Necrosis is Making Waves

As a fresh off the rack noob I need some help getting the ball rolling. I'm looking for someone to help me start Necrosis' Story, via quests, character development, etc. etc. Necrosis' Character Profile.

Interactions with Heroes
A Metahuman calling himself Necrosis has left a trail of thefts, armed robberies, and homocides in his wake. The last report following his description was on the outskirts of Chicago. His path would seem to point towards his entrance into the city. Bringing this Metahuman to justice for his crimes could be a task for some do-gooder Metahuman.

Interactions with Villains
Necrosis has been fishing for information on groups of Metahumans interested in overthrowing world powers. He is currently in Chicago, continuing his search, attempting to find something; or for something to find him. He is making a name for himself, with his skills and his wake of crime. Perhaps other villains would be interested in recruiting him, or keeping him off their turf.

I'm not sure that Amber Thirsis necessarily fits in with the above reasons mentioned for villain interactions and she's certainly not the hero type. However, if you're interested in an interaction with another character touched by death in a different fashion, I think we could have some interesting interactions.
