Shamgarel is a handsome angel/man, but is, of course, more mystical because he aways seems to eminate light and warmth. When healing, his body takes on a dull warm glow that relaxes those around him, which speeds up the healing time.

Personality: Curt, frank, and very to the point. Uncomfortable with human mannerisms and speech. Takes many things too literally and can't express emotions other than happiness, anger, and sorrow very well. Will never sin. He has a strong sense of righteousness and would literally go through Hell to finish his objectives or save a human. Since joining GUN he has developed a fondness for the bands Demon Hunter and Oh, Sleeper. He also began to have feelings for his teammate, Tenshi. He feels badly for having these feelings, since this is the first time he's ever been able to feel this emotion. He tries hard to mask them but is always more eager to help her than others. He believed very strongly that both Tenshi and Faith are important angels that had descended and had to keep their true forms and names hidden. He then came upon the idea that they were Descended without knowledge of their true forms and names, a school of thought presented by Xyron, but finally came to grips that they are humans with angelic features. His speech has also changed from what it was from his first descension. He has adopted a more modern style but still reverts back to Old English while in conversation sometimes.

History: Shamgarel was "born" at the dawn of man's history. He was given the task of being God's direct hand of Judgement. He later was given the task of defeating the many demons that threatened man's existence. As time continued to pass, Shamgarel was called on less and less as man began producing people able to defeat most demons itself. After Mistresso and DoomPlague had been defeated, Shamgarel was tasked with patrolling Earth and preventing any such disasters from occuring again. In order to remain on Earth for this extended period of time he had to give up his immortality, but did so willingly in order to protect. As such he is no longer an actual angel but retains most of his Heavenly powers. He was also able to keep his flaming sword, Uriel, given to him by the angel for which it is named. He departed for Earth about three years before Xyron was excommunicated but still keeps close ties with his old friend, hoping to help him along his path of redemption. Recently, Shamgarel was engaged to be wed to Jaci Alretz, better known to the world as "Tenshi". After being wed Tenshi was kidnapped by Raide and taken to Hell. Launching an attack consisting of his closest friends, they assaulted Hell, rescuing Tenshi but losing a great friend, Stephen, along the way. 4 years later Shamgarel and Tenshi were finally able to track down the scattered remnants of the Hand of Justice and reveal the small child all of them helped bring into reality. Unable to take home life lying down Shamgarel occasionally casts off the bindings of home life and fights crime once again.

Powers: Shamgarel has the power of photokinesis, which allows him to control light for use in attacks and defense. As a former angel, Shamgarel obviously has the ability to fly(at supersonic speeds) and heal the wounds of himself and others. Using his four wings Shamgarel is also able to generate powerful winds, rivaling a Category 3 hurricane. He also possesses a slight precognitive sense allowing him to sense points of danger, other angels, and demons. This ability does not allow him sense attacks made at him. His physical abilities are also above average.

And dawg, havin' +3 to speed is a bit crazeh. I tink dat shii should only be +2 cause dawg dat shii be crazeh and da drawbacks dun balance out wiff da advantages. 2 to 5 speed be crazeh! Shii, 2 to 4 speed be crazeh! Dawg gettin permanent stat bonuses juss be crazeh in general, at first I thought yo ass wuz only gonna add 1 to yo speed. Cause honestly, dawg dat seems da most fair ta me, since dat shii be permanent. Plus you dun only spend 19 points on da PG dawg.

My bad if these problem has already been fixed, but from looking at your powergrid, your seem OP.

You lost 2 points to fly which put you at 20 points. Then you lost 1 more, but then got all of your points back into flying speed. I'm just saying, sure you aren't that fast while you walk, but there's never gonna be a time where you can't fly even if it's just a foot off the ground, so I'm just not seeing the drawback to any of this.

Alright cool man, I was just wondering what was going on.

Fixed powergrid to that of a person with flawed flight. Added extra durability to represent the inherent bonus the armor gives since he always wears it in combat.

The armor is not a permanent stat bonus. It doesn't do anything for you unless you transfer energy into it.

Your flawed flight only grants 1 speed in the air, not 2.

I see no reason problem with this application.
