The Looks

Butch is tall, bulbous and stocky with a large gut; appears very out of shape. He has a bald head, a broad forehead and a crooked fat nose. His hands and feet are very large, he is an oddly disproportional man. Almost always he's seen wearing his gangs jacket and colors, which bears the bloodied fist on the back of his dark jacket. He has no costume get up, and when he uses his powers it tends to destroy his clothing depending on the extremity of his power use. His powers make him very blob-like in appearance, and slimy to the touch making him more difficult to grip.

The Legacy

Personality: Butch is brash, foul and cruel. The only thing he truly cares about is boosting his own personal status. He's no villain mastermind, but instead is a self-serving thug.

History: Considered a lowlife thug by most, Butch Cooper is a notorious convict with a long criminal history. Having his powers from birth, he's had a long time to master his craft. Though usually simply a hired thug, he's now found himself a Lt. of the (Crimson) Fist gang. They operate in New York and have had much success during years of reconstruction. Butch is well connected and rather lucky, always finding a way to keep himself out of the slammer.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Power 1: Blob Stretching - Though at first glance he seems just like a normal thug, his body is far from normal. He has no bone structure and is instead held up by his blob-like body's ability to stretch and take forms. His body can take all types of shapes and sizes, able to stretch himself over ten times his body's size. When feeling pushed, he will abandon his human form and become entirely his blob persona.

Power 2: Slime - At will, his skin can secrete a slimy foul substance. This is used mostly as a defense to close quarters fighters, making it difficult to grip onto him or even stand close due to the stench.

Power 3: Superhuman Physiology - Because of his strange and unique body, he is able to take extreme amounts of punishment from even high powered supers. Most bullets bounce right off or right through him, making him highly dangerous to non-supers. Though not on the level of powerhouses, he has a dangerous level of super strength. Having proven too dangerous for the police force to handle alone time and time again.

Weakness 1: Electricity

Weakness 3: Extreme heat

Weakness 4: Split - If he sustains too much damage to his body or loses too much of his body he will lose consciousness or die depending on the severity.
