Item Advancement Name: Phase-Matter Assembler Drive

Item Advancement Description: A large, arcane technological device that can be mounted on the back of power armor, where a Jetpack or Stealth Field might otherwise go. Part power source and part fabricator, This alien device is capable of converting Pure Energy into matter, and vice versa, giving the user the potential for almost unlimited fabrication and construction uses.

Item Power(s): (1)Storage. The Phase Drive's Matter-Energy technology allows it to digitally disassemble and reassemble any object the owner wishes. (2) Matter Fabricator. The Drive can restore any disassembled matter, or use that matter to create entirely new objects. Scrap metal and parts can be made into weapons and armor. (3) Power Source. The Drive's reserves of matter-energy can be used as a power source, providing renewable energy.

Item Advancement Weakness(es): The Drive's Decombinator Beam works *very* slowly over time, and as such is impractical for combat use. Ellie's Plasma Rifle or Alloy Sword would require a turn to assemble. A large steel door for example, might take a few minutes- a small house, an hour. For the interest of balance, the Drive can only store/create Ellie's listed items, as well as anything she has schematics for in her suit's computer. The item can be mundane or technological only. Conservation of mass is in effect, as the Drive cannot create more than what was disassembled.
