Those Two Members Work Together to Get the Job Done According to Plan. 10 Members All Together to Carry Our Various Missions to Help Preserve the World From Those Who Seek to Destroy It. OCEAN Carries out what the heroes can't do. Get the Job Done. They are there when things go to the darkest hour. They are there in the shadows to pick up the remains. OCEAN will carry the torch in the shadows to keep the world at Peace. From their ashes they shall rise once again. Better. Stronger. Superior.

You Can Be Placed Into One of the Many Following.
- Fighter Specialist:-- You Are A Fighter. You have High Skill in Fighting. You Are a Trained Warrior. Despite all your other abilities, through and through you can go into combat with the skills of a trained warrior.
- Tank Specialist:--You have High Durability. You are much more capable to take the damage. You will serve in the front lines to support the mage units or the fighter units. Your are the first to go in to conquer. If you have strength? That just makes you all the fucking better.
- Mage Specialist: Magic, it will be utilized to conquer. Alongside your other abilities, your magic can be honed with your fellow mages on the battle field in numbers. Even those with most technical of magic ability will be accepted here.
- Tactician Specialist: Tech and Science, those who utilize cool gadgets and maybe some martial arts could be located here. Tacticians are geared towards machinery, tech, and providing armor to all our operatives. Without the tacticians, there would be no oil to the machine that is O.C.E.A.N.
- Hybrid Specialist: Hybrid specialist's are those whom have abilities that are not undefined by the other categories. Hybrid specialists are utilized in various ways when in combat. Sometimes they can rock out with the tanks sometimes they support the mages.

There Are Phase Three and Phase Four Operatives, these operatives are separate and determined by place of residence. Those who live in the HQ are among the Phase Four Operatives. Veteran Operatives, they get priority in team planning. There are only 10 Members Among the OCEAN Fold. And Planning For Attack is Done Among the Ten Accordingly. Phase 4 Operatives has ultimate say over Phase 3 Operatives. Final Review Goes to the Second in Command. Revisions and Final Approval Go To Commander in Chief. Each Squadron has two members each Squadron has to work together to carry out the quest at hand.
Once plans are agreed upon the entire O.C.E.A.N team will initiate attack on the enemy. Execution will be to the plan letter by letter unless something goes wrong. No plan is perfect and O.C.E.A.N realize this. Execution is important just as improvisation. All O.C.E.A.N operatives will communicate each other and notify each other of when their teams section plans do not fall through because of the enemy team. This will be recognized as not a flaw in the plan but as a tactical adaptation in the initial threat. The team will do as they see fit to make it closest to the plan if possible. Reports will be made after the threat is eliminated.
Every O.C.E.A.N operative must be willing to kill an civilian to get to the goal. This separates us from the normal hero. We notice morals are important but for an effective job to sustain the threat if we need to eliminate a hostage to get to the villain we will. The plan made pre-op debriefing is much more important the civilian. Collateral damage can happen and O.C.E.A.N recognizes this.

The building is actually a revolution against time itself. Sai had took the time to get the money she needed to make a proper home for her team members in OCEAN. After getting a couple million, the invested her time and brain to create this futuristic home eons before it's own time. The corridors and the place is all genetically encrypted, star-dust powdered, nanite-walls. There are special statues that will attack when there are intruders. There is the nano-lazer that can cut through flesh. Many booby traps line the halls if the intruders intend to cut through the place. It is secure, it is the place, the people of OCEAN called home.
Located deep within the forest in the tropical phillipines, it's located on an Oasis completed in view when conquering the deep forest in the canopy of thrush and wild life. Readily, it seems like the person had stepped into another world.. a world which they would never truly experience because by the time they get to the front doors without the special genetic encryption card they'd probably end up dead.
...or so it was. OCEAN has fallen, taken down from forces within and without. What once was a technological marvel, a veritable city devoted entirely to housing and supplying the organization is now an overgrown island ruin. Most of the compound is unlivable, with 80% of the facilities lacking basic amenities like running water or electricity. Twisted metal and scraps of old vehicles and machinery litter the grounds, rotting in the jungle heat and unknown pollutants released during the base's destruction. Along with rebuilding the team, Redline is also in the process of rebuilding their headquarters.

“I used to have a gift, one I thought I could use to make a difference in the world. I did just that. Though it was locally, I set out each night on my own and did what it took to keep the people of my city safe, to the best of my abilities. That being said I got sick, and I turned my back on that life. That was until I had a fateful encounter with a dear friend and was given my life back. I was given a second lease on life and I don’t want to piss it away like did when I was ill. To that end, I will use this second chance to make sure the world is a safer place. OCEAN seems like the type of group that really have their hearts in the right place, and it gives me a chance to make a larger impact that I would have back in LA.

“Well to be completely honest I’m not entirely sure what the extent of my new powers are, but I know I’m pretty damn strong, nearly indestructible… as far as I’ve checked, and I can do some pretty neat things with fire. As for weaknesses well, I may be a bit of a loose cannon and I’m quite reckless when it comes to fighting. I tend to through caution to the win when in the middle of a brawl. I don’t really know when to quit.”

The world is full of insanely powerful super-people, governed by their own senses of morality, which aren't right most of the time. I'm no idiot. I know that there needs to be a group, with good oversight, willing to step in and prevent world-ending events. While I may not morally align with everyone here, I don't trust many of the other "heroes" to always make the right choice.

I know that there needs to be a group, with good oversight, willing to step in and prevent world-ending events. While I may not morally align with everyone here, I don't trust many of the other "heroes" to always make the right choice.

To be honest, I'm tired of meeting heroes that are too scared to finish the job, and risk the target escaping. I'm also tired of meeting villains that take unnecessary risks that ALSO put achieving the objective in jeopardy. I've always wanted to meet a team that follows my style, one that will do what they have to to complete the task at hand. I think I've found that team...

After going to hell I realized just how short my life can be, I intend to use that time to do good any way necessary. Maybe get a kitten too.
What About Your Strengths? You Weaknesses?
I'm a world class mercenary. Take that for what you may. I do well with espionage and stealth while I also can handle myself in a mass gunfight/war. I've had training in multiple different fighting styles and use all of them in my own mixed up fighting style. I can teleport and have a healing factor, I can shoot humanly well, I have heightened reflexes and speed, and I may have more powers I don't know about yet. My weaknesses effect many different aspects of me, but rarely is there a situation where they're all hindered. SuperSonic blasts hinder my teleporting, it can keep me from teleporting at all, or perhaps teleporting me into a wall or to some completely random place. Magic negates my healing abilities, bullet wounds that go straight through can heal, but magical wounds heal slower than a human's would until I were to appear in my apartment. Ice can completely quench the blue flames of my moonblades, they must then be reheated in their sheaths. Water touching my moonblades will take my speed and reflexes away, only until the water stops will it be returned. Personal weaknesses... Kittens. *chuckle* No I'm just kidding, I don't really have any. I don't have a family, all of my friends have powers, and I kill for a living.

I know, I myself am quite young as hero's go, but I probably got more experience then most people do when it comes to a role in a military team. Plus, not like I'm going to die."

What About Your Strengths? You Weaknesses?
"I am what you would call, unkillable. I have a regeneration rate 2.5 million times faster then the average person, as well as a few biological quirks, such as limbs that dislocate, the ability to hide weapons in my body, enhanced strength and speed, and no actual internal organs. I do have a few problems though, I happen to be quite allergic to anesthetics, they slow my regeneration down by 10 times its regular speed. I need to eat 2 time that of a normal person. Certain sound frequencies can disrupt my regeneration and cause it to, back fire... I also have, a problem understanding how others feel, and kind of feeling anything at all really, I wont go off killing people for no reason, usually unless they break some of my vows, such as to treat humans as more slaves then people, injuring innocents for poor reasons, and spreading lies about me. But otherwise, they wont be on my bad side. Just my neutral one."
