The Looks

Juka is always dressed to impress and usually in elaborate and over the top fashion. Gowns, make-up and jewerly are all constant and he's rarely seen in exactly the same outfit twice. Length colour and style also change at his whim. The idea, of course, is to constantly be the centre of attention no matter what room he happens to be in.

Personality:
Juka is over the top and flirtatious. Life is an adventure and he wants to be right in the middle of it all the time. Very few things get him down and, even on those occasions when they do, he tries not to let others know about it. There's too much darkness and unhappiness in the world and if he can make things just a little bit brighter for everyone then how could he not make the attempt? While some might consider him selfish for his opulent lifestyle and constant craving for attention, he does it as much for everyone else's benefit as his own. He is a spectacle there to entertain and glamour and its a role he takes seriously.

Flamboyantly and unabashedly pansexual, Juka is a shameless flirt. In fact, shame is pretty much a foreign concept in his vocabulary. If his life's calling is to bring joy to others then nothing says he can't also bring joy to himself at the same time, right? Sex, drugs and any other sort of indulgence are fair game and meant to be shared with everyone around him. Sometimes, however, he doesn't quite understand that the things he can simply progress out of his system in a matter of minutes aren't so easily dealt with by the merely mortal sharing the bounty around him.

History:
Juka was one of those unusual sorts who was born to a fae mother and a human father. His father, of course, didn't know she was fae until much later and only after she was long gone from his life and had left him with a crying infant boy. From all accounts the affair was a tumultuous one filled with passion and reckless abandon. It started full force and ended just as abruptly only weeks after Juka's birth.

As unusual as it was in that day and age for the father to be the single parent, Juka's father was nothing if not resourceful. Despite having an infant son he became a prominent and successful Japanese businessman and Juka wanted for nothing during his youth. If he never quite reached the category of rich, he was nevertheless clearly upper class. Charismatic and popular, in most of the ways that mattered his youth was an easy one. If his father was a demanding parent, expecting his son to live up to lofty expectations, Juka was usually capable of doing so.

Juka's powers manifested themselves early and from the beginning he embraced them. How amazing was it to be able to fly anywhere you wanted and see the world from the clouds? Of course, his father counselled silence and, ever the obedient son, hey obeyed. That didn't stop him from indulging his gifts at any an all opportunities and they gave him more joy than anything else in his life. At that time, it never occurred to him to use his powers in any meaningful fashion and it certainly never occurred to him to try to be a hero. After all, his powers might be awesome but they weren't exactly of the super-heroing sort.

Juka's father died trajectory and violently at the age of 22 and his death changed the course of his life forever. With his death, Juka inherited his father's business, wealth and contacts. Out from his father's shadow, he opted to start living the life he always secretly wanted to live. He hired people to take care of his business and began a life of partying, performance and indulgence. He also began a business of his own and of us own management: He was, after all, the fountain of youth and youth was a commodity in the modern world. Covertly and through the right channels, he began to make it known that for a mere $1 000 000/year he could magically un-age anyone who desired it. Thus he was able to fund his lavish lifestyle while maintaining his father's business as a front for his growing wealth.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Telekinetic Force Bubbles: This is the basis for all the other powers Juka possesses and is a variant of telekinesis. At any one time, he can have up to 5 force bubbles active. The main bubble, always, is around himself. The bubble itself is semi-translucent and can appear in any colour imaginable and allows for telekinetic flight. Additionally, they provide protection against anything that requires skin to skin contact and most forms of energy attack.

Sub-Power 1 -Perfect Environment: Conditions within the force are always ideal to Juka's comfort level. Oxygen levels, temperature and humidity are always perfect within the bubbles.

Sub-Power 2 - Progression Manipulation: Juka can control any natural progressions of living things within his bubbles where a progression is a state that changes naturally with time. In living creatures, progessions include heal/harm, age, hair/fingernail growth, sleep, chemical influence and hunger/thirst. Progressions can be moved forwards, backwards or stopped all together. The actual manipulation of progressions requires the target to be within a bubble but the results of the manipulation are permanent such that the natural pull of time reasserts itself once they leave the confines of the bubble. The important note regarding progressions is that the state of progressing must exist prior to entry into the bubble; through this ability what all ready exists can be manipulated but a new stated can't be formed from nothing. Thus, if someone was wounded and entered the bubble progressions could be used to accelerate the rate of blood loss or infection but the bubble could not be used to actually create a wound nor, strictly speaking, could it be used to make an existing wound worse. Rather, the power merely hastens whatever the natural progress of said wound would be without outside interference.

Sub-Power 2 - Progression Detection: Juka has an innate understanding of all progressions at work within the confines of his bubble. He can 'see' their progress.

Weakness(es)

Force Bubble Weaknesses: The force bubble can travel at a maximum speed of 250 mph.

While the force bubble cannot be popped, per say, it provides little in the way of protection against physical damage. If struck, the bubble would flex with the strike and the full impact of the strike would be felt. Thus, any damage with a component of bashing/slashing/piercing/impact would be felt normally. Most forms of energy based attack are protected against although if said attack also had a component of one of the above the physical portion of the damage would be felt normally.

Each bubble can only carry one object or many objects carried by or attached to one object. Thus, a force bubble could only carry one grain of sand unless the sand is sitting in a cup then the force bubble could carry the cup with the sand inside.

The main force bubble is large enough to hold Juka and whatever he happens to be carrying or holding at the time. In general, the main force bubble could not extend beyond 6 ft in any dimension.

The four secondary bubbles cannot carry anything with any dimension beyond 3 ft. Additionally, the secondary bubbles cannot range farther than 20 ft from the main bubble.

Perfect Environment Weaknesses: No bubble no perfect environment. Additionally, the environment is perfect to his needs and desires which is not something that changes even if he has another person inside the bubble with him.

Progression Manipulation Weaknesses: The biggest one, of course, is that one has to be within a bubble in order for this power to have any effect upon a target at all. In most cases, this means the target is either entering willingly or is unconscious.

Time. The maximum rate at which progressions can be manipulated is 1 minute/12 hours. Thus, while the power allows for a significant amount of versatility due to the rates of time involved, in most cases targets need to be willing.

While healing stabilization and healing is possible while inside a bubble, there are limits. Healing can be accelerated based upon the body's natural immune system but if the body couldn't eventually heal itself Juka could not assist in the process.

A certain degree of concentration is required for the duration of the progression effect. No strenuous activities are possible while concentrating upon a progression.

Progression Detection Weaknesses: If its not inside a bubble he can't detect it.

Ok first of all this is a cool power set. However we do have a few small issues with it that need to be brought to your attention and must be fixed before we can approve this application.

The first problem is that environmental powers are banned. We can't allow you to fully manipulate the area within these bubbles, I understand that 4 ft and 6 ft aren't that bad, it simply cannot be allowed.

The second problem is that your power "Progression Manipulation" is a series of multiple powers all encompasses into what is essentially time-manipulation. You express the ability to change the age, hunger and many other things within your bubbles, not limited to healing wounds, sleep and causing. This is multiple powers and so each one needs a weakness. (A weakness for age manipulation, regeneration/healing, etc.) You also need to list EVERY application this power can do.

Finally "Progression Manipulation" says that it can "this could also include manipulating the speed and direction of certain mutations although this is presently untested" Untested or not that is borderline very closely to vector manipulation, which is banned for great reason.
