Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Riley is a woman who is angry at the world. As someone who had everything taken away from them, she longs for the respect, fame, and success she deserves. This causes her to be abrasive and constantly belittle those around her. She has an explosive temper and resorts to violence at the smallest misdemeanor. She enjoys humiliate her opponents forcing them to acknowledge her greatness and power. When she completely loses control of her anger, she becomes sadistic and tortures those weaker than her. Despite her love of violence, she avoids killing others due to her own nature of being dead.
Riley prides herself on getting the job done. Whether it is robbing a bank, fixing a car, or even a word search, she is determined to complete the task to the best of her ability. Failure is never an option and she refuses to accept it from anyone around her. This forces her to work with others despite being betrayed in her pass life. It does make her an easy person to get along with. In her eyes, people are just tools to get a job done. They can be changed and discarded should their usefulness cease. After all, the end justifies any means.
Riley has always thought she was destined for greatness. She had a strong body compared to the rest of the girls in her class and was very intelligent. Everything came naturally to her, included the jealousy and scorn of her peers. They attempted to bully, play pranks, and even exclude her but the girl would not fall for any of it. She knew the purpose of their acts and took every act as verification of her own greatness. She even offered to help them to further rub in now much better she was than them. On paper she was the best and nothing could refute that.
With the girl's pride unshakeable her peers turned to something they could affect, her credibility. They accused her of cheating with false evidence. They would swap out her test with their own. Anything that could hurt her grade they went after. Once she lost her recognition, her superiority was gone. She grew angry and turned to violence to get back at her peers, but it only made things worst. With the addition of violence on her record, her parents had no choice but to send her to alternative school.
It was there that she learned the true about the world. Nobody cared about how smart, athletic, or pretty you were. All that matter was how much power you had. Whether it was influence, numbers, physical strength, or dirt on the biggest guy, the stronger kid would stand at top. So she changed her tactics. She fought anyone she found bigger than her. She fought until everyone feared or respected her. Nobody dared try to cross her or step out of place. She was the queen but that was not enough. She needed the recognition she lost. She needed the brats who lied, cheated, and stole her easy life to admit their wrongdoing and face the executioner.
With her new gang, she kidnapped the kids who ruined her and brought them into the mountains. She had them beaten up and humiliated until they were crying, begging for her forgiveness. Yet this was not enough. Those words meant nothing. They did not prove she was smart. They did not return her easy life. They did not remove the scars from her face or the shame she brought to her family. They did not clean her record. Quell the rage in her soul. Her life was ruin and over so they needed an equal punishment. So, she demanded the kids jump off the mountain.
To nobody's surprise, the kids refused. They begged for another way to repent. Nobody wanted to take their own life. It always took another human to start that process. So, she ordered her gang to push them off. When the gang refused, Riley grew angry. How could someone weaker refuse the order of someone stronger? She knew she needed to re-calibrate them; they had a soft life with all the peace. So she grab one of the kids and dragged them to the edge. She preached how anyone who dared crossed her would feel her wrath. Then she was hit with a taser and fell off the cliff.
On that day Riley died and the world kept moving. Her parents accepted her fate years ago. Her teachers only thought of her as a troublemaker. Her gang dissolved and the kids' lives improved. Her body was never retrieved. It lied alone to rot.
One stormy night, Riley woke from her dead slumber. She looked around, unsure where she was until a flash of lightning revealed the dreaded cliff. Memories of the fall filled her head leading her to look down. Below her was her own body on a red stained rock. Bugs and worms crawled through her corpse, feasting on the free meal. She tried to wipe the dirty creatures off but her ghostly hand passed through her corpse. When she tried to run away an invisible forced chained her to her body. She was forced to watch as her body was further broken down into something not human. No matter how much she screamed and cried, nobody would help her.
One day, a familiar voice echoed through the forest. It was a member of her gang, the one who tazed her. She was alone with a man, much older. Her broken spirit found the strength to grow angry. Fear ran through her spirit. She did not want anyone to see how ugly her body was. She flew to her body and tried to pick it up. Still her hands slipped through the corpse. She became desperation, turning to the sky. She did not believe in a god, not after this punishment but she had no other choice. She prayed for the girl to go away. She prayed for the girl to disappear. However, the girl continued forward and finally, stumbled upon Riley's corpse.
The girl and her friend further desecrated Riley's body, cursing the dead girl for her horrible treatment. They beaten it with sticks, pelted it with rocks, and even urinated on it. Riley was helpless. She tried to look away but her eyes could not peel away from the disgrace. Then everything went silent as a voice whispered in her ear. The sky turned grey. Riley could not comprehend the voice but she begged it for help. She screamed hoping for an end to the torment. The sky flashed and a bolt of lightning struck her corpse. The two were blown back and floating before them was a pale girl with glowing icy teal eyes, white skin and hair, and energy sparking off her body. Riley soul entered the physical realm.
1. Endurance
2. Reaction
3. Strength
4. Agility
Battery:
Riley's body is capable of storing vast amounts of energy.
She can store heat and electricity.
Overload:
Riley's body reacts differently base on how much energy she absorbs.
-Little Charge- No noticeable effects. Limited used of her energy manipulation powers.
-Charged- Her eyes glow base on which energy level is the highest. This unlocks full use of her energy manipulation powers.
-Overcharged- Her eyes glow white and her body slowly leaks out the energy she has stored (for example: sparks for electricity, steam for heat). Her skin turns pink. Her energy manipulation powers lose efficiency and always operate at full capacity. Her energy resistances to energy types she can store are increased to the maximum level.
Discharge
Riley can expel the energy inside of her in multiple ways.
-Transfer- She can transfer her energy to other people or machines/objects like a battery. She also can empower others (including herself) granting them increase muscular strength, and increase power for energy attacks of the energy type being transfer.
-Blast- She can fire energy blast from her body using her stored energy. These blast take on the element or energy type that is used to fuel the blast. She also can used any energy to fire an purely kinetic blast.
-Barrier- She can create energy barriers which can be used to block the element used to create it. Just like the blast, the barriers can have no element in order to block kinetic style attacks. These barriers can be as small as a wall to as large as a dome with the size being limited only to how much energy she has stored.
Semi Conductor
Riley can absorb and resist energy base attacks in order to defend her self in battle.
-Absorption- By taking damage or being exposed to energy sources, she can charge her body with that energy. The coefficient is base on how high her resistances is when she takes an attack.
-Resistances- By increasing her resistances to an energy type, she reduces the damage she takes. However she also equally lowers the coefficient of energy absorb from those attacks.
Ghost
Being a living spirit, Riley is can tap into her supernatural gifts.
-Flight- She can float around like a ghost, moving as fast as she can run.
-Intangibility- Riley and objects she is holding can become intangible and pass through solid objects and people
-Invisibility- She and objects she is holding can become invisible to the naked eye.
- She cannot produce energy on her own and must obtain said energy from outside sources. (aka get hit)
- The more she resists an attack, the less energy she can absorb from it.
- She can only absorb and/or resist the energy portion of an attack. (I.E. She can only absorb the fire portion of Fire punch. The actual punch will go through with full damage)
- She is unable to absorb Ectoplasm (spirit energy) and takes extra damage from them.
- Riley's Barrier needs to apply the equal force or great to that which she is blocking or else the shield shatters.
- Forces which shatter her barrier retain their full power (as if they never hit the barrier)
- The bigger the surface area of her barrier, the less efficient the strength is relative to the energy use. Her barrier is most efficient as a 3 foot radius circle. (so a 6 ft radius requires 2x the energy, 9 ft requires 3x, ect.)
- Overcharging is Riley's most inefficient form. Her body is in extreme pain from absorbing too much energy and desperately attempts to release the energy.
- If Riley is incapable of releasing the energy, she will explode.
- Her body constantly leaks energy, nullifies her ability to turn invisible and or go intangible.
- She loses the ability to weaken her energy abilities in order to conserve energy.
- She cannot leave the form until all of her energy is released.
- Her attacks are forced to use up as much energy as possible (which wastes energy)
- Intangibility does not stop energy attacks. (in fact, they hurt more)
- The time It takes to fully go invisible or become fully intangible is 3 seconds unless Riley is a "Charged"
- She does not know how to use a sword.
Upon obtaining a physical form, Riley was blessed with two items:
Eidolon- A ghostly shield that is capable of absorbing energy and transferring 30% it to the host.
Vision- A ghostly sword which can cut through energy, eating it to fuel the user.
Being already dead. Riley cannot technically die. While her body can be destroyed, her spirit will be able to reconstruct a physical body with time.
Her body does not need to eat nor sleep.
Riley can appear like a living human in order to blend in with society.
Riley has a passion for machines, devices, and tinkering. While she is not officially trained, she is self taught.

Riley is a woman who is angry at the world. As a woman who had everything taken away from her, she longs for the respect, fame, success she claims she would have earned had that day not happen. This causes her to be abrasive and constantly insulting or tease those around her. She has an explosive temper and resorts to violence (or at least threatens it) whenever offended. When things are going her way, she likes to push things further and humiliate her opponents, forcing them to knowledge her has the better opponent. As Outage, she becomes sadistic as she tortures those weaker than her. Despite her threats and overwhelming strength, she avoids killing others as she has experience death first hand and nobody in her eyes deserves such misery... yet.
Riley prides herself on getting the job done. Whether it robbing a bank, fixing a car for a customer, or even a word search, she is determined to complete anything she accepts. In her eyes, failure is no option. To lose is to taint her record, something she refuses to allow without a fight. This forces her to work with others (something she loath after her first betrayed led to her "death"). However, she has problems making friends and opening up. At best, most people can get her to smile or joke around, but in the end, they are all just tools to get the job done. They can be changed and discarded should their usefulness cease. Better them then her.The Story
Riley knew she was destine for greatness. She was gifted with a strong body and intelligence. Everything came naturally to her, included the jealous and scorn of her classmates. They attempted to bully her, play pranks, and even trick her but her ego prevented her from faltering. She took as it was and even offer to help better them, all to further show how great she was. Nothing put her down because on paper she was the best.
Then someone found a way to hurt her. They accused her of cheating and planted false evidence. Once she lost her recognition from her teachers, friends, and family, her sense of superiority was gone. She grew angry and turned to violence to get back what they stole, but it only made matters worst. With the addition of violence on her record, her parents had no choice but to send her to alternative school.
It was here that she learned the true value of life. Nobody cared about how smart, athletic, or pretty you were. All that matter was how much power you had. Whether it was influence, numbers, physical strength, or having dirt on the next guy, the bigger kid would stand at top. So since her brain would grant her the superiority she craved, she switched to her fist. Years fighting put her at the top of her class. Finally she was respected and feared. Nobody dared try to cross her or step out of place. She was the queen but that was not enough. She needed the recognition she lost. She needed the brats which lied, cheated, and stole her easy life to admit their wrongs and face the jury, and she had the power to make it happen.
With her new gang, she kidnapped the kids who ruined her and brought them to the mountains. She had them beaten up and humiliated until they were crying, begging for her forgiveness. Yet this was not enough. Inside, she realized that those words meant nothing. They did not prove she was smart. They did not return her easy life. They did not remove the scares from her face. They did not clean her record. They did not fill the loneliness in her heart nor cure the burn on her soul from her fiery rage. Her live was ruin and over and they needed and equal punishment. So she demanded their life. She ordered them to jump off the mountain.
It was not a surprise that they refused. Nobody ever wanted to ruin their own life. It always took another human to open that door. So she ordered her gang to oblige. This was not something they wanted. Riley grew angry. For the first time, someone refused her request. Her power was slipping and she knew she needed to re-calibrate them. So she grab one of the kids and dragged them to the edge of the cliff. She preached how anyone who dared crossed her would feel her wrath. Then she was hit with a taser and pushed off the cliff.
On that day Riley died and the world kept moving. Her parents accepted her fate years ago. Her teachers only thought of her as a troublemaker. Her gang dissolved and the kids lives improved. Her body was never even retrieved. It lied alone to rot alone.
On one stormy night, Riley woke up from her dead slumber. She looked around, unsure where she was until a flash of lightning revealed the dreaded cliff. She remembered how she fell. She looked down and saw own body lying down on a red stained rock. Bugs and other filth wiggled disgraced her corpse only slightly less then the lack of a proper burial. When she tried to grab them, her white ghostly hand passed through her corpse revealing that she was outside her body. She tried to move away, but an invisible forced chained her to her body. Unable to leave she watched as her body was further broken down by the bottom feeders of the world. She cried, screamed, yelled, and cursed but nobody could hear her. Nobody could help her.
One day, a familiar voice echoed through the forest. It was one of the girls who betrayed her. She was alone with a man, much older, matured, and beautiful. Her broken spirit found the strength to grow angry. She lashed out at the girl like a rabid dog on a leash, cursing her name. Then she remembered her body, how ugly and small it was. She could not be seen now. Her anger twisted to desperation. She pleaded for the girl to go away. She pleaded for the girl to disappear. But the girl continued forward and stumbled upon Riley's corpse.
The girl and her male friend further desecrated her body. They beaten it with sticks, pelted it with rocks, and even urinated on it. Riley was helpless. She tried to lock away but her eyes remained glued onto her battered corpse. Until a voice spoke to her. The sky turned gray as the whisper in her ear grew louder. Riley couldn't understand a word so she begged it for help. She screamed hoping for an end to the torment. Then the sky flashed and a bolt of lightning smited her corpse.

- Riley cannot produce energy to fuel her attacks on her own and must obtain said energy from outside sources. (aka get hit)
- Riley's Barrier needs to apply the equal force or great to that which she is blocking or else the shield shatters. Forces which shatter her barrier retain their full power (as if they never hit the barrier)
- The bigger the surface area of her shield, the less efficient the strength is relative to the energy use.
If Riley is incapable of releasing the energy, she will explode. Her body constantly leaks energy, nullifies her ability to turn invisible and or go intangible. She loses the ability to weaken her energy abilities in order to conserve energy. She cannot leave the form until all of her energy is released. Her attacks are forced to use up as much energy as possible (which wastes energy)
- in order to naturally absorb energy, Riley needs to get hurt. (resisting damage lowers how much energy she can absorb from an attack)
- She can only absorb and/or resist the energy portion of an attack. (I.E. She can only absorb the fire portion of Fire punch. The actual punch will go through with full damage)
- Intangibility does not stop energy attacks. (in fact, they hurt more)
- She is unable to absorb Ectoplasm (spirit energy) and takes extra damage from them.
- She is inexperience with her ghost base powers and requires her body to be charged (and waste energy) or extreme focus to effectively use them in battle or without messing up.
- She does not know how to use a sword. The Items
Eidolon- A ghostly shield that is capable of absorbing energy and transferring 30% it to the host.
Vision- A ghostly sword which can cut through energy, eating it to fuel the user. The MinionsThe Fluff
The RP Sample
