You're going to fight some bat-s**t crazy lady who thinks she's the wicked witch of the west.
Basically, you should:
- Beat the crap out of the crazy lady
- Beat up any of the allies of the crazy lady
- Save as many civilians as possible
- OPTIONAL: deactivate whatever magic artifact is making thing crazy around the town.
- OPTIONAL: get a better life, because this quest is the worst quest ever.
