Personality: With his costume on, he is a well educated, somewhat serious man, though he can break down and have fun here and there. His voice is deep and booms with authority, he is a man who demands respect and when it isn't given, he isn't happy; he is a natural leader. He is a man who loves woman of all color, shape and size, though that doesn't mean he is a pig, actually he is far from it, he is a noble and honest man. His sense of humor is large and ranges from nearly everything, his jokes mainly being racial, sexual and crude. Though he knows there is a time and place for everything and chooses to only joke and have fun when the time calls for it. He is famous for making witty comments and taunting his opponents or friends just for fun. With the costume off, he must act different and sound different in order to conceal his identity, so he has taken on the role of a "gangsta". He talks in slang/street and pretends to act like a ghetto fool, throwing everyone off of who he really is...The Dark Avenger!

History: Wilbert grew up in a rough neighborhood on Earth, the economy wasn't doing so well and the world was becoming over populated. Wilbert and his family struggled, barely being able to make it by...Wilbert never had much as a kid, he had to play with cheap knock off toys or things he would just find and make into toys...He was always an extremely bright boy, he did very well in school and was one the only boy in his neighborhood who spoke clearly and educated. This didn't make him very popular amongst the others, he was beat up a lot as a growing boy and treated like he was garbage since he was selling out to society and the man. Wilbert didn't understand them, boys like them would never go anywhere...They would always be poor and stuck in neighborhoods like these, why didn't they fight to get out like Wilbert did...Why didn't they care...After about two years of constantly being bullied and beaten up, Wilbert had had enough. At the young age of thirteen, he stowed away on a cargo ship that was heading to Japan, he wanted to get away from home; To get away from it all. He would return to his family one day, but when he could help them...When he could help everyone...He had read heard of the many martial arts masters that lived here, he wished to learn from the very best..He knew he didn't have the money to pay for the training, but he went anyway...He was determined to become strong. He found many dojos, but few would accept him due to his lack of money, but mainly due to his skin tone, they would mainly only train those of Asian Descent. He eventually found a Dojo that would accept him, he had to plead with the sensai of the dojo for quite some time, telling him his story and how he wanted to help his family and those who didn't want to help themselves. The master of the dojo respected the boy for being so honorable and trained him one on one, allowing the boy to stay with him for many years and train...Wilbert had mastered martial arts, and all his skills of thievery in only five and half years...That was amazing for anyone to do, but Wilbert had always been a extremely intelligent and a very quick learner. On the side Wilbert taught himself how to use guns, mainly rifles and hand guns. He figured he would need more than just physical strength to be strong...Wilbert also never gave up on his education, during the years he was in Japan he still attended school, and finished high school. He was nineteen when he decided he was ready to return to the US, and when he did he returned with a vengeance. Wilbert began to steal from rich people of the New York and many other cities around it, most of his targets were rich, but here and there he would target some one who wasn't exactly rich, but he would never target some one who needed their money. He was not a greedy thief whatsoever, he would only keep enough money for himself to survive and the rest he would give to the poor people who truly needed it. His kindness was not just in helping out the poor, but in aiding in cleaning up the streets, fighting crime and saving the innocent, only this hero was different, he didn't have powers like the rest, at least not yet. He was a normal man just trying to change the world, thus why he was so revered. What he did wasn't viewed as a good thing to many, mainly the rich since he kept stealing their unneeded luxuries. And yet he quickly became a hero to many, mainly the lower class, but everywhere in the world, they came up with their many names to call and admire or hate him by, so far his favorite being the Black Knight. He has no true home, he is a wandering nomad, and a hero to those who do not have the means to help themselves, a dark hero to all. Wilbert, or should I say the Dark Avenger simply continued his crime fighting, living a somewhat normal life during the day, and by night he was the knight in black armor, a hero and leader to all. To help conceal his true identity, as a civilian, his voice is completely different and more urban, he pretty much pretends to be a gangsta, throwing on the ghetto act, clothes, and accent. Though in reality, he is far from that, his true personality is more of a mixture of the two...

"Project Perfection"
After many years of dealing with crime in many cities, mainly dealing with Chicago towards the end of his 'Normal super hero' career. The Government had been trying to track him and his secret identity down for years, but have failed due to his extremely crafty and intelligent ways. On top of that, they had tried to capture him thousands of thousands of times, but after years of countless failed attempts on trying to capture and trap him, they finally managed to do so. They set up a fake bank robbery, which he came to stop, but they locked him inside with a massive amount of troops, more of them pouring in to stop him every second. After a lengthy battle with him, knocking out nearly all of their soldiers, he was overwhelmed due to the small space and tasered in the back by one of their best agents, who had already had his ass handed to him by Wilbert several times in the past. They tranquilized him with enough dosage to keep an elephant down, just in case he were to surprise them and get back up, it wouldn't be the first time, and he was just a normal guy! The group took him back to their labs, intending to put him into their new project, a project to make the perfect soldiers. He was the perfect candidate, and came out far stronger than he was than he went in. All of his physical attributes were greatly enhanced to super human levels, he was now officially a Super Hero.

Powers: He has no powers outside of his increased physical attributes, excluding his natural talents, which were given to him in an experiment/serum by the Government he worked for, the USA had a special task group looking for candidates, Wilbert just happened to be the perfect one. The serum he was injected with greatly increased all of his physical powers, making him stronger, faster, and far tougher than the average human, he was now a Super Soldier for the Government, one of many that were created, he was just one of the more successful members of "Project Perfection". His amazing fighting skills are natural to him, taking many years to learn Jeet Kune Do, Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, and many other forms of martial arts, so that he may become a true master. On top of being a martial artist, he is also a gymnastic being extremely flexible and capable of preforming extremely advanced movements/techniques, he is also extremely stealthy, his foot steps practically do not exist, finding him in the night is nearly impossible. His skills are said to be so great that he can simply stand still and appear invisible, of course this only works with the right environment/colors/camouflage. In his spare time, he puts his brain to work by creating and inventing all types of devices/weapons/vehicles to aid him in crime fighting or some other purpose, for example he has created boomerang-like projectiles of metal that home in on the target he has set, he calls them Vengeance Wings.

No problem, it fit in with my character so I used it. Though he does not aid their project or group in anyway anymore, he just use to be apart of it, I'll make a more detailed story of it once I finish my history, it still needs work.
