The Legacy
Personality:
Azazwin may act like he doesn't care about other people or even himself but it is just to protect himself and the ones he loves. He has a way of talking that makes it seem like he is bored with almost any situation, Azazwin will almost never raise his voice. "Blink" is a rebel at heart and has no problem breaking the law but he will not go out of his way to make trouble.

History:
Born Azazwin Fleetwood, "Blink", came to a family that loved him very much, unfortunately they were very poor. Azazwin's family was always struggling to make ends meet making Azazwin scavenge for food and clothes in the dumpsters of Detroit. One particularly cold winter's day ,when he was 18,  Azazwin was walking home from the soup kitchen with enough soup to last his family until next week, they needed it, he took a shortcut through a back ally only to be met with a gang of thugs. The gang jumped Azazwin for the food and left him beaten and bloody in the snow, as they were walking away Azazwin picked himself up and tried with all of his might to chase after them. Azazwin found himself in a tunnel of light with no sounds or sense of temperature, when he exited the tunnel he found himself in front of the gang of thugs. Azawin raised his open hands to block their attacks but instead a blast of energy came out of his hands knocking all of the thugs to the ground. Grabbing the soup, Azazwin ran home as fast as he could and made a pledge that he would learn how to use these supernatural abilities. Over the course of the next 4 years Azazwin mastered his skills and used them to further himself and his family, ending them up in the penthouse suite of a very wealthy section of town. Azazwin made all of his money by taking contracts from high paying individuals, he only had one rule, he wouldn't kill for money he would only capture live targets and he would only kill if it was a life or death situation. Having elevated his family to what he always dreamed of and loves his current life.  


The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Teleportation - ability to move short distances in quick succession, "Blink" is able to do this until he is knock unconscious by an enemy or he decides to stop. "Blink" cannot teleport through walls unless they are glass or he can somehow see through them, if "Blink" attempts to teleport through a wall he may end up stuck inside.    

Power 2: Electrical Manipulation - "Blink" is able to produce short ranged sparks that can stun or kill, he is also able to manipulate electrical devices to a low extent (only able to trick electric locks or cameras). In addition "Blink" can withstand any amount of electric shock as long as it came form himself or he can match the power with a electric shield that he can hold for a few short seconds.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Cannot teleport through walls that he cannot see through and can only teleport 50ft in any direction as long as it is in eye sight.

Weakness 2: Cannot shock through rubber or water. If "Blink" is soaked it is only safe for him to use his electricity by overcoming the power which drains his power reserves and stamina drastically.

Weakness 3: No super hero strength (skin, muscles etc) he can only withstand what a normal human can withstand and can only lift what a normal 22 year old human can lift.

RP Mechanics

RP Mechanic(s): "Blink" will always find the easy way to solve a situation, if there is no easy way out he will fight his way out with a blaze of sparks and teleporting at a speed that almost no one can keep up with.

Items/Minions "Blink" always wears four wrist watches one that is always sync to be on time at all times, one that is stopped until he presses a button to start a timer, one that he can use to channel his electricity through to produce an electromagnetic pulse, and a final watch because three is an odd number.

Your history is way too short. There's no real information as to how he got his powers, or how he became who he is today.

I need you to be more in depth. Especially if he's twenty. If you have to, break it up into childhood, adolescence, teenage years, and young adult.

You should also list this third weakness:

Weakness 3: He is only human when it comes to his physiology. He is of average strength for a 20 year old male, and his skin is as tough as a regular humans.

^ It'll make me accept your powers.

So once you've expanded on his history, that'll be better.
