Personality:
Tyler cares a lot about his friends and family. He would always try to protect them, no matter the cost. He has great value in liberty and hates it when people abuse that right. He goes great lengths to protect the innocent. He can be very iimpatient since he is used to doing things at a fast rate. This can annoy peoplr and drive them away. Tyler hates overconfident individuals or people who believe they are better than everyone else.

History:
Tyler was kidnapped by an organization at the age of 10. He was enrolled into a program called project lightspeed. The organization operated by taking many kids and doing experiments on them. The program was the lifeline of the company. The goal was to make the ultimate super solider who could travel faster than the speed of light. They used supercharged Tachyon particles to add ti the molecular structure of a human being. It is very painful and deadly. Eventually, when he was 12, the day came where Tyler had to step up. He was very frightened. He had seen many subjects die instantly. Bare sat outside the doors as thr scientists were bringing out a skeleton of a once alive child.

Tyler was shoved into the room as the door closed behind him. He didn't know what to do at first. He saw the scientists looking at him behind a protective glass. Bare waited a few seconds before the room suddenly lit up in a bright yellow light. Tyler screamed in fear and pain as he instantly lost consciousness. He woke up in a room with no doors or windows. Just a white wall surrounding him l n all sides. Tyler felt a bit different, something changed but he didnt know what it was. He began panicking. He threw himself at the wall only to hurt himself. He even tried pushing the wall. Suddenly, he felt himself shiver and he was out of the room. Soon after that the alarm sounded. Many men came at him with assault rifles. They fired but something was a miss. It was like some slowed down time.

Tyler escaped from the forces before one step sent him to a door that was 200 ft away. Tyler was confused, before he exited the facility and ran...fast. He ran all the way to New York before passing out on the sidewalk. He woke up in the hospital bed, dazed and confused. The doctors told him that his metabolism had increased greatly, and he had to eat a lot more if he was going to keep living. Tyler was asked how to contact his parents, but he didnt remember who they were. Sneaking out of the hospital, he spent the next 5 years honing his skills before starting his career at the age of 17. Now 18, continues to protect the innocent and fightkng crime,

Power 1: Superspeed: Tyler is able to run up to mach 3. This enables him to run on water, up walls, and dodge standard attacks with ease. He creates a red and yellow speed trail when he runs. He can also move his limbs to move rapidly so he can have quick combos put into his attacks. He isn't very strong, but when he puts the momentum from his running into his attacks, they can do some damage.

Weakness 1: Tyler cannot run on little to frictionless surfaces. Doing this with will cause him to go out of control/slip likely running into something. The damage done to his body will depend on the speed he's running at, and what he's slamming into.

Power 2: Reflexes: Tyler has very good reaction time, even able to dodge bullets. This is because he can move so fast, everything else appears slow.

Weakness 2: Tyler can be snuck up on, if he does not know the attack is coming, he is defenseless. If he is dodging multiple attacks at once, his reaction time will not be as good if he was fighting one person.

Power 3: Vibration: Bare is able to vibrate his molecules through solid objects. This means he can phase through walls, gates, jail cells, etc.

Weakness 3: Bare cannot vibrate through something that is already vibrating, most likely he will end up stuck in it or he will be rejected from it, and pushed away. He also cannot vibrate through people or animals, endanger of messing up his biology or another's.

You don't need to put 4 points in ability for reflexes. Those are covered by FS.

The phasing power will need a duration and cooldown. At 2 points it would last up to 2 posts and have a cooldown equal to the duration it lasted.
