The Agency part II reboot (SIGN UP HERE!)
Last time on SHRPG....
Concluding the events of the desecration of Big Ben, the destructive demon prince, and the "Power-plant terrorists" The Agency set into action once more, this time turning to potential allies and reaching out to certain metahumans with heroic qualities and a sense of justice and good will. However many were not happy with the means that they shackled renegades and dangerous metahumans, and many began to spread rumors of experimentation and other things about the enigmatic group that was sworn to protect humanity from the meta-threat.
Officially separated into a "civil dispute" The Agency began to endorse many heroes, many of them human and even some metahumans that were able to prove their trust and loyalty to not only the good of humanity, but for the good of all. Beginning with the debut and reveal of Ranger's identity as attorney Ray Miller, The Agency supported him, his decisions and rallied behind him and their enigmatic leader, Director Williams. With many of the Agency leaders till in the shadows, Rey Millar was a beacon, a poster boy for the Agency and subsequently for the regulation (but not enslavement) of metahuman kind. The opposition have since been labeled "Renegades" and they are still in much danger with The Agency beginning to crack down on both heroes and villains alike.
Lead by the ever illusive Director Williams, and Agent Masters; The Agency is well supplied and is the most technologically advanced group in the world, having recruited both The Existential and Gadget to their cause, there is quite literally nothing in all of existence the Agency cannot achieve, nor contain, nor control Their victory is assured...all it takes is a little time and to shear off the opposing faction.
The opposing faction remains separated, isolated and independent. The leaders of the opposition are former gang leader Royal Pain, Doctor Alistair Gendo, Successful gang leader Gravity Man and the "terrorist" himself: Masquerade. Looking to show metahuman independence and coexistence without the need for regulation, these very different and very divided faction need a beacon of their own, heroes or villains that can unite them to push back The Agency...
and potentially save the world from it's very own Metahuman civil war!
The Agency sends a powerful duo of Agents to attack a point of opposition! Rally with the fellow Renegades (or Agent's) and do what needs to be done! You have to survive!

Vanguard has been fighting him, but how much longer can he hold out!? Things look grim as Renegade Masquerade allies himself with Ahnk to take down Vanguard and the other Agents once and for all.
Turning of the gears and Gadgets ---- FILLED! (Forcewave)
You've been played! The Agency supplier has outwitted you and the Renegades yet again! Though this time he doesn't seem to be all that hostile, in fact he seems to have welcomed you here. What's going on!? Get to the bottom of this and potentially strengthen the Renegades or hinder The Agency!
Assault on the Agency! ---- Red Tide, Thistle, Faith, Glow.
An Agency base has been found! This powerful station is well fortified, and well defended. Gentlemen this very well might as be war! - In part I:
- The Agency has begun it's move, beginning with small and subtle steps towards the path of regulation of metahuman kind. The Agency started small, targeting metahumans with a criminal record and forcing them to undergo the process of "Shackling". One of the first priority topics was the self-proclaimed demon prince Entei and his blue flames of Gehenna for his actions of burning several mind controlled and helpless law enforcement members to death. Vowing to avenge the fallen members of the NYPD, the Agency quickly reigned in Entei and with the shackling he was sent after his former friend and partner, Jeisen. The battle between Jeisen and Entei proved to have far more collateral damage than was initially predicted, though the anonymity of Entei's shackling only served to further vilify the chaos and fear of metahumans.
Events in England caused snow to begin there and not stop for days on end, soon piling up to the point that it was unnatural. With the assistance of the Agency's mysterious supplier, they deployed the machine known as M.E.C.H.A.N.I.S.M to assist Agents who were hot on the trail of a high priority target known as Masquerade. Eventually fate would have it that Masquerade would encounter the source of the unnatural snow, a powerful cryokinetic metahuman that manifested out of snow. This metahuman as full of untapped potential and no recollection of her history, so meeting Masquerade and Jeisen only added to confusion as the Agency tried to detain the terrorist. Because of his assistance in helping Masquerade escape, the Agency labeled Jeisen an accomplice and sent out M.E.C.H.A.N.I.S.M to engage and detain the targets, alive if able. The mech carried out its orders but alas it was defeated, and Masquerade took off with Jeisen and the "Snow Siren" leaving the landmark Big Ben in ruins and M.E.C.H.A.N.I.S.M in need of great repair.
Not long after a catastrophic even unfolded in a Chicago power plant, the entire plant had blown with traces of nuclear radiation through the area. The Agency response forces quickly managed to contain the area and provide sufficient protection from harmful radiations due to their advanced technology. Meanwhile there were two metahumans that survived the meltdown at the plant, believing them to be culprits the entire city of Chicago was on look out for two fugitive metahumans on the run. These metahumans, brothers adopting the names "Forge" and "Meltdown" were on the run for The Agency and a very large biological monstrosity known only as "Exanimus". Though seekers of truth and Justice, former leader of Knightwatch Ranger, and Hero icon Forcewave pursued the metahumans in search of answers, finding noting other than a plea of innocence before being attacked by the massive blob kaiju. The battle eventually resolved with the destruction of Exanimus, though it survived as it slipped into the sewers, where it was found by the Agency's mystery supplier, the elusive Gadget.
At the same time as the power-plant terrorist attack happened, Chicago also suffered form a grave and morbid event. A large slaughter happened on the other side of town, where several dozens if not thousands of people lost their lives to an insane mechanical being that worked alongside Exanimus in order to garner attention away from the terrorists. This machine was named C.O.N.D.U.I.T, and because of this misanthropic machine many lost their lives. Bodies in the sewers, barriers upon barriers protecting him before the Knight Khellendros alongside with Bernard the speedster and a mentally insane doctor so fittingly named Faust arrived to combat the machine.
The machine proved the depths of his sadism as he placed a mother and a boy in a pod and proclaimed that one of them was poison, and the other was not. If they chose right then the mother would die, if they chose wrong the young boy would die. Khellendros used advanced sensory to unravel the truth, but the machine was more cunning than it appeared. Having anticipated Khellendros using detective sensory, C.O.N.D.U.I.T knew the metahuman powers of the mother, and so he staged an elaborate ruse, just to lead to this event. Having been called out, the machine laughed and with great sadism proclaimed that the true poison was not within the pods, but within his own actions. He said that if one murdered a boys mother, Vengeance would fester in the son, and one day he too would kill himself in attempts to avenge her. C.O.N.D.U.I.T revealed his power as he lifted the boy's mother and the boy, one in each hand, and forced the boy to watch as he opened his large cloak and revealed a large meat-grinder, blender hybrid, and he fed the mother slowly through his chest before tossing the boy aside.
In an act of insanity, Faust then murdered the boys father, reasoning that he was only another hostage to be used against him. It wasn't long before C.O.N.D.U.I.T revealed that by grinding up the mother, he managed to gain her cryokinesis and amplified himself before engaged and defeating Khellendros, Faust and Bernard. An explosion in the ice revealed the leader of The Agency, Director Jamison Williams. Williams quickly dispatched of C.O.N.D.U.I.T, agents arriving to detain the robot and a pod arriving to transport the boy back to an Agency base. Faust, in another act of insanity charged at Agent Williams and received an explosive bullet to the head. It is unsure if he somehow survived but the last anyone had seen of him he appeared to be very dead. Khellendros and Bernard escaped Agency grasps due to the assistance of Djinn, a gangster under Doctor Alistair Gendo.
Khellendros decided to retrieve the young child, feeling guilty for the death of the boy's adoptive mother and father. Khellendros began a rescue mission to retrieve Victor Franklin from The Agency, though in the process learning that his biological parents were none other than Snow Siren and "Yamm" the dragon king whom apparently had him in a previous incarnation. Using this information to their advantage, The Agency captured the Snow Siren and shackled her, before preparing to utilize her in order to capture the metahuman and self-proclaimed goddess known as Thistle.
Agent Williams himself went to deal with the self-proclaimed botanical goddess, daringly doing so in her own domain. Through sheer human ingenuity and training, Agent Williams survived his encounter with Thistle, and with great planning she was defeated. Before she could retreat, Williams enacted his plan and frosted over the area, concealing them within, forcing them to have civil conversation. A mutual understanding was made, and Thistle was shackled, her own talents soon to be employed for mutual gain.

If this ever gets resuscitated, Sign Guerrero for "Salvation...or Distruction". Dirk of the Armsmen is with him
...and if there is still room: The Grey to save Agent Jardin in "Assault on the Agency." Grey may start hidden amidst the attackers...or he is genuinely with the Renegades and switches sides later, whichever seems like the better option
Subject to change if Mods (or anyone) think of a better option...
