| The Looks |
The oldest son of Belle Dumont and George Hunt was always used to need to be fast. With time, the young boy developed a very fit and strong body, but still slender. The boy was born with brown eyes, though it’s colors changed with his mood. After gaining powers, his eyes were turned into a blue default color, with the same color changing characteristic. His eyes would turn red when angry, blue when sad and green when excited. After his powers, his eyes gain a darker hue of blue when saddened. Richard’s hair is also ever changing, but only since he gained powers. Generally, his hair is dark brown and slightly wavy. His hair is divided in the middle, and has shorter bangs on the sides of his face, with his hair reaching his shoulders on his back. He keeps a thin beard and moustache. When using his powers, his hair turns white, but it reverts back to normal after a while. He uses everyday clothes as his “uniform”. He wears a black long-sleeved t-shirt, with red stripes around the shoulders, under the chest and on his side; black sweatpants with two red stripes on each side; black sneackers with some red outlines; and, sometimes, a black and red hooded sweatshirt. Richard also often rolls his sleeves and pants with tape to reduce air resistance. |
| The Legacy |
Personality: Since his childhood, Richard was very hot-headed, what didn’t change much in his adulthood. Also, gaining superhuman speed didn’t help. Since he sees everything slowly, he got even more impatient, though slowly, he developed some patience, specially towards his sister. He is also easily annoyed, with not much provocation needed for him to start a fight. Very cocky, Richard uses his superhuman speed to hit people without them noticing, though he often stops and shows himself to give the enemy a chance to hit him, what is, sometimes, his downfall. Particularly, being called a coward will severely anger him, making him lose control of himself. Richard is very carefree, not worrying about many things other than his own needs or his sister’s. As such, he often does illegal things when needed, no matter what. He is also very protective of his sister, and hitting her is an easy way to annoy him. He doesn’t care for other people, though he also never had any long time contact with any person. History: Born Richard “Rick” Dumont Hunt, the son of Belle Dumont and George Hunt didn’t have an easy life. His mother was considered crazy, due to claiming to have been abducted by aliens, and that she suffered experiments from her captors. It was never proved, at least not to Richard and his sister. Due to his mother craziness, the young Hunt suffered at the hands of the other boys from his school. The director from the school didn’t care for his suffering, so the boy started to run. Once he was so fast he could not be catch, he started to punch the boys when they were not aware out of vengeance, deciding who to hit by remembering who made him suffer more. When he was 16, Richard and his sister were having fun in their swimming pool. During this same time, an interesting phenomenon happened; an intense thunderstorm hit, sending powerful lightning bolts on the town. One of those hit the pool, shocking the siblings. What they didn’t expect, was that they not only survived the event, but gained immense power from that. If it was the “aliens” experimentation or the power of nature was not known to the siblings. What they knew was that they wanted to be free from their ties to family or house. So, armed with their powerful abilities, they ran away from home, to live their lifes. |
| The Powers and Weaknesses |
Powers Superhuman Speed: Richard is capable of reaching extremely speeds as high as mach 3. His body was naturally prepared to handle the effects of superhuman speeds, though he generally prefers to stay at mach 1 or 2 to get less tired. Something in his DNA mutated all his cells, enabling them to reach those speeds, when he was shocked by the lightning bolt. Sound manipulation: Richard can create intense sound waves with his own vocal chords, manipulating it’s frequency and intensity at will. He is also capable of manipulating sound from other origins, and can easily mimic sounds. Something in his body mutated when he was shocked, enabling him to manipulate sound. Weakness(es) Arrogance: Richard is extremely arrogant, often stopping his running to taunt the enemy. This leaves him open to sucker punches or other surprise attacks from behind. Radiation: Radioactive waves take him down easily for some reason. He is particularly susceptible to gamma radiation. Sunlight: While he can see, and is not damaged by it, sunlight slightly impairs his vision. Looking directly at any strong light source will briefly blinds him. RP Mechanics RP Mechanic(s): Photographic memory: Richard remembers everything he sees, and can easily and quickly remember them when needed. Polyglot: Richard can speak Portuguese, French, Japanese and Italian, as well as English. Skilled with knives: Richard sometimes uses knives and daggers with his attacks, mostly when he needs to quickly assassinate a target. Skilled musician: Richard is a skilled musician, playing guitar, electric guitar, drums and keyboard. Most of this look fine. Only problem I have with the app is that the common starting speed for speedsters is mach 3. You can increase that speed with character advancements but the starting is mach 3

Edited to change his max speed, add a physical characteristic I forgot (the actual hair color change) and fix a small typo.
