I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Since the birth of the three newest members of their family, Alpha had been keeping an eye on them as much as he possibly could. The one that had for the most part stuck around him was the smallest one, sort of keeping close and watching everything he did quietly with eyes brimming with curiosity. They seemed to want to know everything they could about what went on within their home, from what their enigmatic father did to just the lives of his fellow siblings. Alpha did not really care much about the constant being followed around, and in fact he actually enjoyed the attention. Normally that had been Beta, but he was being prepared to deal with his whole potential heroic grouping. Personally he wasn't too sure if him and Eta would even been accepted, but if they were not he could twist it to his advantage.
As much as he knew Eta looked forward to being one of those superheroes, he just did not realize how dangerous the job was, dangerous and stupid as well. Ryan pulled himself up until he could peer over the desk at what Travis was working on, taking in the numbers that flashed across the screen in rapid succession. ”Look who it is, two of my favorite people.” Omega noted stepping into Alpha's office and taking a second to look it over. ”Am I interrupting anything Travis?”
”Not at all, i'm just doing the typical research. Ryan wanted to sit in while I did that, so here we are.” He noted, Ryan letting his feet touch the ground again and turning to look at Omega with a sheepish smile.
”Hey little man, dad hasn't been giving you too much of a hard time huh?” Omega asked going into that friendly little mode of his, kneeling to be eye level with the younger male. Grey eyes locked for a moment as their smile grew a little wider, and he shook his head. ”Anyway Travis, have you seen Oliver around? He's been pretty scarce as of late.” He then asked, turning attention to Travis who turned around and raised a single brow.
”No….do you need him for something?” He asked curiously.
”I just wanted to talk with him about something that concerned me.”
”Well, they might be in their personal lab.” Travis suggested with a wave of the hand before returning to his work and letting Omega hunt Gamma down, he was sure he would find him somewhere.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
It was a wonder what Oliver did in his spare time, no one really knew. He was so devoted to his siblings it seemed he didn't get out much, despite having a public identity. It seemed he only maintained appearances so people wouldn't wonder what Travis Masters brother did all day. He would go to the occasional party and pretty much just sit there and drink or do nothing at all. It was sad really, though he didn't really think so. His life was in the family, as Gamma, not as Oliver Masters, or so that's how he explained it away. The truth was, he didn't really have good social skills, he didn't see the point. The most notable thing he did outside the family was maintain a YouTube channel, one in which he shot things with guns. It was pretty popular really, and managed to show the world he wasn't some sociopath.
Alpha's assumption Oliver was in his lab was correct. Ever since the last generation was born, he had been keeping a close eye on them. If only because they were Lucius'. They hadn't incorporated outside DNA before this, so Oliver felt the need to make sure nothing was amiss. And of course, make sure the kids weren't psychopaths like their red energy wielding father.
"So this is your lab?" Lucas asked curiously as he moved from one thing to the next after staring at each for a few seconds.
"Yep." Gamma said plainly as he typed on his computer, doing god knows what.
"Does everyone get their own lab?" Lucas asked, as if wondering if he could have one.
"Well, those in the higher rankings usually get one, if they even want it that is." Gamma said, gray eyes not moving from the screen in front of him.
"I wonder why this is considered difficult." Isalia said after remaining silent for the past hour. She had been repeatedly solving and re-scrambling a rubix cube. Most would call it an accomplishment after finishing it once then go about their day, but Isalia wasn't most.
"There are only so many combinations that are possible, it can be solved in just twenty moves. Once you memorize the system it uses, it's not even a puzzle anymore, it's just stupid." Isalia said in an almost creepy monotone before setting the cube down gently on the glass coffee table in front of her.
"It's about time you broke away from that thing. I don't understand why you spend so much time on things like that." Lucas said walking over to the seating area Isalia was lounging in. Isalia said nothing, she just stared off into space as if in deep thought. She tended to do that a lot. Soon a familiar face would enter the room, why he was here, well Oliver would just have to wait and find out. Once Omega got into earshot, Oliver would greet him without turning his attention from the monitor in front of him.
"Hello Omega.......what brings you here?" Oliver asked. It was odd, if Omega needed him for something, he could have reached out with the hive mind, perhaps this was more personal business.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Once Omega had left Alpha's lab, it only took a few seconds to notice that someone was following him. Turning around he took notice of Ryan silently padding behind him in socked feet, sleeves rolled up to his elbows whilw he looked up to Omega in that usual thoughtful demeanor. Maybe he wanted to just follow him around for a little while, that always seemed like a possibility. Why do you want to see Uncle Oliver? He asked tapping into the hive mind, Omega not even turning towards him while making a mental response.
It's just something about his lifestyle, it seems a little unhealthy. He mentally responded while walking through the white hallways, taking a few stairways until he reached the lab Gamma had picked out for himself. There he found the other two children who were hanging around with their uncle, though Chris wondered if he even cared for them. Might have been the Lucius within them that made him hesitant, but then again he was only making assumptions. Oliver made note of him, speaking up and asking what he wanted, not in a rude fashion however. ”No need to be so formal Oliver.” He noted with a grin, Ryan peering around from Omega and waving at his two siblings.
”I'm just here for a social visit Oli.” Chris knew he could get away with calling him that, though he had a feeling most of the other siblings just avoided calling him that because of the males rather serious demeanor. The smallest of the three children walked out from around Omega, approaching Isalia and holding out a hand as if silently asking to see the rubix cube. ”It's mostly about something that i've been thinking about for a small while, Travis too but you know how he is. Always worrying about the cause and whatnot.”

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver finally broke away from the terminal, rubbing his eyes a little possibly because of the strain staring at the screen caused. It seemed Chris was in one of those moods, though that wasn't to say Oliver disliked his brother when he was like this, he just found it odd considering Omega's usual demeanor. It was clear as soon as his real name was used this was a more personal situation, and when the shortened version was used Oliver knew what was coming. No one besides Travis and Chris really called him that, and they only did when Gamma or Oliver was not appropriate.
"Yeah, its hard to break that shell of his." Oliver said watching Ryan go over to his fellow siblings. Isalia would hand him the cube without looking, then just kind of drift back into thought.
"Maybe you'll beat Isalia's score." Lucas said to his brother with a smile.
"Pfft, not likely. I have the best possible score, not that i care about that thing anymore." Isalia chimed in.
"Don't be mean Isalia." Lucas said in response to his sisters slight rudeness. Again no response came, she seemed to ignore the last statement altogether.
"How's the little one been doing? He's been so hooked to Alpha i haven't been able to see myself. He seems a bit shy." Gamma said to Omega as he watched them sit at the table not too far away.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Chris personally liked to think he was always personable, not that anyone said otherwise if he wasn't. People tended to gravitate towards being kind to him, or at the very least not overly cruel towards him. It appeared that saying that little nickname of his managed to draw Oliver from the console, which had been the intention of doing so in the first place. While he was not one to get angry often, one thing that did bug Chris was when people did not look at him while talking to him. He wouldn't yell at anyone for doing so, but they would find him using a sterner tone of voice when dealing with them then. It was perhaps why people had come to calling him the defacto mother of the little family they had, jokingly of course.
Ryan however had taken the rubix cube and begun to play around with it, silently turning the sections as if trying to figure out some pattern to it, though he did not quite have the mind for puzzles that Isalia did. So he just sat down and began working at it, figuring it out much faster than the average child but still perhaps way slower than Islia. ”He's been doing good. Ryan doesn't talk much to anyone who isn't Alpha or his siblings.” Chris explained looking to Ryan who was resolving the puzzle but this time faster than before. It appeared they were learning how to solve it with each successful attempt, much like Alpha tended to do with problems.
”This is more of a matter me and Aaron agree on. So I can already can feel how annoyed you might be annoyed by. We think you need to….get out a little more.”
That's now what I said. Zeta chimed in over the hive mind.
”Okay, I might be toning things down a little. Aaron stated things a little more...plain. He says you need to...and I qoute get laid already.”
”Yupp.” Zeta noted just sort of peeking into the lab. ”I mean come on, you're a billionaire. Have some actual fun with that.”

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
So this is what he was here for. Oliver should have known really, a few of his siblings had expressed their concern for his social life before. Why they did, well he didn't really know. Perhaps it's because they were having fun with their actual lives, and they saw Oliver was just tirelessly working all the time. It was hard to think he could have a normal life, after all, he was the furthest thing from normal. But perhaps Omega was right, maybe he did need to get out a little more. He knew Chris was just a little worried about him, just as he always was for Alpha. He and Travis were always so serious, and Omega was always the one to push them into actually enjoying themselves.
Aaron though, had to make things awkward. Oliver just laughed, only Zeta would care how much sex he was having. In truth Oliver was pretty annoyed by it, they didn't need to do this for him, he was fine. But even with his seriousness, he didn't want to be rude, especelly not to these two. Oliver stopped laughing, then got a serious look on his face, deciding how to react to this.
"I do have fun, you know." He said, turning his attention from Chris to Aaron. He said it in a way that was trying to convince himself more then anything, in truth he couldn't really remember the last time he had fun.
"We might want to take this conversation somewhere else, i don't want the children turning into a bunch of Aaron's." Oliver said jokingly as he walked out of the lab and into the hall. Once they all three got out there, Gamma would continue.
"What exactly do you have planned? Are you going to take me to the nearest brothel?" Oliver said to Zeta with a chuckle. He was pretty sure it wasn't exactly what the pair had in mind, but you never really knew for sure with Aaron.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver, Chris and Aaron
--
Chris could agree with that much, he did not want the children sharing the promiscuous behavior of their elder sibling. Granted, he would likely never be able spread their genetics for reasons otherwise not told but then again not like as he would need to explain that to people in the know. Why he had to make this about Gamma's sex life, well that was unknown but Chris could tell Aaron was just trying to help. ”Yeah, I think taking this elsewhere might be best.” Chris nodded in agreement, turning to Aaron who seemed to have no problem with that suggestion before leaving the three to do whatever it was they were doing.
The three would end up walking into the hall, Omega wondering if the three would end up doing anything troublesome much like he, Oliver and Travis used to do when they were younger. ”Unfortunatly no brothels, Travis said he didn't want to risk anything like that.” Aaron rattled off with a smirk, shrugging as if disappointed by that.
He did not do that, did he? Travis' voice spoke, though only Chris had heard it.
”No, apparently Aaron set you up...a date.” Chris began and massaged the bridge of his nose as if the very idea was an annoyance to him.
”You're damn right I did. There will be a movie, dinner and all that fly shit.” He said sounding somewhat pleased with himself.
”Yes...you could say he was very adamant about having all of this happen.”
–
Ryan, Lucas and Isalia
–
Ryan blinked, twisting the rubix cube as he finished it for the fourth time even faster than before. ”What do you think he meant by…getting laid?” Ryan spoke up, voice sounding somewhat higher pitched than one would expect from someone his age. His eyes darted around to his siblings while his hands continued to fiddle with the cube, pursing his lips as if expecting his siblings to know more than he did..

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver, Chris and Aaron
_
So Aaron literally suggested the idea of a brothel to Travis? Oliver's question was a joke, but Zeta seemed to be disappointed. He didn't think his brother was that much of a slut, but again, you never really knew with Aaron. Instead, it seemed the pyrokinetic set him up on a date.... Oliver immediately wondered who it was, if it was anyone he knew, and most of all if he would like them.
"Fly shit? Really?" Gamma said, feeling the stubble on his chin as he leaned up against the hallways wall. He didn't know what to say really, it seemed these too weren't going to let him say no. Oliver sighed, exhaling deeply as he stood up straight.
"Alright, if you must torture me, I'll get my coat." Oliver said as he briefly walked back into his lab and grabbed his jacket. He walked back out, putting on the black coat in the usual manner before speaking.
"Where are we going? I honestly can't wait to see the train wreck you picked for me."
Ryan, Lucas and Isalia
–
Isalia snickered slightly at the question. Sure he hadn't really been alive that long, but Ryan's youthfulness in comparison to Lucas and herself was quite visible. It wasn't to say he was stupid or anything, on the contrary, he was extremely bright, just.....surprisingly innocent. Lucas' cheeks went red, and he didn't answer, he didn't really know if he should. Isalia on the other hand, had no problem telling him.
"Its a slang term for sexual intercourse." Isalia said simply, her face now buried in a book.

Oliver, Chris and Aaron

”Eyup.” Aaron said with a smirk, not quite annoyed with his own poor choice in slang terms. Granted he didn't really care what people thought about his choice in language, he tended to speak however he wanted and other people be damned. At least Oliver did not immediately reject the idea, otherwise that would have ended poorly for Aaron and his scheming. Infact he seemed almost resigned to the fate he was thrust into, which Aaron liked to an extent. ”Come on Oliver, it's not that bad.” Aaron chuckled rolling his eyes and burying his hands into his pockets after Gamma had fetched his coat.
”I helped him pick out this..date of yours, so I doubt it will be a complete mess.” Chris offered, hoping that helped to some extent.
”See, Chris added in on this so it's like super legit.” Aaron said a little more sure of himself. ”But yeah, first we have to meet that lucky someone.” Lucky being subjective, though Omega was sure Oliver wouldn't end up ruining anything.
”They're actually waiting in the company lobby. No pressure though, i'm sure you'll do just fine.” Chris added with a thumbs up, being sure to show he had confidence within his sibling. What they did with that confidence, well he would have to find out.
”Robert has the schedule I think….wherever he is.”
”Right here!” Delta called out before throwing something Zeta's direction as he caught it with a hand.
”Okay...first is the movie, it's a good one too. It's the one where Alpha was that space commander I think, got him that one award. After that, it dinner at this really fancy restaurant Travis helped pick out, you get your own personal room to enjoy dinner in and it's really awesome.” Aaron read off, sounding somewhat enthusiastic. ”After that I think you bring them home...well if something doesn't happen I guess.” Aaron then added with devious waggle of the eyebrows.
”If you have any objections Oliver, now is the time.” Chris suggested, giving his sibling all the opportunities to get out of this if they so wanted to.
–
Ryan
–
”Oh...that.” Ryan said as if that should have been obvious, a small amount of color bleeding into his cheeks as he went back to the puzzle for a few minutes. ”I'm kinda bored. Let's do something.” Ryan suggested, not even bothered anymore by the realization of what Aaron had suggested.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver, Chris and Aaron

So Chris helped pick the date. That did give this whole thing quite a bit more legitimacy, even Aaron knew that it seemed. Even still, the fact they were encouraging him, as if he were nervous, kind of felt odd. He wasn't a shy person really, despite being a secluded one. He could handle himself around people just fine, this wouldn't be any different, except for the fact it was supposed to be romantic. It seemed Robert was also somehow involved in this as well.....was the whole family trying to get him a date? Seemed odd there was a sudden interest in his romantic life, but he was kind of past the point where he asked them why.
"We're seeing one of Travis' movies? Don't you think that's a little weird? I'm going to see one of my brothers movies, with a date." Oliver said. He had no problem watching Alpha's movies really, it was just the fact he was going on a date while going to see it. Oh, yeah, that's my brother. Isn't he a good actor? Let's mack face. Beautiful start to any date right there.
"Other then that, no. Let's just get this over with." Oliver said. If they started to leave, Oliver would follow. It seemed tonight would be interesting at the very least.
Ryan, Lucas and Isalia
–
Ryan would express his boredom, something they all felt really but none of them knew what to do. The children wanted excitement, and hanging around the stark white halls of this facility wasn't exactly exciting. They had all heard stories that interested them, stories of the adventures their parents had and of the outside. It all seemed so fun, at least to Lucas and Isalia, though their reasons for thinking such were nearly the exact opposite. What could they do? What would bring the extremely under-stimulated children some excitement?
"Well, let's go somewhere." Isalia said putting her book down.
"Um, where?" Lucas said, wondering what his sister meant.
"I don't know, somewhere else" Isalia said with a tone that expressed the statements obviousness.
"Like....outside the facility? Oliver said we shouldn't leave, at least not without supervision." Lucas said with an almost worried tone.
"Fine, me and Ryan will have fun without you." Isalia said with a smirk.
"Really? You're gonna play it like that? Egh, fine. How are we getting there?" Lucas said with a bit of irritation.
"We're driving of course." Isalia said, a certain confidence to her words.
"None of us kn....Wait, you know how to drive?" Lucas said, realizing what Isalia meant mid sentence.
"Mhm." Isalia said before getting up, ignoring her brothers concerned looks. She would head to the door to Oliver's lab, her mind made up. Lucas staggered after her, likely going to try and talk her out of it. Whether Ryan wanted to stay or go though wasn't known.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver, Chris and Aaron
-
”Course you are. I scoped it out ahead of time, whole thing was like...a rate or whatever.” Aaron stated, showing his lack of knowledge when it came to movies beyond if they were good or not. Honestly he was wondering if Oliver would even go for this whole thing, though Aaron had ways of making people do things if he truly wanted them to. Sure, he didn't have any mental powers that allowed that but when trying he had a certain charisma. By charisma, it was meant that he sort of knew which buttons to press to make someone work with him.
”That's the spirit.” Chris noted with a reassuring pat on Oliver's shoulder, slightly worried that Aaron's plan had in some fashion annoyed Oliver. Eventually they would end up taking the secret elevator, taking them into the company floor with a few employees walking around. None of them noticed the three as they walked into the lobby. ”Should be around here somewhere.” Chris noted scoping the area until his eyes fell upon someone.
”And they're late too. That bastard.” Aaron muttered, though it was more light hearted than anything else. ”Hey Colin! Over here!” Aaron called out, much to the visible annoyance of Omega as the mystery date of the evening waltzed on over to them.
”Ummm..hi guys.”
”Here ya go Oliver, the socially awkward loser you're going on said date with.” Zeta noted with a motion of a hand.
”I'm still surprised he agreed.” Colin noted with a raised brow.
”I'm still surprised you agreed Colin.” Chris added with a small smile. ”Well, you two have fun and try not to burn anything down.”

Ryan
–
Ryan wanted excitement, something to break him out of the boredom of the stark white facility they lived in. Isalia suggested they do something and he wasn't even sire they could do anything, that being until his sister mentioned she could drive. He looked to his elder sister with admiration as if he was not sure he was hearing her correctly. ”Woah, that's awesome.” Ryan whispered excitedly with eyes that appeared as if they were sparkling somewhat. The idea that she had learned to drive made him wonder when she did, but excitement overruled the obvious question.
”Are we gonna steal one of dads cool cars?” He asked, considering that what he had gleaned from their elder brother Aaron, their father had a lot of cool ones to choose from.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver, Chris and Aaron
-
So they took the elevator up to the company lobby, which was where this mystery person was supposed to be waiting. Oliver wasn't exactly nervous, but was quite insecure in not knowing who he would be sharing this date with. He wasn't one to jump into things without knowing about them first, yet here he was. In all honesty he didn't want to do this, but not doing it meant throwing his brothers efforts out the window, and that was just plain rude. Then Oliver spotted him, and instantly knew, for some reason, he was the date they picked. He almost involuntarily swayed back toward the elevator door, but then Aaron called for him. Gamma quickly stopped, turning back to Colin before he could realize Oliver was just trying to leave.
Seriously.....this guy? He was so, geeky, and always had a smile plastered on his face which was in direct contrast to Oliver, which usually showed no expression at all. Gender wasn't really an issue for Oliver, but he didn't think Colin rolled that way, and he certainly didn't think the male wanted to go on a date with him. Alas, this was the situation. He wasn't going to be a total dick and leave now, so it seemed....he was going on this date with a guy he didn't even really like. Oliver sighed, pulling a cigarette from his jacket pocket and lighting it up out of stress more then anything. He took a long drag from it, then blew the smoke throughout the room.
"I'll try not too." Oliver said watching his two brothers leave. So it seemed they just dropped him here, forcing him to deal with this himself.
"Alright, i guess we're going to this movie..." Oliver said, slightly put out but trying to hide it. He wanted to ring Zeta's neck, but now was not the time, that would come later.
Ryan, Lucas and Isalia
–
Isalia walked down the halls with persistence, it seemed her rapid fire choice to take one of the facilities cars out for a spin in the city couldn't be stopped by anyone or anything. Lucas finally caught up to her, and though he knew it was fruitless he spoke up.
"B-but Isalia! What if we get in trouble? What if you crash or something? Or get pulled over?" Lucas asked. Reasonable concerns, but the female likely wouldn't listen. Ryan seemed to be quite excited by the idea, which Isalia found odd. She thought he would be a bit more of the rulesy type considering his shyness.
"Yupp, but which one? He has so many." Isalia noted just before the group reached the elevator which would take them to the garage. Assuming they all got in, they would be taken to the ground level garage, filled with cars of all different kinds.
"Hmmm, let's see. Let's get something fast." Isalia said calmly looking over the vehicles in front of her.
"Something fast? Are you trying to kill us?" Lucas would ask, still reluctant about all this.
"Would you just relax?" Isalia asked before going to the cabinet that held all the keys. After a moment, she ended up picking a set for a black Nissan Z. She got in, and so did Lucas but he made sure to kick the seat up to allow Ryan in first.
"I hope you know what you're doing." Lucas said getting no response but the starting of the engine from the female. The car jumped forward suddenly, causing both Lucas and likely Ryan to yell before Isalia hit the breaks. She giggled at their screams, then hit it into high gear. The car screeched out of the garage, driving so very close to the other cars as it did. In moments they were on the streets, moving at way past the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic like it was Grand Theft Auto.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver and Colin
–
Chris could tell just from looking at Colin that he was somewhat nervous, probably thinking that he dressed a little too casual for the whole thing. Not that he imagined anyone would care about dressing casually, unless Oliver was a little shallower than he expected. Still, he knew the guy atleast well enough to know that at the very least he would not make the night unbearable. Colin however, was more feeling awkward because he had no idea if Oliver even liked him as a person. Trying to hide the awkwardness was all he could do, so Colin sort of put on a smile and buried his hands into his pockets.
Oliver seemed to light up a cigarette as the two stepped out of the front lobby into the cool evening air, Colin shuddering ever so slightly. As far as how he rolled, well the only reason Travis knew was because he had ways of finding out things and from there Chris had means of finding out, Aaron would have flirted with him even if he wasn't. Zipping his jacket up a little, he looked to Oliver who looked more than anything as if he would have rather been somewhere else. You could say it sort of killed the small mood that had formed, but then again this was all some manner of blind date thing anyway. ”Yeah, I guess we do.” Colin said with a nod, feeling his phone vibrate and checking it to see that it was Aaron texting him.
”He's checking up on us already.” Colin sighed before motioning for Oliver to come along. His car had been parked into the lot, a rather nice looking one with minimal scuffs and overall nice looking. Colin would unlock it, before slipping into the drivers seat and letting Oliver slip into the passengers side before starting it up. ”So...how did Aaron put you up to this?” He would ask as the vehicle was put into motion.
–
Ryan, Lucas and Isalia
–
Ryan found it difficult to keep up with Isalia once she had something in mind for the evening, which seemed to be stealing a car and driving through the town. His sister seemed like she wanted to do it, and Ryan more than anything felt like going along with them. Maybe this would actually be fun, unless they ended up causing a lot of damage and then only making their dad mad at them. While he had never seen that before, something told him that would have been a scary thing to witness. Lucas seemed more concerned with that kind of thing than him, which made sense considering that he was what one would call the responsible one of the group. Ryan went along with things, that was what someone would call a flaw really.
The three of them would step into the garage with a lot of sleek looking vehicles waiting for them to use them, most of them small sports cars that made him wonder what the allure of them was. The one they chose was a black car, one that looked pretty nice. He nodded in silent approval as Lucas kicked the chair forward to let him crawl into the back first, searching for some manner of seat belt before putting it on as he had been instructed to do before. Within a few seconds, the car lurched forward as his head slammed against the back of the seat and he let out a yelp. They were soon speeding through the streets in a speeding death trap, with Isalia at the wheel he had a feeling some damage would be done.
Once he managed to get a hold on himself, he looked out the window to see the streets blurring past him. It was all fun really.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver and Colin
–
So it would seem he had to be social. Oliver's general lack of enthusiasm was obviously making Colin a bit less comfortable, so perhaps he should just lighten up a little, at least so he wouldn't come off as rude. He kind of looked like a teenager being forced into something by his parents, but rather then keep that look, he forced as much joy onto his face as he could, which wasn't at lot really.
Colin's phone then vibrated, and guess who it was? They just saw him seconds ago, what the hell did he want? Whatever it was, Oliver didn't ask, he really didn't care. They would leave the lobby, then move out to a relatively nice car. They both got in, getting ready by putting belts on and such. Colin then asked about how Aaron got him to go on a date, which Oliver actually didn't even know the answer too.
"Well, he's a convincing person when he wants to be." Oliver said, rolling down the window slightly as not to fill up the car with smoke. This was pretty awkward, and he desperately wanted to strike up a conversation just to get rid of all the dead air. He knew he probably seemed like a jerk right now, but hey, he couldn't really help it if he didn't like the situation.
"So did they tell you who you were seeing on this fine evening, or was this blind for you too? Just wondering really, since i didn't really think you were interested in me." Oliver would say just to keep things from going silent once they started to drive.
Ryan, Lucas and Isalia
–
So they sped past all manner of things, cars, people, buildings, whatever. There were plenty of close calls, yet Isalia seemed calm and they hadn't hit anything....so maybe she wasn't such a terrible driver after all. They had reached speeds that would definitely garner attention eventually, so Isalia would have to slow down or risk getting pulled over or worse, she could try to outrun them. It went on like this for several minutes, the cars high powered engine buzzing as they traversed the streets of town. In moments they skidded into a parking lot, it seemed they had arrived at whatever place they were said to have been going too. What this place was, though, would likely get Lucas going on again.
"This place looks fun. I think it's called a night club or something." Isalia said getting out.
"Oh come on! A nigh-...There she goes again." Lucas said, stepping out of the car and making sure to let Ryan out. He went after the female, who was now approaching the crowd of people clamoring outside the clubs entrance. Catching up to her, he would grab her by the shoulder and turn her around.
"What do you think you're doing? How do you even expect to get in?" Lucas asked, sincerely wondering.
"That's the easy part. You remember how dad was talking about those powers? Well i think i got a new one." Isalia said simply before forcibly removing her brothers hand from her. What she said invoked a confused look on Lucas, why hadn't she told someone about her new power?
"I thought we were sharing our powers with each other, why didn't you tell me?" Lucas asked, sincerely disappointed Isalia didn't do what she said she would.
"Well I'm telling you now." She said as she continued onward to the crowd. Once their, she worked her way up to the front while Lucas trailed behind. Eventually she made it too the bouncer, who immediately looked at her with a disapproving face.
"What are you doin', get out of here and take your underage friends with ya'." The bouncer said. Isalia just smirked at him, vibrant eyes devoid of all emotion to a near sadistic level.
"As if, i own this club." Isalia said. Everyone who had heard her immediately were under the impression she owned the building, and even Lucas found himself thinking that for a moment before his strong mind and will broke free from the suggestion. It did do well in shocking him though, he didn't even know what to think for a moment.
"W-what was that?" Lucas said as he followed Isalia into the club, who was instantly allowed inside.
"I don't really know what to call it yet." Was all isalia said as they walked into the dark club. It had many colored lights scattered about, yet they didn't illuminate much. The music was loud, the lights were awesome, and everyone looked to be having a good time. Now this was exciting.

Re: I am being super serious right now [Gamma, double exp]
Oliver and Colin
–
Honestly he found himself wondering how he got himself into this, though it had been only earlier today that Aaron had used those persuasive skills of his to get him to agree to this. Something about helping him get past the mourning period, though that made him wonder if the guy knew anything about how that kind of thing worked. Still, even if his dating experience had been rather minimal, he was hoping this did not become some manner of utter disaster. If only because that would have just sort of made a streak as far as terrible dates went, except maybe this time he would not nearly get killed by a giant squid. ”Well you're right about that.” Colin agreed sort of letting his eyes wander for a moment before shooting back to the road as they cruised along.
Honestly, he had never considered he would ever even end up doing this with Oliver. Considering the only times he really saw him was in the lab, many people had come to call the guy a workaholic. If it were true, well he had no reason to judge anyway. While not to the same extreme, Travis was a workaholic himself, though Colin could not say how much of one he was. ”It was blind on my end too. Apparently Aaron thought I was moping or something stupid like that. Don't know what he means but if the guy really wants something he has a way of getting it.” He shrugged as much as he could while driving. ”So he was like hey, I set up a date for you and here I am.” It was by no means complaining, just Colin running through how he ended up here. ”One thing leads to another and here I am.”
If there was one thing he did not want, it was awkward tension. ”Not to say you aren't an interesting guy. I just...well I don't really know what i'm trying to say.” Now he was beginning to babble a little, making things awkward for him and likely Oliver.

Ryan, Lucas and Isalia
–
It was likely Isalia had some idea on what they would do, as she was the one driving and Ryan believed she had an idea. If she did not, well then he had a feeling things would be going nowhere quickly. Sure, she drove around with complete knowledge on what she was doing, but then again that could have been chalked up to their above average human faculties. Eventually they found themselves at what looked like a Nightclub, though Ryan would have not even known what one of those were. Upon being let out, he would look to the line of people that were set up before the building as if waiting for something and he found himself more than anything curious about what they were doing.
Nervously he began to twiddle his thumbs, more than anything unsteady around so many people doing what it was that they did. Talking, staring and all of that stuff. Being scared of crowds did have it's disadvantages, but then again he could not blame his siblings for not knowing that much. The three of them approached the bouncer, though Ryan sort of stood behind Lucas while they dealt with him. A strange sensation washed over him as Isalia talked and the guy sort of listened, though he felt as if he were being pulled into something before breaking out. First it looked like they would not be allowed inside and then they were, which was pretty cool when he thought about it. Maybe Isalia could do a weird thing where she made people do what she wanted by just talking. It worked with that whole bossy attitude she sometimes put up.
Upon entering, his ears were assualted with loud music, something that made him wince slightly. Lights were flashing and people dancing around, so this was what a club was. The lights were what caught his attention, as he seemed to stare enraptured at the lights playing across the floor, not even the people there but the lights themselves.
