Metahumans are among us.
We can choose to stop them, or reform them.
Give them a second chance.
Allow them the same rights that any other individual has.

We are what stands in the way of ourselves.

The group, MRO (Metahuman Rehabilitation Ordinance), works with the Government to publicly make an example of Supervillains or Metahumans with a bad streak reform and become a better individual for society.

But, the group is truly a way to keep the world clean while exposing Metahumans to the more dangerous things lurking in our world.

The MRO will be comprised of Metahumans that were charged with a number of things. The Metahuman, or individual, could be a Villain, Renegade, or even a Hero that was sent to jail for whatever reason the Government or Police thought they should go.

This group is tied, quite strongly, with Thrones.

We all know who Thrones are, don't we? OOCly, I mean. IC Thrones has, and always will be, a ghost. And as such, the Queen of Thrones has taken it upon herself to better this planet by using criminals to her advantage. Rather than plucking them from jail, she's decided to work [ behind the scenes, of course ] with the Government of the United States. Metahuman Criminals, instead of rotting in the secured facilities around of the globe, will be put into the MRO and given a chance to redeem themselves of their charges; while also protecting our sweet, sweet planet Earth.

To Apply; Simply get thrown in Jail for something terrible, and you'll be PMed with an invitation to join, and a code-name will be discussed (Unless you have one in mind already)

If I may post here, Riz wants to change from being a bad girl; you know, turn over a new leaf... after she breaks out of jail, of course. Oh, yeah, she also wants to change her code name; it's ghastly.

So, Wraithe wants to join.
