Personality: Arrogant. Dismissive. Domineering.

History:
Bryce was born in Beaumont, excelling in school but enduring far too much bullying. When he discovered the world of magic, he studied with a chilling intensity.
After a time, he set up shop in Houston, quickly and viciously eliminating or dominating any utilizer of magic that could possibly be a threat. He rules the Houston magical community with an iron fist. Anyone else--if they knew of him--should give thanks he considers them too insignificant to care about.

The Powers and Weaknesses

(All characters can be as powerful as they want, as long as they are balanced with proper weaknesses.)

Power 1: Transmutation
Bryce can change one substance to another. He can't create moving parts but can generally cause them to break. He can not effect living material (flesh, plants) but can effect formerly living material (wood, apples) He is in the habit of changing the substance of bullets-in-flight. (unless that's not allowed... maybe just bullets once they hit their target?)

Power 2: Force Shield
Through altering the substance of the air around himself he turns aside incoming attacks. (This can be used to shield others, in the rare instance that he cares enough to bother.)

Weakness 1: Megalomania
Houston is MINE!

Weakness 2: Paranoia
There are all out to get me and I will get them first.

Weakness 3: Sadism
He derives a bit too much pleasure from dominating others.

Weakness 4: Cowardice
Bullies are cowards, and Bryce is no exception. He delights in dominating the weaker and is terrified by the very notion that someone else might not be weaker.

Weakness 5: Magic rot
He wasn't always this bad. The depths of his depravity and mental instibility have been eaten away by magic use. So too, some of his body--the rot has eroded him physically as well as mentally. All ready, there is little left of the pinkie and ring finger on his left hand, several patches of skin are rotting and vulnerable--one near his left shoulder, one on his right side, one beneath his left ear, and the muscle in his left leg is badly rotted--he walks with a cane.
