Personality: "He is by nature a loner and an outcast, with a ruthless streak to him that makes him extremely dangerous when provoked. Despite his outwardly cold nature, Sakka is also shown to be extremely adept at defusing difficult situations, and as a man who would much sooner have everyone return home than to draw his sword. His experience in the world makes him a world-weary man, often expressing disdain and veiled insults to those he considers cruel, foolish, etc. With all that in mind, today, he is seemingly emotionless, the effects of his mutation showing. Sakka is consistently shown as fiercely loyal to friends of his." ~Unknown Author History: Sakka was born on 1791 in Great Britain and is the son of the sorceress Vis and, presumably, the warrior Kore. Shortly after his birth, Sakka was taken by his mother to the Hunter School, the Craven stronghold. There, Sakka was trained and made to be a Hunter. He survived the many ravaging mutations required to grant Hunters their abilities, and passed the Trial of the Grasses, Sakka's training and physical modifications afford him superhuman physical and mental abilities, including heightened reflexes, increased speed, great strength and enhanced hearing. Due to his excellent success in training, Sakka was selected for additional mutation experiments. He is the only Hunter to have survived these experiments. His stark white hair is a side effect of these additional mutations. After finishing His Hunter training, Sakka embarked into the world on a horse named Valerie, a name he would bestow on every one of his later horses. Thus, he became a monster slayer for hire, as well as a tracker, hunter for people and etc. After becoming a Hunter and embarking into the world on his own, he sailed from the lands of Britain towards North America, specifically Canada. Upon arrival, he quickly grew bored. He ended up staying within' Canada exploring, looking for people to hire him for various jobs or just to find and super natural beings to slay to hone his skills, Just a few years after a decade he eventually came across what seemed like a monster and ended up having the fight of his life. He spent sometime fighting the beast. The beast was a hyrda. After killing it, he took one of it's heads as a trophy and got an encounter with a woman in robes that was hooded, she then smiled and waved her hand a few times looking at Sakka. She then casted a everlasting curse on him, making him almost immortal. At the time he didn't know, until the years passed.. Eventually, the year of 1812 rolled around and he took up arms as the militia and helped the British and Canadian forces push back the American assault. On the battle field he was fierce and used his abilities to his advantage. After the war ended, he moved on and pushed into America, deciding to live there since the economy was better. Although, they lost the war. He ventured through the land and became a traveler. Whenever he can, he trains himself to keep in tip top shape, making sure he's ready at all times.He engaged within' multiple wars the United States at the time was engaged in, WW1, WW2, Vietnam, Afghanistan, etc. Now today, he's a simple engineer that is something quite different during the night. |
The Powers and Weaknesses |
Powers Ignite: Sakka has the ability to manipulate or create fire. He can manipulate a candle's flame, or mostly all flames as well. In more advanced practices he can extinguish a candle flame or reignite a flame that has went out. Essentially, he can manipulate fire. This is all done by magic, all within' his body like the other abilities. An extension to this is he can be fireproof to his own flames due to their magical properties. Mutant Gift - Superspeed/Reflexes: Sakka can move faster than would normally be possible for a human being. Him having this ability allows him to think, move, and react at superhuman speeds. He can easily dodge multiple bullets shot at point blank range and move far in excess of supersonic speeds; his stamina is also greatly increased. Sakka uses this ability in creative ways, using momentum to boost the power of his blades strikes, or his fists. Mutant Gift - Killer Instincts: All Sakka's sense heightened. Hearing, sight, smell, taste, touch. He also gains a extra sense, he can sense presences of other beings. His senses allow him to follow scents from one end of a city to the other, or even further, his hearing is so advanced that he's able to hear heart beats if he decides to focus on it. His sight is also heightened, allowing his perception to be top notch, it also allows him him to see in the dark, hence his cat like eyes, making him nocturnal, his infrared and x-ray allows him to also see through objects/walls . He can also see infrared and x-ray as well. The rest is self explanatory. His sense can be turned up or down, only if he is trying to do so. Magical Curse - Regeneration/skeleton: Sakka has the ability to regenerate all kinds of cells at an increased rate, resulting in any and all physical and mental injuries perfectly healing and regenerating in a matter of seconds or minutes. Sakka stopped aging. And also grants Sakka perfect health and body, immunity to all illnesses, defects, disorders, drugs, toxins and other physical flaws. Sakka's physical needs are completely removed. These needs include air/breathing, sleep/rest, food, drink, bodily evacuations, shelter from environmental effects and their lack (heat/cold, dryness/wetness), etc. Charles is also able to stay unmoving without normal effects this would have. His skeleton is also bound by a magical spell that can never be unbroken just like the curse. The spell in question that effects his skeleton. His skeleton is virtually unbreakable, crushable, cuttable, etc. Making the curses effect that more powerful. He is seemingly immortal, but not truly, as he is able to be killed technically as well as defeated, but with time he will only end up coming to life once again, and reconstructed, even if nothing left remains of him. Hunter Training: Sakka trained in various different ways, everything ranging from hand to hand combat, to even driving skills. His abilities in swordsmanship also him to be masterful at fencing, kendo and many other swordsman fighting styles and skills. He is a master at Judo, Aikido, Krav Maga, Jujutsu, Ninjutsu, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai, although, even all those styles stated, he is still at least adept in every other style known to man. He is a masterful tactician as well, as cunning, he can easily be deceptive and easy confuse his target, as a hunter must be able to do. He is skillful with throwing, being able to calculate varying angles and distances on the fly, as well as judge weight by holding the item he is throwing. Either it be throwing a bull eye shot with a knife, or throwing a grenade at a wall to bounce at a specific angle into the targeted location. He is a master of disguise, multilingual, and an expert in espionage, often gathering information under disposable identities. He is a master of stealth and escapology, which allows him to appear and disappear almost at will and to be known to break free of nearly inescapable deathtraps with little to no harm. Sakka is an expert in interrogation techniques and often uses extreme methods to extract information from suspects, such as hanging a person over the edge of a building, or even resorting to torture. His intimidating and frightening appearance alone is often all that is needed in getting information from suspects. Among all that, he's a very smart individual, being able to understand anything from being street smart to even knowing various sciences, his intellect would be measured to be in the higher crowd of IQ's. Weakness(es) Overpowering: If by chance someone can catch him off guard while he has his mutant senses on, he can be temporarily disoriented by loud frequencies. His smell can also be blocked if caught off guard by a overpowering scent for a short time. While his sights infrared and x-ray cannot see through lead. Nearly Emotionless: The mutations nearly striped him entirely of emotions, not allowing him to follow his heart, rather, he can only follow his mind. However, he does have some emotion left in him. For instance, if he were to fall in love, he'd be in love strongly and if anyone were to happen to his beloved, he'd go on a madman's rampage and become unpredictable. Making it hard for him to connect to others on a personal level, or even trust someone. Fear?: Sakka is nearly fearless, often risking his life for another. He is prone to getting into situations where his life may be endangered, disregarding the risks. Although, he does fully intend on surviving throughout god knows how long his life span will be. Careful Now: Slippy surfaces can prove a troublesome feat for Sakka to overcome when attempting to use his super speed. Alone: Years of being alone, years after his family and friends passing away. He has had problems connecting to others, as well as the problem of making friends easily. Typically being afraid of connecting to someone and forming a friend, to only eventually see their demise without being able to do anything about it. You Alright?: His super reflexes cause him to react to almost everything unbelievably quickly, this can cause him to twitch at times. Regen Exploit: Burns take longer to heal than normal wounds, cells have to erase old cells and then replaced them, rather than just patching a hole. RP Mechanics Peak human conditition: Charles Is at the peak of human athleticism and shape. He is able to lift several hundred pounds or maybe more. And run at humanly fast speeds even without mutation. Does well for himself: He earns quite the pay for what he does during the day as a structural engineer, as well as his earnings from his night jobs. Items/Minions Zoltan:
The Item Name: Zoltan Item Description: Zoltan was the runeblade that an ancient being had created, handed to Sakka, Zoltan is the legendary sword of Sakka, attributed with magical powers. The blade was given to him as a gift when a rift opened up after he killed a legendary monster. The rift that erupted released a ancient being unknown to Sakka and they rewarded him with the blade, bidding him farewell moments later, never to seen or heard from again. Item Power: Like a typical sword it cuts and stabs, although, it's lighter than the typical sword, considerably, allowing for quicker movements. The sword may look fancy and seem like an ordinary sword. But as soon as he draws the sword, runed inscriptions along the blade glow with a blue hue in a dialect unknown to any man, and is damn impossible to translate. The swords abilities stretch far beyond that. The sword is virtually unbreakable by any means necessary . It can cut through pretty much everything and stay super sharp forever, not needing to be sharpened whatsoever. The sword also has a safety mechanism, the blade is enchanted by magic that can not be unbroken. The enchantment makes the sword impossible to be lifted by anyone other than Sakka, making it an extreme struggle to lift by even the strongest meta in the world and they'd still be struggling. The placebo effect of the sword doesn't effect it's weight or gravitational pull towards earth at all, it just negates anything from being able to lift it besides Sakka. The blade also has it's own unique regeneration, if somehow it is destroyed, the sword will reconstruct it's self fairly quickly, ranging from seconds to minutes depending on the damage. As a passive ability, the sword can also be recalled by it's owner if out of his hands and it'll return to the owner, that being Sakka. Item Weakness(es): Extreme cold weakens the swords effect of being able to cut through steel like butter, lowering it's effectiveness to about as effective as a regular sword, but still keeps it's edge and durability/regen (Extreme cold inflicted by meta's.). The sword can act quite like a lightning rod and ultimately have his chances of being electrocuted higher. Having a sword on his back makes him stick out often, ultimately proving a problem in more public areas. Pow:
The Item Name: Pow Item Description: The pistol is sleek and modern, easily being capable of being a super weapon of sorts. He's quite fortunate to have such a weapon after discovering it after killing a alien being he had encountered. Taking the weapon, he noticed the pistol had different firing modes on it, negating the need to load ammo into it as well, allowing it to have unlimited ammo. The infinite ammo is theorized to be done by the gun taking matter in it's atmosphere and area to reconstruct the atoms and molecules into something else. Item Power: Pow is pretty much indestructible as well, being made of alien materials to withstand the forces it unleashes. The first firing mode is simple and pretty humane. The pistol fires rounds much like bullets and shoots in infinite amounts, packing the punch of a bullet the size of a 44. magnum. The second firing mode is a laser shot, being capable of singing through steel and punching through virtually anything. The third firing mode is shooting small gas canisters that make living beings fall asleep (permission based.) The pistol cannot be fired by anyone else by Sakka either, Sakka was able to implant the firing chip in the aliens chest into his own chest so that only he can fire it. Because the gun only fires if the user has the chip. Sakka implanted it under his rib caged and it automatically connects to it's living "host" so it cannot be removed until the "host" is dead. The chip also slowly and faintly gives off radiation, overtime killing anyone from the inside out if they didn't have abilities like Sakka's. The great thing is, it's also silent in every mode it fires. Item Weakness(es): The pistol jams whenever fired constantly in laser mode, seemingly to cool it's self off as a safety measure, so when facing a foe that is super durable, this makes him commonly use the laser mode, so forcing him to fire his pistol will likely cause it to jam. If in extremely hot conditions, the pistol has limited use and can only fire off a few shots before powering it's self off. (Only affected by extreme heat.) If pow fires over 4-5 shots in regular bullet mode, the scent the pistol gives off after shooting clouds his smell temporarily.
