Description/Goal: The Watchers have a simple goal: they want to protect what the big-named heroes are too busy to protect. They're overseers of local areas, and protect specific cities from crimes. Normally, these crimes are on a much smaller scale than what the heroes are used to (such as theft, burglary, etc.), although can get as large as the destruction of entire states, and thus is not only for "minor scale crimes". The overall, perfect goal of the Watchers would be to have groups of people protecting over the major ports of the U.S., maybe even the world.

Three types of squads are allowed in the Watchers.

Roamers: These are people who don't stay still, and instead have certain locations they must 'check off' before moving on, doing security checks before continuing on their way. Normally, these squads have specific routes, but not always. It is also a tradition for squad members to drive in the same vehicle, but again is not needed.

Protectors: These are the main groups of the Watchers. These are the people who stay in one area and provide watch over that same area. This area can be as small as a village, or as big as a large city, such as New York. These people are stationary, and while are free to move around, must eventually return to their duty at their station to watch over it.

Back-Up: These are the back-ups (obviously). Anyone who doesn't have a full-time membership to the Watchers would be placed here. They can be classified as either a Roamer or a Protector, depending on their personal schedule, and these are people who have the most freedom, but are less respected within the Watchers. These will never be leaders, and thus are only there to be called in when support is needed.

History: Founded by the Superhuman known as Shock, this group was formed whenever Shock realized that there was too much space in the world for a sole man to protect it, and without specific protection, crime would be easy to get away with. Shock then tried calling together a group of people to form stations around the country, this way the people around the world could be safe. This was also a group for the 'lesser known' superheroes to get the respect they deserved, as he felt underappreciated by many when compared to the stronger, more powerful superhumans.

Members/Roster: (Will Accept UNLIMITED Members! Squad Leaders will be given out on a first come first serve basis, although if a squad leader proves unworthy, they can be kicked out from the position. If a Squad Leader wishes to step down, they are allowed as well.)

Bases: Bases are provided, within reason, to any squads. These bases are, again, within reason, free to be made and customized however the Squad Leader chooses, meaning they pick the building type, the location, and any of the assets of the bases. The bases are NOT to be filled with super high tech, and are just supposed to be 'hangout' locations. For Roamers, they can stop at any base they choose, but they use their vehicle as a personal base.
All Bases must double as a business of sorts, except Roamers, but Roamers are forced to have standard occupations which their traveling allows for.

Disguised within' a auto shop, having a secret entrance in the back that requires special access via retinal scan and finger print scan, then followed by a 5 digit code to open the door. Or, alternatively, the door may be open from the inside. The door in question is a titanium door on hydraulic hinges to keep the door being busted in easily, provided by Juinhof's daytime multi billion dollar business, Caffery Enterprises. Once inside the door the person entering would go down a somewhat lengthy flight of stairs to an underground bunker that has basic electronics and gadgets to keep tabs on the city and have access to a private internet network that can't be traced by law enforcement, or anyone, mostly.. There will be two external rooms as well, two rooms where living quarters reside. Standard bed and such. The bunker, to anyone intelligent enough seems to be fairly basic, nothing super high tech, but was originally built in the 80's by the previous owners that were conspiracy theorists and had the bunker built to withstand nuclear attacks.

Vehicles: Standard vehicles are provided, within reason, to any squads. Unlike bases, every squad member has say on their vehicle, as more than one can be present. These vehicles must be standard, and cannot have high tech or be any 'out there' vehicles (such as flying cars). 99/100 times, no aircraft will be accepted, and boats will only be present for Coast Bases. Roamers' bases are their squad leader's vehicle, although more vehicles are allowed.

The car is modified  to have bullet "proof" glass and body, as well as a upgraded suspension and chassis to to take in a harder beating. The F1 also has an upgraded engine, transmission, drive train and high grip bullet "proof" tires.

Extra: Neal is a billionaire and can easily go to any other city in his own private jet or on foot due to his superhuman abilities, making him available for back up as well.

Alright, I took out the preferred role thing, since it wasn't exactly what I had planned it to be, and it's not needed. Jubinhof is accepted, however, I have to ask if Juka wants to be a Roamer or Protector. I'm assuming Protector in Japan, however, I can see where I caused confusion. Roamers and Protectors are different tyes of squads completely, with Roamers being on the move and Protectors watching over an area (think Daredevil over Hell's Kitchen).

EDIT: Also, I didn't even think about this, would you like Jubinhof to be the Squad Leader of New York? If so, please post again (or PM me) with details of a base (which again, must double over as a business of some sort) and if you would like to, a vehicle (although not needed). If not, you can post again, or find me in the cbox, and just tell me you don't want to be .

Juka would be much more suited to the role of roamer than protector. While his main residence is in Japan he's got residences in numerous cities, enough money to get wherever he needs to go and a power that is suited to roaming.

I'll need a vehicle if he's going to be a roamer.

Juka would have access to his own small private jet. At this point, he doesn't have much in the way of 'gadgetted up' vehicles and bases. Although committed to helping others, he treats the super hero business as something of a novel hobby.

I'll have Jubinhof as a squad leader for New York, due to his extensive amounts of money, he owns a large portions of businesses and is able to "remodel" if needed.

Added you both, as well as all the special stuff. However, it is to be noted that while Watchers may be sponsored by higher companies, they are still their own independent organization, meaning that if chosen, not everyone has to live in the rich life.

How Active Can You Be: I'm on almost daily, but it takes me a long time to post.
Extra: Stan must maintain his day job as a TA in order to support himself financially, which puts constraints on the amount of time he can devote to heroics. He also has no base to speak of, operating instead out of his tiny apartment, and little in terms of equipment and financial resources. However, as a lifelong resident of Los Angeles, he knows the city's ins and outs by heart, providing him with a vast network of information as to LA's goings on, how best to interact with law enforcement, where a struggling hero can find services for cheap, etc.

Would you like to be Squad Leader? If so I will need a base from you. If not, that is fine as well .
