The Looks

The suit itself is white, providing adequate armor places covering the forearms, shins, back, and stomach and chest regions. Beneath this is a light grey jumpsuit of sorts that distributes radiation. His entire head is enclosed in an elipsoid helmet, with a single translucent visor. His voice is muffled because of a lack of mic and speaker system. The 'gloves' for his hands make them zygodactylous [two 'fingers' on each side]. In the center of each hand is a cannon for firing portals.

The Legacy

Personality: Upon his return, his brain completely dumped all prior memories; leaving him with basic functions, controls for the guns, and the name 'Lapse'. This leaves him very simple-minded and easily distracted.

History: Lapse is a human test subject, formerly a disposable death-row prisoner accused of (though never fully proved) killing his wife. The tests he went through was part of a government study of teleportation, Project Lapse, using 'cannons' to fire portals onto any flat surface [Portal and Portal 2 are comparable to this]. Of course, the first few test subjects died upon entry into the hyperspace leaping, due to lack of oxygen and exposure to unknown radiation. A special suit was designed, one to enclose the subject and protect him / her from the elements. Subject 2A-B (2nd model suit with Additions, second test subject), Jonathan Maxwell, was placed into a new suit. When he was launched into hyperspace, the radiation literally fried his brain and heavily damaged his body, leaving him unable to leave the suit. However, the launch (expected to fail) freed him from the Project, and the government shut down the Project as a cover-up.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Firing portals onto a flat surface. Cannot fire into midair or onto living organisms.
- Firing two portals is necessary to create a fluid transport for inanimate objects or for Lapse; some characters with minor regenerative abilities might be able to survive without a breathing apparatus. Lapse himself cannot 'hide' between said portals, or else his oxygen supply will deplete and he will die. Only he can collapse his own portals, but destroying the flat surface they rest upon will force it to collapse in on itself, spewing Lapse out the other end (often comically). His suit can only manage a dozen portals at a time; any more will cause a malfunction. His portal creation is limited distance-wise, he must fire the second portal onto a distant object to make the link.
- Firing a single portal will create a weak vortex, drawing in air and light objects. However, single portals are unstable and collapse within minutes.

Power 2:Armor protects him from minor radiation sources. Otherwise, he is an ordinary human being.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Damage to the armor's systems itself is impossible, although blunt force can puncture it and deal physical damage to him.

Looks good from what i can see but all characters need to be made from a template.

Ok, the limits seem pretty good. BUT, make sure not to use them for direct offense (cutting someone in half) and try to give a way out when you ambush.

Other then that, please choose an alignment so i know where to put you.
