The Looks

In his old human form Daniel had a shaved head and blue eyes. He usually wore brightly colored clothes and baggy jeans with flip flops. In his angel form. He wears his golden Halo above his head and has a pair of white bird wings have his size. He wears a gold helmet that covers his face except for his eyes. There is a red feather above on it. He wears on his torso a gold chest plate, with a seal showing his seal of the rank of general, which is a cross with wings on it. He also wears a brown leather loin cloth that reaches his knees over golden leggings. He wears gold boots too.

The Legacy

Personality: Daniel is a loyal yet stubborn person. He is ready and willing to bring justice but can be a jerk sometimes if tempted.

History: Daniel Shier was a peace activist during the Vietnam War when at the age of 24 was drafted into the U.S Marines. As much as he didn't want to fight, he was extremely skilled at survival, and hand to hand combat. He then was put into the SOG and into the enemy territory. When his friend, Alex Gilligan, was caught sending letters to the Viet-Cong, Daniel was asked to shoot him, which he refused to do. As punishment, Daniel was killed with Alex. However, Daniel saw he was in a white room and all he saw was a man in a suit with a beard and a pair of large wings. The man offered Daniel a chance to go back to earth. He would also give Daniel two holy short swords and the holy power of life and death.All the man asked was that he used the gifts for good and to fight evil. Daniel agreed and went to Earth once again as an angel. He killed everyone in the area. He was also given Heaven's General's chest plate and was given a warriors outfit and Halo including the swords. From that day on he was a Hero who fought evil known as The Saint

Power 1: The Power To See Into The Minds Of Others And See What Crimes They Have Committed.

Power 2: The Power To Take Ones Soul To If They Were Deemed Unworthy To Live Trough Concentrated Hand Contact.

Power 3: The Power To Restrain Someone To Any Surface With Hand Contact If They Were Worthy Of Living

Power 4: His Wings Act As Shields Against Any Kind Of Explosion Or Gun Shot.

Power 5: Flight(Can Fly at high altitude, even to space, without needing air.)

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: With all the armor he as on he is slow at moving, making him an easy shot.

Weakness 2: When He Prays (His Form Of Communication to the Heavens.) He Is Vulnerable To Attack At.

Weakness 3: He does not do ranged attacks. He goes up close to the enemy to attack.

Weakness 4: Can be killed with unholy weapons

Weakness 5: Slow At Flying

Okay so, your charrie is apparently 8 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. Thinking that may be a typo.

Here on this site, we do not consider any religion or mythology to be real. So you'll need an alternate explanation for heaven and Jesus.

Each element he controls will need to be listed separately, and will each require a weakness of its own. You need to provide descriptions for some of your powers and weaknesses, as well as for the items. Finally "Halo contains holy powers" doesn't sound like a weakness.

None of these are exploitable weaknesses.

A weakness is anything physical or mental that is exploitable in character.

E.G. Having an allergy, or being of human physique, etc. What you've listed could be considered RP mechanics, or just attach the elemental "weaknesses" you've written to your current powers to explain that the character only has those certain aspects of the element.
