• The Leader: The leaders job is to provide leadership and to sign off on missions. He is the head of it all, everything is funded by him and pretty much all the tech by Ultra is made by him, he's Big Boss.

• The Co-Leader: Essentially the same as the Leader, but only answers to the leader, they are considered second in command.
  

• Commander: This is The Leaders right hand, they handle the general population that is with Ultra and acts as the second in command. A lot of what they do is similar to The Leader, as they have similar privleges. But The Leaders authority always trumps this rank.
  

• Project Orion lead: Their name is kept secret, the name of this individual within' RP is secret. They are tasked with training specialized troops that are mean't to be the best. Usually sent on suicide runs and assigned missions no one else will take or be able to complete. This is considered third in command.
  

• Agents: Most members will be made a agent, basically you work for Ultra, either it be the R&D department, or the military department. You're an agent. The one thing that defines agents versus others, is the different classes of clearance.
  

• Clearance A: Clearance A gives the individual complete access to everything in Ultra, nuff said.
  

• Clearance B: This person has access to almost everything, but not quite.
  

• Clearance C: This is the standard clearance, most areas will be availible to this individual, but not all.
  

• Clearance D: Clearance D is a bit more restricted compared to Clearance C, but is essientally the same, this is usually given to vistors or trial members.

(IC response)well if you need someone to track down and bring in the "sour" meta's your talking about I'm the best in the business at that. besides I'm a master of disguise and getting into things if you need covert spy stuff done,am a expert in martial arts,firearms,explosives and hunting survival tactic stuff so would be good a teaching newbies stuff they need to know if there going to be in military company

1st app: Echelon and Zafira have a conversation somewhere peaceful and zen. Like Echelon's Penthouse Japanese Rock Garden.

Zafira sits cross legged mid air, levitating, her eyes closed. For a minute she didn't say anything, contemplating the question.

"Good? What is good? A decisive strike that ends a battle? But evil always persists. As long as man has desire, there will always be evil. So is good to end man himself to end all evil?"

"Tell me about yourself, how would you describe yourself?"

Zafira's answer came rather quickly this time, though she remained eyes closed. "What is the self? What am I, who are you? What is real, what is fantasy? If I peer into water, how do I know I am not the reflection, and when I look away do I cease to exist? Or am I the water in the brook... which flows into the ocean, and evaporate into the clouds, rain into the rivers and seas, no beginning no end?"

Zafira sighed slightly. Her response was shorter this time. "There is no lesson without pain, no learning with ignorance. Indeed, For what is the destination, without the journey?"

Zafira opens her eyes to the question and looks at Echelon in the eye. "The good of humanity? I ask you, what is humanity, and what is good? For what is it to save one man, and what is it to change him?"

2nd app: Echelon arrives at the scene of a secret Yakuza Safe House in Little Tokyo.

All the Yazuka and ninja guards are dead, in various states of mutilation, limblessness or headlessness. Echelon finds his man... er... girl... in the Hotspring, sitting chest deep in the water. Across the small hotspring a fat mob boss sat, staring blankly at them. The back of his head had been sliced open, and he leaned back as to not get blood into the water.

Diana had only two words to answer  those questions. "Look around."

Diana simply nodded. Woman. Of. Few. Wooooords.

Diana pointed to the far wall where she had painted a phrase in blood.

have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like your enemy. I will find them, and when I do I will erase them from existence.

I am a nice guy. I kill because i like it. If you pay me then I will work for you and rid you of any obstacles you may have. I do everything to the letter and never fail my job given. I think I would work well in a security department.

If there is money anything is okay with me except the fact of death. Anything life threatening and I will act accordingly to the situation on hand.

Hell yeah I love to kill. It is the utmost thing that i strive to do everyday, but I can limit who I kill if need be and work for a corporation to take out specific targets instead of mass murdering people on the streets.

"Well, simply I am a very relaxed individual. I can't say I get too flustered even in some of the more extreme situations I've found myself in. I also prefer to 'worth with' people instead of 'work for' people. Maybe its a superiority complex I suffer, maybe I'm just being a woman. Who knows."
