Eamon tries to be a good person he truly wants to be a human but due to the unique condition of his blood he has to deal with the fact that he is not. He tries hard to cover up his identity confusion with a mask of being a carefree happy indiviual with a smile on his face and speaks softly and kindly to those he meets. That is until his second half begins to interfere with his life his weakness of being bound to a dragons set of rules drives him almost insane at times as he often does not wish to follow it. He has his fathers rage and temperament especially when one of his rules has been crossed and in these times becomes more dragon then man. Once he has re achieved balance he often griefs for the damage he caused hating himself for being unable to stop himself. He tries to protect people he actually cares about warning them of the dangers of a promise and not to steal from him and often when he is forced to hunt down a thief or oathbreaker he pleads with them to reconicle with him before he has no other option but taking their life. Despite his desire to hold back and not be a killer he has more then his fair share of blood on his hands and that fact weighs on him making his initial appearance of a carefree person a bit of a hollow mask once people get to know him.

History:
Eamon was born in ancient Wales around 800 A.D born of a human mother and a dragon for a father. He didnt ever actually form a relationship with his father who was long out of the picture before he was born. His mother humiliated by the fact that she was pregnant without a husband had two choices according to the time one being suicide the other being to live alone and away having no ties to family or the village. She choose the second option showing her tenacity and building a small hovel out in the forest. This was where Eamon was born and raised for most of his life. From the moment he was born he knew he was somewhat different from his mother he could do things that she couldnt but at the same time was happy not needing others at first aside from his mother. Of course as time moved on he grew more curious about the village nearby and occasional spooked the children who ventured into his forest but at worst he was playing childish pranks. But due to Christianity's early years of being a rather aggressive religion the village became convinced that Eamon was a demon, his mother a witch who had agreed to have the devils child in exchange for magic.

Eamon was exploring the woods, hunting for treasures to put into his small hoard something he did with no real reason as to why he did it and when he returned home he discovered his mother missing and in a blind panic ran to the village just in time to see his mother burning at the stake for her supposed crimes of witchcraft. In that moment Eamon's blood boiled as he had been dealt such a serious blow by watching someone he loved being killed in such a gruesome fashion the only way he could possibly achieve balance was to destroy the village. A thirteen year old boy transformed into a monster that day and slaughtered every last man women and child in that small village in that display of what a dragons wrath meant. It was also the first time that he felt helpless in his own body as he had no control over what he did yet in a sick way understanding why he was doing it. In the aftermath Eamon stayed to create a graveyard burying his mother and whatever remains he could find of the villagers. Then unable to accept what he did and too afraid to end his existence he dug out a cave nearby crawling into it with his hoard he tried to see if he could simply starve himself to death.

It did not work and actually had a side effect of putting him into a stasis sleeping for roughly 28 centuries asleep his body aging barely a half year in growth for every century passed in his little cave as the world changed around him. Unlike a true dragon he could not force himself to wake up but as the cities of the new world developed his cave was disturbed and destroyed allowing him to wake up and thanks to the vast amount of time a grown man stepped out of the rubble instead of the boy. After scaring the life out the construction crews he stumbled away and discovered the value of his trinkets had only grown. He learned the new language of the world and selling certain items from his first hoard to establish himself as a wealthy individual still preferring to set himself up off the grid and away from civilzed society. To do so he spent most of his first hoard of treasure and then got to work on gathering treasure to start anew.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Flame Control/Resistance, Eamon's father was a dragon of flame and so passed along control over it to his son as well as making his body almost immune to flame based attacks and to heat. Eamon can choose to breath the fire from his mouth in typical dragon style but can also conjure fire from his hands to launch at targets. He can also direct and shape flames that are already in existence unless they are being controlled by another users magic in which case he must fight for control.

Power 2: Dragonic Form, this power is a mix of passive and actives. Passively it gives Eamon super human resistance to physical damage. Partially using it allows Eamon to grow scales over parts of his body adding super strength to his resistances. The claws he develops from his hands and feet are as sharp as steel giving him weapons to use as well. Using this power he can also grow a tail and wings for more use. This power is exhausting and he can choose to go full body form which completely covers his form in scales giving him a very dragon like appearance but if he pushes himself he can take it one step further and actually become a dragon for short time periods.
In his dragon form he grows in size to become 14 feet from head to tail with a 20 foot wingspan. Since he is not full dragon he cannot maintain this form for long periods of time.

Power 3: Eamon can choose to go into a restful stasis which slows down his own bodies aging to a crawl and allowing him to surivive for vast amounts of time without food water or rest similar to how a dragon can sleep for ages. He however cannot easily wake up from this state and has only used it once in a state of grief. Without this power Eamon ages normally

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Aversion to water: Since water is the opposite element of fire if a single drop of water touches his horns Eamon is robbed of his powers until they are dry again. He is unable to conjure fire or shift into a dragonic form. Moreover it saps him of all his superhuman qualities and leaves him less then human able to be easily injured and helpless under his horns are dry. In which case he regains his powers but is still left exhausted

Weakness 2: Dragons logics: Being part dragon Eamon is bound to a very spefific set of rules that he is left to compulsively follow they are.
1. To collect treasure for his hoard/protect his property. Dragons collect hoards of treasure which Eamon still has and feels the need to add to it which means if someone offers him treasure in exchange for his services he will have trouble resisting and at most will try to haggle out a deal. Also should any piece no matter how small is taken from his treasure without his blessing he becomes bound to the hunting of the thief and retrieval of his treasure often at the cost of their life.
2. To honor any promise made/punish those who fail a promise. To Eamon the words "I promise" are very dangerous because if he speaks them then he becomes bound to furfil that promise no matter how impossible or dangerous. He will commit crimes and murder in the pursuit of a promise even if his own consciences is telling him no he will keep his word. ALso anyone who makes a promise to him but fails on their side become to him an oathbreaker which makes it incredibly hard for Eamon to put any trust in them and at worst his code may have them repay their broken promise in blood and agony.
3. Bound to the truth: Quite simply dragons cannot lie, however Eamon can choose if he wants to tell someone something he is bound to tell the truth but not to actually answer any question offered meaning he can work out an exchange for what the information he knows is worth.
4.Dragon appetite: Being part dragon means Eamon requires more food to sustain himself and when he eats can eat the same quantity as 5 full grown men. The food provides him with the energy and mass to change his form to a dragon. If too hungry he will be unable to fully transform.
