The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Enhanced Immune System: After various tests and experiments, Vaccine created a chemical which he calls Vaxine. This granted him an enhanced immune system, making him completely immune towards any any disease, chemicals, and toxins.

Disease Manipulation: Upon further research and experiments, he was capable of producing an upgraded version of Vaxine. It granted him the capability of manipulating poisons, diseases, viruses, bacteria and any infectious agent. This ability allows him to kill any pathogen and generate new ones as well. Making him both capable of healing and causing diseases.

Nosokinetic Constructs: This is a power under his Disease Manipulation ability. This allows him to create solid objects as long as pathogens are present. He's basically making constructs out of disease such as blades, shields, tentacle like appendages, and projectiles. Seeing how he can generate pathogens, he is capable of creating constructs at almost anytime he wishes. These constructs would inflict a disease to anyone it touches.

Genius Level Intellect: Of course, he has to be smart to have the capability of actually creating Vaxine. This also allowed him to create the VAX.

Weakness(es)

Limited Constructs: He can't create complex items and machines such as guns and electronic devices as his Nosokinetic Construct ability is only capable of creating simple objects. He can create a construct that's SHAPED like gun but DOESN'T function as one.

Human: Without his suit to protect him, he's only as durable and as strong as a normal, fragile human.

Friendly Fire: If his allies doesn't have immunity towards the diseases based attacks he is generating, they would most likely be infected with it.

Hero? You're no hero, you pest!: He wants to be a hero, he wants to save lives. Although, the government and the people seems to disagree with this. They see him as a disease spreader, a great threat in humanity, gaining the title "The Plague" which the people gave to him. Basically, a hero that's treated as a villain by many.

VAX (Vastly Advanced Exosuit): Yeah, I know, It's supposed to be VAE not VAX but Ex sounds just like X so don't mind that. Plus it sounds cooler and more fitting. VAX was made up of a crashed alien spacecraft's parts which he bought from the government. The suit provides great defensive capabilities, greatly exceeding the durability of even the toughest material known on earth. Of course, since it's crafted with the use of an alien spacecraft's parts, it's also pressure resistant, allowing it to survive in space and underwater.

Enhanced Strength: While wearing the suit, it grants Vaccine enhanced strength.

Oxygen Supply: Being trapped under water or in space is not cool if you can't breath. That's why he has an Oxygen supply installed to his suit.

VAX's Weaknesses:

VAX Cores: You see those two glowing green strips on his chest? Those are his power sources. Break one and you'll decrease his strength by half, break both and his enhanced strength is completely gone.

Limited Strength: His strength may be enhanced, although it is not on par with the superhuman level. It only allows him to lift a maximum of two tons.

Limited Oxygen Supply: His supply of oxygen can only last for a maximum of five hours. Once it runs out, he'll have to refill it with air.
