jeannie goes to rome

Most of the interior of the party continued to play out in the typical fashion of loud, noisy, and overly done, but it did not want to kill Danny, so she took it as an upgrade. Something blared out from behind her though. Something followed behind in the vents. Perhaps Danny did not do her best to escape in a the most quiet of fashions, but she had options now. And she chose the option where she ran and hid in a nook. The yells of her companion went completely unheard as Danny ducked away.

The yells did not fool everyone thought. While Jeannie moved out to try and get the attention of Danny, she gained the attention of the goons who noticed Danny disappeared. With a burlap sack, the goons would try to throw it over Jeannie and drag her off.

A piece of wall slid out from behind Danny. Her balance failed to gain her gripping again before Danny fell back. Danny looked for a mechanism, but noticed the wall simply no longer existed. Neither did the decor of the party she once attended. Instead, emptiness spread out all around her. A hole in the emptiness still appeared on the far side of the room, but it appeared farther. As she felt her mind go back into remission, an object began shining before her. It grew closer while the door to the party moved out of sight. Danny reached out for the spear and took it into her hand. As she lifted it, her very movement of the spear began to open another door back to the party. Danny stepped out of the portal and into the streets of 1950s Rome, with no trace of Jeannie.

everything was dark and smell like an old sack, somehow she ended up in a bag, well this is strange Danny is gone guess she didn't hear her. well, she can find her later once she has someone smell she can follow them anywhere.

right now she needs to figure out where she is will where this  burlap sack, she is in is going. ouch whoever is moving her isn't very nice they tossed her down somewhere and didn't bother to be gentle about it. they most have put her in the back of a truck cause there moving know, she'd wished they would at least take the bag off her head it's old musty smells driving her nuts.

after awhile they reach where there going and Jeannie feels herself being moved around again. she now knows how potatoes must feel she wonders where they are it smells familiar like she's been there before.  finally after getting dumped on the floor. she is freed from the smelly bag but realizes she is known in a prison cell of some kind.

she looks over and see who put her there really you guys are her too? you nazi goons are like evil rabbits everywhere I go you keep popping up the guards  didn't see the humor in her joke and pay more attention to the man that comes in.

you 've been looking for you mister masked leader guy there's a warrant for you arrest you wanted for war crimes, kidnapping, attempted murder, illegal experiments and I'm not sure but missing with time is probably a crime too. the evil leader laughs, will miss bounty hunter you found me however you seem to be backwards at the execution of you job, as I'm the one who has caught you.

you will pay for messing in my plans, but first were is the spear it should be here. what have you done with it?

well i was going to uses it as bait for you guys then sell to a collector for a bunch of money,but I found you guys first so I'm in the process of reworking my plan, I'll get back to you on that when I figure it out

so someone else is meddling in my plans, well we'll have found the meddler and reclaim the spear.as for you. you can stay here and rot as punishment for messing with us.

they leave Jeannie in the cell she yells down the hall at them annoyed with the current reversal of roles jokes on you jerks I don't age so I won't rot I'll just be very cranky after a few 100 years, and I don't on staying here anyway I've seen every episode of hogans heroes so I'm an expert on escaping nazi prisons, you're going to get it when I get out of here so after venting her frustration over being caught Jeannie looks around and begins working on her escape.

The arrival within the same, old realm came as more of a surprise than it should have. Not that she felt any excitement to see it, but she did feel relief to see anything again. Her felt heavy. Her grip tense. Her shoulder hanging on the socket. The spear came with her, and kept her still. If she moved would it tear a hole in reality? Or just a dimension? What time period would she wind up in if she moved slightly to her right?

She tried. Just slightly to the right. Nothing happened. Odd glances fell on her from all sides of the street. Now not only did she come across as an oddly dressed foreigner, but she also could not help but awkwardly sway to try and figure out how this spear worked. None of the inter dimension changing properties of the spear showed themselves, but the motion was still new. A few more experiments would prove more useful.

Danny ducked into an alleyway and swung the spear. Hard. Hard enough to break through the brick wall to her left. Not splintered, just through it. The reality in the wake of the spear began to shift. A dark basement began to shift into the alley. She saw the same men who grabbed her earlier speaking among themselves about someone they captured. The tear in time and space did not bridge the time it took Danny to finally decide to rescue Jeannie. It was the only right thing to do. Right?

Reality grew enough of a bridge for Danny to roll though with her spear at her side. The first of the guards ran at her to tackle her to the ground. A swift cut of the spear tore a hole in reality, sending the man through the reality tear Danny entered from. He tackled a table, going head first into a concrete wall. More anger rose from behind her, but Danny knew the hole behind her would just put the man on her. One cut would tear open in front of the charging man, while Danny would side step to cut a hole over the concussed man with his head against the wall. Her plan worked as she thought it would.

"That's enough of that." A man with thick glasses stepped out from the stairwell with his gun trained on Danny. "Do you think you're fast enough to do that before a bullet hits you? No? Then put the spear down. I have an experiment I would like to try with that. It will involve you and your little friend."

luck for Jeannie the bad guys weren't too smart they just tossed her in without checking her for hiding stuff or take her purse away. Jeannie looks through her things to see what she has then wonders what macgyver do?

breaking the bars seem like the best way out super strength would be nice. looks lke there pretty old looking she takes a nail file from her purse and starts filing the bars. well, it's slow but working she had time for this unfortunately Danny don't, if she found the spear the bad guys will be after her need speed this up so she can find her first.

Jeannie decides to just file near the top and bottom of the bars a little longer to try and loosen them up then takes the handcuff she found and puts them on one of the bars then takes   one of her guns she had hidden on her and hook the other end off the handcuff throw the trigger guard of the pistol and leans it facing toward  from the bar and yanks back on the handcuffs.

the  force of the gun tugs the handcuffs back pulling the bars loses. Jeannie repeats this with the other bars tell she has room to wiggle out.  she then unhooks her gun from the handcuffs and puts them away till she needs them again.

hah hah fools you don't catch Jeannie, Jeannie catches you Jeannie then finds her way out of the ruins crap she's in the middle of nowhere after wandering through the jungle around the ruins she finds road yay know how to get back. Jeannie guesses she should try and stop a car or something so she jumps up and down on the side off the road trying to get someone's attention.

a truck comes to a stop and a little old man gets out and goes over to her. miss you need help?
yes I was looking for a friend and got lost out here, think maybe you could give me a ride back to town I think she might be there. the old man finds it odd for a little girl to be out wandering trough the jungle and decides to help. so they start driving back Jeannie notices a barrel of apples her tummy grumbles as she looks at them. you can have some if you want, you're probly hungry after all that wondering you did.

yes lucky for you I was taking this in town today, so I had to take the road you was on they get back to a marketplace in Rome. Jeannie thanks the farmer for the ride and apples then goes off on her way to find day, sure are lot people in the city and it's big this  could take a while good thing she has all the time in the world not getting old has its advantages.  After awhile Jeannie found what she was looking or smelling for.

The now unmistakeable smell of her friend she has become familiar with in their time together. Lovely when there not lost in time with people trying   to kill them she'll have to ask Danny where she gets her perfume from as she finds the smell quite enjoyable.

Jeannie flows the smell to a building, with the quickness and silence of a cat Jeannie climb up the up the fire escape and looks through the window.  She  sees Danny and that masked man and his goons looks like Danny found the spear but she is in a bit of trouble. huh, Jeannie will need a plan to get Danny out. Some kinda distraction is needed.

Jeannie sees a gas station across the street and a Cheshire cat grin comes across her face Jeannie has a plan and it's going to be a real blast! She goes to the gas station and gets a couple things.  She then climbs back through the window, onto the a catwalk. Got get this just right, Jeannie looks at the man holding the gun on her friend and hopes that her aims good enough for what she has in mind. Ok time to make with the distraction, Jeannie steps out from the shadows hey guys sorry I'm late to the party, but I brought cocktails to make up for it!

the men look up as in a flash Jeannie pulls some bottles from a bag she was carrying tossing them on the floor where they burst into flames. Jeannie kisses the last one for luck then toss it through the air and it rolls in between the glasses man and Danny the flames burst up in between them.  yahtzee !!!!! Jeannie watches in amusement the chaos she created, then decides  to go get Danny so they can come up with the next part of their plan. She leaps down from the catwalk and makes her way over to Danny

Danny stood with her hands in the air while the barrel of the pistol stayed trained on her. The two guards she dispatched began showing more signs of life as they pulled themselves off the ground, rubbing their heads and growling about something. "Now, I will use that spear to dip you and your friend into a volcano, without having to move you out of this room. Get her friend out of the cell and tie them up." Danny watched as the pistol directed one of the men to check the cell while another man grabbed a rope and some bandannas from the supply locker.

"Boss, she's not in here." The guard came out of the cell while his partner tied Danny's hands to her chest, wrapping the rope down her torso.

"Well, where could she-"

A can of gas erupted in flame as the room burst into chaos. Danny slammed her foot into the guard's face as he tried tying her feet together. Jeannie claimed responsibility for the attack and Danny saw no reason not to believe her, but it still did not make the situation better. In many ways Danny could only see the negatives of being tied up in a burning room. "Grab the spear. We can use it to escape!"

Grab spear ok Jeannie can do that she looks around and see it on the floor. owww shiny She picks it up and looks at it then goes over to Danny. ok hold still Jeannie goes to cut her losses with the spear and is surprised the it sucks the rope into the a little black hole thingy instead of cutting it well guess that works, ok now how does this thing work? Jeannie swings the spear around trying to get it to workhicus pucus,abra kadabra bedidy boptty boo?Jeannie fiddles around with the spear.

A burning room became more tense as Jeannie held a spear perilously close to Danny. "It doesn't work like-" The plea came too late as the portal opened behind Danny, still wrapped up in ropes. Instead of finding her way back to any place of relative safety, Danny fell out near the bespectacled man. "The room is on fire, and you somehow made things worse."

A gloved hand lifted Danny to her feet before placing a pistol next to her head. "See, I told you she was somewhere around here." Danny squirmed as the barrel loomed dangerously close to her head. "Now, give me the spear and let's take this conversation somewhere a little less hot. I am very interested in seeing how this spear works and just what I can do with it." He pulled Danny along with him while his men fought the blazing fires. His men would go to arrest Jeannie while their boss held onto Danny.

Even in the light of Nazi travesties, Danny still felt most of this was Jeannie's fault.

Agh Jeannie looks at the spear looks at the spear annoyedWhy can't you cut stuff like a normal spear? Now I have to find Danny again. Jeannie stops arguing with the spear to notice the men coming toward her.

Looks like she'll have to deal with them first. Charge!!!!!!!!!!!!Jeannie charges at them with the spear accidentally opening a hole again that she falls, though. She looks around finding herself in an ally. Crap now I'm even fairer away. You are the worst spear ever you can even stab stuff right! You better be worth a lot of money for me when we get out of this.

Jeannie wonders if she can if she can use it to get back to Danny. You really should have come with a users manual. I know you can take me places but not how to control were, and I need to remember your not a regular spear, poor Danny you better not have sucked her hands off or I'll throw you back in that stinky tomb

Jeannie decides it's best not to uses the spear sense she isn't sure how it works, maybe Danny has a better idea how it works. Jeannie finds a bag to stick it in hopefully that'll keep it from accidentally opening more portals. Right now back to finding Danny so she can save her for real this time.

Huh, Jeannie figures they probly left the building they were at since she kinda set it on fire but would be a good place to pick up their trail so she works her way back to there.

Time travel and inter dimensional loops kept coming back to the same place- Danny getting busted for some scheme or another and waiting for Jeannie. It was during the second jump Danny put her mind to a better point of interest. When her captor grabbed her by the arm and pulled her towards a room off the primary chamber, Danny tugged back. When he grabbed her with more force, Danny threw her head into his jaw. And, when he stumbled back, Danny put a foot against his chest to knock him straight to the ground.

Ropes still wrapped her hands against her chest, but at least no one could point a gun in her face anymore- except Danny, who struggled to point the gun in a safe direction. She took three steps and discharged the weapon by accident. Unloading the gun came with even more difficulty and a few more discharged rounds. Feeling the situation at hand already dangerous enough, but still wanting to take the extra leap, Danny picked the most unsafe thing to do with a gun and squeezed off the remaining four rounds in quick succession. "That was- kind of fun." The fun quickly left as Danny slid the gun down her hand, brushing her palm against the hot barrel of the pistol. Danny let out a groan of frustration before she could fully muster her dismay. "Jeannie! Where are you!"

Jeannie continues her search for her friend when she here's gun shoots huh will she is in a hurry, but it wouldn't be very hero like to ignore in someone  could need help.  Jeannie takes off running in the direction of the sound.  When she gets there she looks around the building wondering though the hallway she smells a familiar sent Danny!

She makes her way to the room when were Danny sees the sources of the gunshots, looking at the bullet holes in the floor.nice shooting tex I think you got him, but why exactly did you kill the floor?She hugs her friend happy to find her then takes out her knife and cuts the ropes around her. ouchies better get that burn looked at looks pretty nasty She looks around and notices the unconscious guard she stepped over to get in the room. she thought the floor was bumpy.

taking the handcuff she held on to she locks him up yay, one bad guy caught. she the cuts the sleeve from his shirt and makes a band aid of sorts for Danny burnt hand. that should keep it from getting infected tell we get it looked at,ok I would call the cops to pick him up but pretty sure my phone won't get any bars 50 years before it was invented so have to do this the old fashion way, luck for you mister bad guy, we aren't too far in the past so you get to keep your head,super old school bounty hunters would just cut the heads off to turn in cause that was all they need to prove they caught em, body got in the way to heavy to travel with,but in this time period would probly get locked up for turning in a bloody bag so we'll be humane about it, and drop you off at the cops on the way to the hospital for Danny, then come back for your buddys Jeannie looks at the gun on the floor and picks it up.

yay souvenir, not really a fan of old grandpa guns, not enough bullets and reload to slow, cool collectable  thoughShe puts it away in her purse and pulls out of her guns dragging their prisoner by the foot behind her, she looks  around the door to see if the cost is clear Ok lets get going then

Jeannie finally did Danny a favor and cut her loose with a knife instead of an interdimensional spear. Good enough she figured. Most of the coast looked clear, except for the flames and scrambling guards, but they could take care of that later- or not at all from how Jeannie seemed to begin acting as she carried out her prey. At least she took the time to bandage up Danny's hand. It did not feel better, but it did take a precaution. Then Jeannie started talking. "You're dropping him off for bounty in the past? Shouldn't you do that in the future, and I would much rather go to a hospital in our time period than one in the fifties."

The slow drag of the prisoner across the basement floor took some time and left an ominous sound for anyone else in the building. Danny grabbed the unconscious man by the shoulders and lifted him up to speed up the process. Too late. As they got within distance of seeing the exit, a slew of armed men surrounded them, cutting off all their escape routes. "That's far enough. We'll be taking our boss back, then the two of you can go for a swim."

"Jeannie, use the spear to get us out of here!" If Danny had the spear, their time in the past would long be over, but the duties of carrying the artifact fell to Jeannie. "We have the spear let's go!"

Guns fell and trained themselves on the two girls. "Tie them up."

Danny hoped for a quick departure.

huh well, Jeannie guess Danny might be right you might be right about the hospital, but i had this idea if I got the bounty here and put it in the bank. Then came back and got in the present I'd have more you know investment. course I'd have to pretend to be my own granddaughter, cause they expect me to be old then. oh well, if you really want go any bounty is a good bounty to me. Jeannie smiles and hands Danny the bag she stuck the spear in.

here you go, you're better at it so make us a portal with its voodoo, I'll hold off the bad guys! Oh is this the leader we captured? cause he'd be worth the most, course always get the rest later. cause bounty hunting is like Pokemon got to catch em allJeannie pulls out a bag from her purse and spills the marble like contains on the floor the men jump back as smoke burst from them Jeannie then starts shooting at the guards to pin them down so Danny has time to get the spear to work

hey what do you think they mean go for a swim are they taking us to the beach? maybe we should stay then Jeannie continues to provide cover fire while waiting for getting there escape readily

The bag flew back to Danny. Her plans took a hitch in them as the rain of bullet fire shot out from Jeannie while the goons continued to close in on them. The spear tore a hole through the dimension, giving Danny a glimpse of hope. Jeannie continued on in the background as the goons began to move away from her bullets, but doing so in a way that would circle her.

A large barrel flew down to try and hit Jeannie from behind, hoping to knock her out, but before the barrel could make contact, a rip in time cut through in front of the barrel, swallowing it up. The barrel reappeared on the other side of the room, tossing itself at the goons about to pounce with ropes and bandannas. "Time to go. And the bounty doesn't even make sense since the people who gave it to you aren't even born yet." Danny grabbed Jeannie by the wrist and would try to pull her into the modern era. The man they arrested did not factor into Danny's plans, but neither did being thrown into a river with a weight tied around her ankles, so the plan to Danny looked pretty good.

ugh time travel makes me dizzyJeannie looks around yay they made it back to there time she thinks looks like there back where they started without the well glowing guess that's cause they got the spear, but besides that looks like there back.

yay we did it!she hugs Danny, think you're right about the time thing didn't think about them not being born to give me the bounty, too bad inflation would have doubled or tripled it. that's why we make such a great team I have great ideas and you attention to the small stuff to make sure the actually work

she checks to make sure her prisoner is still secure. yup still nice and tied up, so know what to do we do it'll turn this guy in but what should we do with the spear? I was thinking we could sell to a museum or something but have to see if it's got an off switch, can't have it opening time warps all over, our maybe the area 51 guys would like it. probly is some kinda alien tech thing, or magic I'm not sure yet Jeannie sits on their prisoner to make sure he doesn't go anywhere and thinks on what they should do next

Everything in Danny told her to take the spear with her, but what would she even do with something so powerful? Could that spear be controlled or would it act up and continue to get her into more trouble? Well, if anyone could figure it out, Danny would be that person. "Just give it to me. I can see about getting an archaeologist to look into where it came from and what civilization forged it." The deal would come with a great deal of trepidation, but it would be better than letting Jeannie walk out with the weapon. Nothing good would come from that. "You take that guy in for the bounty, and I'll take the spear. Sounds like a good deal. I probably should be my hands taken care of though."

Once Danny got the spear she would make sure the bag stayed nice and tight. No need to let this thing cut holes through reality. Again. "Well, it's been an adventure Jeannie. It really has." Danny stuck out her hand for a hand shake before remembering how bad her hand hurt from the burn. "Take care."

ok i'm not into the whole time travel thing anywhyshe smiles and shakes danny hand and notices her hands still sore [color=#FFC0CB]opss sorry you might want check that out first./color]

jeannie grabs her prisoner by foot well it's been fun, see you next time bye bye she waves good bye to danny and drags her prisoner of to get the bounty know if she could just rember were she parked her bike
