The Looks

Charley is a chunk guy, but the sort of solid fat that makes him look like a barrel. His hair is untameably curly. He moves like an angry bear.

The Legacy

Personality: When Charley was 8 he stole other kids lunch money. When he was 13 he killed a pigeon just to see what would happen. He's a violent, self centered, thug of a man.

History: Born in the same neighborhood as Adam Wraith. They both joined the same mafia outfit and occasionally worked together. Charlie shot the bosses son and blamed it on Adam. Then he shot Adam for "revenge". But when you mess with the Boss your families necks are on the line too. So he shot Adams mother and was about to kill his sister until Adam walked in. There was a gunfight and Charlie died.

When the Boatwoman came for him they got to talking and found out they not only did they both know Adam but also had bones to pick with him. The Boatwoman sent Charlie to bring Adam back, but for decades Adam has been giving him the slip.

The Powers and Weaknesses

(All characters can be as powerful as they want, as long as they are balanced with proper weaknesses.)

Power 1: Charley cannot be killed through traditional means. Since he is a ghost in a sense he is not bound by biological processes. So things like blood loss, starvation, or suffocation will not kill him. Enough physical damage can dissipate his form, but he re-appears near the Hudson river on the next full-moon.

Power 2: Charley can take on a an ethereal mist like form allowing him to do things like move though grates or ventilation shafts. Charley can move at about 10 miles per hour in this form, he is not effected by wind or other currents. When taking this form Charley's personal belongings (clothes, things in his pockets, ect) go with him.

Weakness 1: While Charley cannot be killed like most people he can be destroyed. Magic of all sorts is known to hurt Charley as well as silver, holy water, and energy based powers. These things can hurt and potentially destroy Charley in either form

Weakness 2: Charley is not the brightest bulb.
