Personality:
Finn is your typical high school kid. He likes boxing, girls (but usually reject girls asking him out), playing with his friends, playing pranks on people. According to his friends, he is sarcastic, but hides it with people he isn't close with. He is pretty popular at school because even though he looks like a trouble-maker, he is actually one of the top students in his school. He has a strong sense of justice and freedom, which most people say he inherits from his late father. It is mostly shown from his actions at school. He defended his friends numerous times from teachers, and also he often protects weak students or freshmen from the seniors and other students who bully them. He believes that bullying is a crime and will become a real crime if the bully is left without punishment. He also use this type of thinking when being a vigilante. He only fight those who harm others; directly or even indirectly, and even while fighting he only subdue his opponent as he doesn't believe in killing. His father mostly influenced his personality, Finn sees his father as a man whom many look up to and tries hard to become like him.

History:
Like your typical normal kid, Finn was born in a nurturing neighborhood with loving parents, annoying yet at times nice big brother, and a sweet little sister. That part is true, except Finn wasn't just a normal kid. Finn was born to a human mother and a metahuman father. He had a big brother who pranks him a lot, yet can be nice, and a sweet yet tomboyish little sister. As his father was a veteran who has served his country a lot, he raised his sons like a soldier, and raised his daughter to be athletic. Starting from age 8, Finn and his brother was physically trained by his father. However, they weren't just physically trained. As his mother wanted them to be men of diplomacy, she tutors them after they were physically trained by their father. Sure, it was tough, but Finn and his brother went a long with it. When he was 12, he saw older teenagers free running and doing parkour. As his way to school was pretty long, he tried finding a shortcut which would be more efficient. He found it, but he had to free run to use the shortcut. He started practicing it on the way to school and on the way home. At first it was him and his brother who used the way, but as his sister was curious, she went a long with them to go to school. They liked free running, but his brother had to leave early because of a scholarship outside the country. Finn used his free running to be a courier in his school.

His powers started to appear when he was 15. As his friends was amazed at his free running, and also wanted to get girlfriends, they made Finn teach them free running. While Finn was teaching his friends, suddenly bolt of lightning struck his spinal cord, leaving him unconscious (paralyzed him if the second bolt didn't hit him). His friends rush to him when the second bolt hit him in his chest. His friends, convinced that he isn't dead, called an ambulance. Finn woke up seeing things very slow, almost at a complete stop, and there were blue "winds" around him. Suddenly, things started going normally. His sister commented that his eyes where bright when he woke up, almost glowing. His father also saw that, and after they went home, asked him if he saw things differently when his eyes were glowing. He replied telling his father what he saw. His father revealed that he is a metahuman, and therefore, making him either also a metahuman or semi-metahuman. His father didn't say any details, but told him to use it for good. He promised not to hurt other people with it. The next day, he went to school using the super speed, he went too fast and hit his school's wall. As he was a little late, he uses it again to go to class. The whole day he uses his super speed to prank people and found out he has projectile shooting and could heal people with it but with a different color than his previous two. He uses it to prank constantly and the next day he had severe pain on his body and needed to rest the whole day. He realized it has limitations and limit his uses, but still using it to prank.

On his 16th birthday, after his party, his father scolded him for using it irresponsibly. He defended himself saying he helped a few people at night, even though he does it once a month. His father got angry, so Finn stayed in his friend's house for the night. The next day, Finn's father's partner who is a veteran-turned scientist showed him a new armor made with hard materials. Finn's father tried it out by punishing a gang that has been terrorizing his neighborhood for years. Finn wanted to apologized and was told by his sister that his father was going to the gang's hideout. Finn went after him, and after seeing the material melted, and his father beaten down, Finn used his power and almost killed everyone on the hideout, including one of his classmate. He rushed his father to the hospital using the power, but was too late. His father said to him before he dies : "Make the world better than what I could've done".

Finn blamed himself for what happened to his father, he started drinking to "ease" the pain. His brother and sister convinced him to stop, saying their father wouldn't want him to get addicted. And at that point had a sudden clarity, and tries to honor his late father by being a vigilante. He started out just using his denim hoodie, but it wasn't enough to be anonymous. After he made his costume (with the help of his sister and his father's ex-partner), Finn went out at night wearing his costume. While looking at the necklace his father made for him, he vows to always help anyone in need, no matter what the consequences are, so no one would end up like how his father ended.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Wave Forming - Finn can make a wave around his body which can coat him and people he touches with special abilities, such as :

Super Speed : He coats himself in a wave that makes him run faster and even think faster. The known limit he has ever went is 340.29 m/s which is the speed of sound (he lost his balance once he went that speed and instantly has blurred vision, migraine, and sever nose-bleeding), however his personal limit is 360 km/h. His super speed is his main ability as it's his most useful ability even for daily use.
Projectile Shooting : The wave coats his arm and when he aims at a target he could shoot projectiles that hurts his opponents and could stick to a surface. He usually use this to subdue his opponents from afar and stick them somewhere for the police to find them.
Regeneration Bullets - Finn can imitate shooting a gun and when aimed at someone, it could make the target have faster regeneration. But if he shoot it at the wrong target (opponent), he can use Projectile Shooting on himself to undo the Bullets, as the Bullets work by leeching Finn's health and transferring it to the target.

Power 2: Advanced Combat & Free Running - Finn and his brother was taught combat skills by his late veteran father since they were little which is why they have high combat ability. Finn also practices parkour and free running with his sister and also his brother before he went abroad to study. Finn practices parkour and free running a year after he started combat training, which he does by going to school by free running, as he knows the shortcuts to his school and the only way to reach it is through free running.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Weak Control - As he is still new to his powers, he couldn't control his powers much. This proves to be a fatal weakness to him. His abilities also has limitations. His Super Speed could easily "go out of track". When he uses it too long, or start to lose focus, it could easily go out of his way and could even stop the power. His Super Speed's fastest speed (without hurting him) is 360 km/h. If he start to go faster, he would start having headaches and start nose bleeding. He also gets tired pretty easily. He has to take a quick 1 minute break if he constantly uses his super speed or he will stop breathing during the use. His Projectile Shooting can't hit precisely, even if he uses some googles or mask to help him hit precisely. This is mostly because whenever he tries to aim, his hands constantly shake until he finish taking a shot, as he has very weak control of it. His Regeneration Bullets can't stop so suddenly, and he has to wait until it is finished regenerating someone, or he could stop the effects but he has to hurt himself. Usually by using Projectile Shooting on himself, as normal punches or cuts won't do it.

Weakness 2: Still Vulnerable - Even though his power makes him form a wave, the only power possible for him to ignore damages are his Super Speed, as it enables him to react fast enough to dodge attacks. All his other powers are still vulnerable on use. His Projectile Shooting makes him weak on every part except his head and hands. His Regeneration Bullets makes him weaker to damages if he shoot it at someone else.

Weakness 3: Weak Lungs - He was born with a weak lung that he inherits from his grandmother and granduncle. This proves to be a weakness as his Super Speed duration is very dependent on his stamina. This also proofs a weakness for his Projectile Shooting. Whenever he holds his breath, the shaking on his hands reduces to a point where he could shoot precisely. But due to his weak lungs, he could only hold his breath for up to 30 seconds.

Weakness 4: Burdened By Guilt - His father's last words were "Make the world better than what I could've done". As he feels that his father has helped more people than he ever could. He blames himself for his father's murder, and because of this, he rushes to help anyone in need so they don't end up like his father, most of which, gets him in more trouble than he could solve.

Weakness 5: Addictions - Finn had an addiction to coffee and gum, he couldn't go at least a day without 2 cups of coffee and 5 packs of gum. Finn blamed himself for his father's death and for a short while, was addicted to alcohol. His siblings convinced him to stop drinking, and once he stops drinking, he vows to honor his late father by being a vigilante and doing what he tink is right.

Weakness 6: Weak Eyesight - He has myopia or near-sightedness. He has to constantly change his contact lenses or glasses to be able to see normally. This also proves a weakness when using his Super Speed. His breathing somehow interact with his vision, when he is running out of breath, his vision slowly starts to blur, ignoring his contact lenses.
