Anne-Marie "Anna" Freeman, Daughter of Samaritan

So, my character Samaritan has a daughter named Anne-Marie Freeman, nicknamed Anna. Unbeknownst to Samaritan (Walter), his daughter is not only alive, but also inherited his abilities. So much so, that she actually physically ages much slower than he does.

I'd very much like to propose, if someone was willing, that they could take the reins of this character. Essentially, these are the important things about this sort of "Wanted Ad"

A younger looking girl (Mid-Twenties, maybe), actually in her 60's, being born in 1952.
Lost her Father at Age 8
Lost her Mother at around Age 30
Grew up in a caring home environment, with a loving mother and father (Albeit a mostly absent father). Whether or not she knew her father was Samaritan is up to the player.
Has most, if not all her fathers abilities, or even some abilities that he doesn't, being half-human.
Player has complete free range over how the character developed over the years, and how she is now. Whether or not she resents her father's absence, or not, and how she feels about her abilities.

I realize it's kind of extreme to ask someone to just play a character, especially if it seems to just benefit the arc of another character, but I don't feel like that's the case here.

I want the player to have complete control over everything the character does, and how she acts. While I'd prefer that they met at some point, the two characters technically wouldn't need to ever interact.

Hopefully someone finds the character interesting enough to flesh her out as they see fit, and give her a life of her own.
