, he cannot hold onto items or influences. This power can only be used once per day, to great exhaustion for it's user.

Powers through Artifacts: Mr. Immortals greatest weakness is, perhaps, the fact that all of his powers come through the Chronos Amulet. Without it, he’s just a normal human, albeit one with exceptional skills.

Family: Johnathon King has a wife and twin daughters. Putting them in harms way are certainly a way to get to him.


Caedecus of Hermes: A legendary weapon found in ancient ruins. Made of pure Elysium. Possesses the ability to view anyplace, anywhere in the world using the crystal ball on top, but only current events. He cannot view the past or the present. This is a psychic ability, so people with telepathy would sense his presence. A blade rests at the bottom of this staff. The powers of this staff are limited entirely by the knowledge of it's wielder; it cannot view places that he or she hasn't seen, for example. Additionally, the crystal ball is quite small, limiting the field of view. This ability is permission based if viewing another character.

Aegis: A shield made of Kinetium mined from Africa. Kinitium can absorb the kinetic energy of objects; however, it is still susceptible to powerful energy or magical attacks. It can also be taken from him and used against him.




Johnathon owns a global company, Immortal Industries, that has their hands in nearly every industry.

Mr. Immortal has taken place in every major conflict over the last thousand years, and thus has unparalleled combat tactics and ability. He is a master in every weapon known to man.

Johnathon King is currently running for Prime Minister.

Agelessness: Mr. Immortal is over a thousand years old and will not age.
