Jack is the depiction of a human being at peak level, with a muscular build, imposing height, and athletic frame. Jack served as an agent of the CIA for a large majority of his life, as a result of his vigorous training regiment, Jack has the physique of a world class athlete. Jack's hair is kept at medium length, leaving it hanging roughly down just below his ears. For the most part Jack's hair is dark brown, and does not possess the same slight green Hue as the real Sionas Lockhart. One defining characteristic that Jack possesses that his clone brother and the real Sionas don’t have, is a scar that runs across the bridge of his nose. Jack’s completion, Is much closer to what Sionas’ original tone was, which was slightly tanned skin. Unlike the real Sionas, Jack’s eyes are a dark brown, with a slight green tint when in direct light.

Jack likes to keep up his appearance as much as possible, always dressing in fine clothes, as his overall outfit of choice is a White dress shirt with a black tie, and brown vest, with a pair of brown dress pants and a unique pair of wingtip combat boots. He also wears a long brown trench coat that has a strip of leather that runs from shoulder to shoulder and also makes up the collar of the coat.

The Legacy

Personality:
Unlike his counter parts, Jack is a calm and thoughtful individual often putting the needs of others above his own, with this also comes a strong sense of duty, and devotion to protecting those around him, it was these traits that were specifically taken from Sionas and then given to Jack, that made him the perfect controllable soldier and dog of the military for so long. Jack deep down holds a resentment for his heritage and hates being refered to as either Sionas or his clone brother, and especially dislikes being compared to the two, instead Jack focuses and stresses the fact that he is his own man regardless of his origins or genes.

The one trait Jack does share with the others is his love for the grandiose, and always being the center of attention, or at least making people aware of his presence. He’s loud, cheerful, and always looking to lift the spirits of those around him. Also known as a bit of a trickster and troublemaker all in one, much like how Sionas used to be, before his decline in mental health.
History:
Sionas Lockhart was a CIA agent, one of the most skilled and respected agents the CIA had to offer. During the late 70's and into the mid 80's Sionas was set on several missions around the world. Though the pay was good and the work was exciting Sionas wanted more. This is when he was brought in on a little secret operation the government had been working on for years. They had been trying to perfect a serum that would turn the average human into a super soldier, a weapon and asset they could use to hunt down and apprehend metahuman threats around the world. There had been 65 attempts with human subjects that had all failed miserably, but Sionas was not deterred, he was well aware of the risks, and didn’t care, he had no family or loved ones to worry about if the serum killed him, but he would be a real life super hero if it did work. Sionas proceeded with the experiment and survived, though the serum had different effects on him than what were desired. Instead of getting super human strength, speed, endurance ect. He instead ended up with the ability to mimic any motor function he saw with his own eyes, without any training. Though the result wasn't what they had in mind, the scientists called it a success. The results were instantaneous and there was no telling how or why it worked, but it did. The government got to work testing out their new weapon, by giving Sionas years worth of training in as little as a few hours. Though they had success with Sionas, the serum seemed to fail every time after, thus making Sionas one of a kind. To ensure that Sionas would survive the field, he was injected with another experimental serum that had previously not worked, this one gave him a boosted regeneration factor, it would allow him to live longer than the average human and heal from life threatening injuries, but the serum had a limited duration, meaning he had to be injected every other month. With all precautions taken, the government deployed Sionas back out into the field, with the purpose of carrying out the intended mission.

For years Sionas operated in the shadows, doing the countries dirty work, and also hunting down Meta human's, so that the Government could run tests and experiments. Sionas eventually "retired" and settled down, getting married and having a kid. Just after his daughter was born, he was brought out of retirement, there was no way they were going to let such a valuable asset get away from them. He didn't put up a fight, instead he arranged for his wife and daughter to be financially taken care of for the rest of their lives. Knowing that his family would be taken care of, gave him some peace of mind, and allowed him to continue his job as a meta hunter for the government. While Sionas continued with his work, the government continued to experiment in the shadows, looking for any ways of making a perfect soldier capable of taking on even the most dangerous of meta humans. Sionas was their guinea pig for these experiments, as he was often the first injected, to ensure that the serum was stable enough to use on other human subjects.

Just a few short years after Sionas was reenlisted by the government to do their wet work, he was severely injured while trying to extract an individual from a terrorist run prison. The accident put Sionas into a coma, the events were something the government had not been expecting, and the sudden temporary loss of their best operative prompted them to launch phase 2 of the Sionas project. The Sionas project was a means for the government to have a Sionas at all times, someone with all the powers they had given him, was invaluable, but it was also his skills as a soldier that was the real root of the project, the dirty little truth. It wasn’t so much a means to always have someone like Sionas, but to have someone like Sionas that they could control and wouldn’t ask questions.

Much like their first attempts at creating a super soldier serum, the government failed several times to produce a legitimate clone of Sionas, failing numerous times before finally succeeding. The clone walked, talked, and acted just like Sionas, he was perfect in every way, and maybe that was the problem though. The clone was immediately dispatched into the field and performed well above the estimated success margins. About two years after his creation, the clone named Cyrus had begun to show signs of insubordination, perhaps it was due to the fact that he learned of his true origins, or perhaps it was just an innate thing that was bound to happen, something deep in Sionas’ genetic code that lead to him being uncontrollable or predictable, whatever the case was, Cyrus did not take kindly to the news of his origins and soon after disappeared in the middle east, where he formed his own terrorist organization, aimed at disrupting US operations overseas.

With Cyrus turning out to be a huge failure and major pain in the neck, the US government scrambled to correct the situation, however, with Sionas showing no signs of waking up from his coma, the government had no choice but to try and send several of their best agents to apprehend the rogue clone, each mission ending in failure and the loss of an exceptional agent. While these failed attempts to capture Cyrus raged on, the government continued their cloning project in the shadows, finally yielding a clone worthy of replacing Sionas in every way, with the right gene sequencing, he would be the same as Sionas and Cyrus in terms of skill and power, but he wouldn’t have the same mentality or insubordination issues, instead, he would be the perfect soldier, one that wouldn’t ask questions or turn on them. To make sure their little experiment worked and that they had found the right combination of recessive and dominate genes within Sionas’ DNA to create the perfect soldier, they sent the new clone out on various missions, turning him into the top agent and best soldier the government had to offer.

Jack, the new and improved clone served to be a valuable asset to the US, doing plenty of its wet work and black ops missions. Jack was so good at his job he earned the nickname Jack the ripper, for the untold amounts of bodies left in his wake. The lingering stench of failure was still there, however, somewhere out there was their biggest mistake, Cyrus, and something needed to be done about him. Every operative that had been sent after Cyrus had died or vanished, but thanks to their last attempt an agent was able to relay Cyrus’ location before his signal went cold. With a definitive location for Cyrus, the US decided to fully test Jack’s capabilities, they would send him to eliminate his rogue clone brother. Around the same time, it seemed as though Sionas had gained consciousness and escaped from one of their facilities.

The operation to eliminate Cyrus was a fiasco, anything that could go wrong did, it was a perfect example of Murphy’s Law in full effect. To start with, Jack couldn’t be dropped in close to Cyrus’ location for the simple fact that it could have tipped Cyrus off. Secondly once Jack was inside, all of his communication was cut off, he was alone in the dark, left to take out Cyrus and his men with no Intel or back up, it was a true solo sneaking mission. After successfully infiltrating Cyrus’ base, Jack went to work, he slowly took out each of Cyrus’ men, eventually making his way to his real target, his clone brother Cyrus. It was during this encounter, that Jack learned the truth about his origins. Hard to believe as it was, everything Cyrus said made sense, but Jack wasn’t about to be compared to the likes of Cyrus or Sionas, he would prove to the world that he was no clone, he would prove that he was Jack Lockhart, his own man. The battle between Jack and Cyrus lasted for a solid hour, each one was equally skilled, and shared the same powers. Eventually the stress of the battle weighed heavy on the two, but Jack was able to prevail, just in time before an air strike struck Cyrus’ base, effectively killing anyone unfortunate enough not to make it out.

Jack used the air strike as cover, using it to disappear into the wind. Unlike Cyrus, Jack wasn’t interested in getting revenge on the US for creating him, instead he wanted to look forward to the future, one where he could prove he was no clone. Search parties investigated the ruins of Cyrus’ hideout, but found no traces of Cyrus or Jack’s bodies. With the two clones missing, and the real Sionas breaking free of his captivity, the government had lost their research, Sionas had made sure of it, wiping all traces of it from their records. The world was only prepared for one Sionas, but now it had three running around, each with their own agendas, only time could tell how things would turn out. Jack spends his time now, traveling the world trying to make a name for himself.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Impervious to pain- Jack has the ability to feel absolutely no pain what so ever, no matter the severity of the wound.

Power 2: Advanced Photographic Reflexes/Memory- Jack has the ability to absorb knowledge instantaneously. This ability is linked to his muscle memory, allowing Jack to instantly replicate the physical movement of peak-level humans. Using these "photographic reflexes", he is highly skilled in various forms of combat, as an exceptional martial artist, a skilled swordsman, a deadly accurate marksman, as well as displaying a strenuously honed athletic ability. Once Jack has mastered an opponent's physical movements, he can then predict his opponent's next attack.

This also extends to any book or bit of information Jack exposes himself, which has lead to him amassing a genius level intellect. Jack is able to read a book from cover to cover and remember all of its contents, as well as and research he does on a computer, or in this case the research notes he stole from Project Perfection.

By viewing a video in fast-forward, Jack can learn to replicate human movement at above superhuman level speed. However, this puts his body under extreme duress when used.

Power 3: Super Strength- Jack possesses immense superhuman strength, allowing him to perform great feats. Jack's entire musculature system is very powerful, couple this with his photographic reflexes, and he is able to move his body much faster as well. Jack's punches are capable of putting holes in ten inch thick steel. Jack is also able to leap great heights and distances.

Power 4: Genius Level Intellect- Because Jack possesses the ability of photographic memory, he can retain any knowledge or information that he reads, and is able to recall this information down to every last letter. Because of this Jack has taken to reading several works on genetics, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, physics, and engineering making him one of the foremost experts in each science.

Power 5: Super Speed/Reflexes- Jack’s superhuman strength has reinforced his entire musculature, to the point of giving him near flawless responsiveness to his actions, allowing him to react quicker, and move faster than a peak level human, but not as fast as someone with true super speed or reflexes, he falls somewhere in between the two.

Power 6: Accelerated Healing- Jack is able to heal minor wounds in mere seconds, and potentially lethal injuries in a few hours or days. This extends to repairing damaged internal organs or even lost limbs.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Jack Hates being compared to or refered to as either the real Sionas or his clone brother Cyrus, just the mentioning either of the two in a sentence has the potential to send Jack into a fit of blind rage or anger towards the individual making these claims, this can lead to him becoming reckless.

Weakness 2: Having Resistance to pain is a double edged sword, just because Jack can't feel the pain, doesn't mean damage isn't being done to his body, he presses on with total disregard for the harm and stress he is placing on his body. Because of this Jack places himself in situations of actually worsening his condition and not allowing his body to heal the damage.

Weakness 3: Jack will go above and beyond his limits when it comes to protecting his friends, or any innocent people caught in the cross fire, this makes using these people as perfect leverage against Jack, either to force him to comply with their demands or to make him risk his own life to ensure someone’s safety.

Weakness 4: Though Jack's body can heal wounds at an alarming rate, it cannot quickly recover from any sort of damage it sustains from magic spells. In other words, Magic renders Jacks accelerated healing totally useless.

Weakness 5: Jack believes in his own abilities for too much, he believes he is unbeatable and this makes him overconfident and leads to him underestimating those who oppose him.

Weakness 6: Though Jack is able to mimic actions at double their normal speed, he lacks any sort of enhanced endurance, so using this technique for any reason puts a lot of stress on his body, and wears him out fast.

Light Casters: Through a bit of an engineering miracle, Jack has created a pair of pistols that are capable of firing highly condensed, solidified light. These pistols pack one hell of a punch, Jack’s to be more specific. That’s right; the damage these suckers can dish out is the equivalent of being punched by Jack’s full strength.

Weakness: Instead of running on individual ammo, the Light Casters run off of a highly sophisticated cylinder that enables the solidification of the light projected from the gun. Because of this the guns can only fire off about 5 rounds before needing to cool down (3 posts after overheating). In addition to this, Jack does not carry an spare cylinders on him, meaning if either or both of the cylinders are damaged in a gun fight their unusable till he can replace the cylinders.
