When taking on his Arsenal persona, Michael wears a specially designed black mask and black combat gear to hide his appearance.

The Legacy

Personality: Michael is a friendly kind of guy, usually cracking jokes when at all possible and a small smirk is something that is always decorating his lips. He has a certain charisma that can make the male appear approachable when he wants to be, and that is most of the time. The life of a business man has rubbed off and it can show through the caution that he shows before taking any kind of risk, as well as anything else. Even with that about him, if anyone insults his family or anyone close to Michael, he is likely to show a less than friendly side. Despite his statues as a villain, Michael is perhaps more agreeable than most people of the evil persuasion; unless Elena asks him to do something particularly diabolical, Michael is usually more inclined towards the good spectrum of morality.

History:
Michael was born to the head of a prominent family known as the Collins, his father leading a powerful company that was well know for medical supplies as well as arms dealing within the black market. Michael grew up within this world and expected it to be how his life would be until he met the person that would be his wife, Elena Marie. From the moment they met he could feel something about this woman, a certain “magic” about her he could not explain and that attracted him. Things progressed and they ended up being married. It was not long afterward that his son Sean was born, changing everything within what seemed like an empty life into something that he had never expected to be there. Michael had found a reason to live and that alone kept him going. It was not until Elena's murder that he snapped though for the worst, as he took his own life thus starting the road of troubles for Sean. Three years later he found himself brought back, by Elena who had traded her soul to the fae, allowing him a chance at life once again.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Spiritual infusion: Due to the unique manner from which Michael was revived, he is capable of channeling his spiritual essence into objects and increase their overall power. This can range from turning a simple toothpick into a dangerous projectile, to turning rifle ammo into something that is far more dangerous. The increase in the objects overall strength does not instantly diminish when he lets it go but remains for a few hours, also with this spiritual enhancement he is capable of propelling objects towards any target with the strength of a bullet. If he is using this power on a weapon that uses projectiles, the power will stretch to both projectile and the weapon launching it.

Combat Mastery: Elena Marie infused his body with countless combat arts, making him a master of over 100 combat styles and allowing Michael to use his power more effectively. Along with this his own reactionary times were increased to a godlike level.

Weakness(es)

Still human: Despite his amazing powers, Michael can still be harmed like any human can be.

I'm not that short: He doesn't like his height being made light of and will typically go off on someone if they do.

You do it for her: He is incredibly devoted to Elena and is likely to do anything to protect her from potential harm.

Well, this is awkward: For some reason, means used to bind spirits can effect him, or at the very least they short out his spiritual infusion.

Peak Human: His newly created body was made to be at the peak of human physicality. This allows him to lift fourtimes his body weight, run at the most 34 MPH and take some heavy hits without dropping instantly. His intelligence has even been increased to the peak of human capability.

Protected: Michael's body has been enchanted with powerful and some forgotten magics. This allows him to resists many forms of mind control, emotional manipulation or anything that would radically effect his body.
