The Looks
 

The first thing one notices when meeting the Void Princess is her hair, silvery white. It is long, long and lustrous under a layer of hair presumably chopped short to frame her face. She is petite, with pale, almond shapes eyes of a golden hue, and skin so pale you can see her veins. She has a cherubic face, with pouting lips and a soft jawline. She wears a white cloak, which hangs over her shoulders, held in place by a large diamond-shaped ornamental jewel over her breast, and a hood. Beneath that is a lavender dress, folded short enough to hang on her hips, exposing the leotard beneath. The dress has gold detailing in the shape of a V on it's front. Her boots extend to her thighs, and have gold plated diamond shapes over the knees. They fold like fabric, but look much stronger. She has a series of interlocking diamonds and runes tattooed across her arms. All this gives her an otherworldly quality that separates her from normal people. Were it not for this, her small stature and round face may have you guessing she was merely a high schooler.



The Legacy
 


Personality: Lucia is cold toward most people, but tends to warm up over time. Her small frame has many people treating her like a child, which she often uses to her advantage. Lucia takes especially well to anti-heroes, men and women who understand the concept of a lesser evil, and those who can smile despite this. She can be quite tender when she tries, but is otherwise very awkward in social situations.  

History: Lucia is the memory of  a dead universe. Her existence is all that remains as its echo. Speculation states that universe may be ours, and Lucia is merely traveling in time to visit us before our inevitable end.
She was found burnt out in a crater, as many aliens are, and was quickly rushed to the town's small hospital where the doctors were very kind to her. When the government intervened Lucia quickly escaped, realizing that not all humans can be trusted.




The Powers and Weaknesses
 


Powers

Matter Manipulation: Lucia has the ability to manipulate states of matter, as well as the form,  and density of anything in her sight. This also allows her to create shields of air to protect her, and allows for flight within the atmosphere. In space, she must expend more energy to move and breath. This does not work on Humans and is thus a no-kill power.

Telekinesis: she can move things by lending them her energy. Unfortunately this means she cannot shield while manipulating objects.

Sight: Lucia can 'see' anything in the world that isn't shielded from her eyes using science or magic. During this time, however, her physical body is completely blind and will need protection. The same goes for her hearing.

Healing Factor: she heals at five times the rate of another human, but must have her bones set, bullets removed, ect.

Weaknesses

Aversion to Light: Due to Lucia's paleness, she cannot stand the light. She burns easily and is quickly blinded by strobe lights, flashing lights, or sudden changes in the environment. This usually stuns her long enough for her enemies to cause serious damage.

Physically Weak: Lucia's physical body is very weak, in mass and constitution. She cannot bear most lasting physical wounds and is easily overwhelmed. This is by far her greatest weakness.

Sight: Lucia can 'see' anything in the world that isn't shielded from her eyes using science or magic. During this time, however, her physical body is completely blind and will need protection. The same goes for her hearing.

Telekinesis: she can move things by lending them her energy. Unfortunately this means she cannot shield while manipulating objects.

Healing Factor: she heals at five times the rate of another human, but must have her bones set, bullets removed, ect.

Low Stamina: she must refuel between high-level attacks.

Low Pain Tolerance: whilst in a considerable amount of pain, Lucia's powers are weakened to a crippling extent.

Prone to Flashbacks: Lucia is prone to having badly-timed flashbacks, mainly of her world dying or her loved ones being hurt in various ways.


Items/Minions
She often finds old collectables that she will cherish for a short while before re-gifting. She has many followers, although few have ever met her. They started a cult worshipping her as their leader, and final sacrifice to appease God, the Void Princess.
