There was a beautiful turn of events underway, and the ever opportunistic Gadget was ever so happy about it. Soon enough he'd find himself in the company of none other than Subject:Surge and Subject:Pulse. Of course he was expecting them, they were the guests of honor. He found himself pleased with how easily it was to puppet around the Renegade informant. As irritating as it was, he had to admit the games of cat and mouse he played with the little Irishman were ever so amusing. Gadget always had his eyes on him but no matter what he did he could never touch him. It was like smoke...you could see it but to try and capture it with your bare hands was fruitless. That was of course why John and Jeisen would be joining him this evening. They had something he wanted, and in turn he had something that THEY wanted.

Pushing himself away from his computer he stood tall. A small man to be sure, no larger than Atterrius' wannabe Gizmo and as thin as a rail. He pressed his glasses up and then the mechanical arms pulled the magnifying lenses away for a moment as he turned to walk away. His lair was massive indeed, hidden very well within Maine, cloaked by technology that not even his peers could fathom. Quickly turning down a hallway he ignored the tubes of dozen of Gizmo clones that lay dormant, peaceful slumber in their ooze. Humming "Zippity do dah" as he walked the dark corridor's he took a turn to the right, and then to the left. Technology straight out of a science fiction novel and magical devices forgotten by all of magi kind sparking to life. Not even skipping a beat he walked into his own "personal prison" area and went over to a cell with a glowing, yet translucent blue energy wall for a door.

"Zippity doo dah, Zippity day, why oh why so glum my Entei?" he sang with a smile, taking a seat on the little junk-yard refurbished lawn chair that say facing out, where one would expect a guard to sit. He looked through the wall and propped his chin into his hands as if he sat there studying the demon prince with a rather scrutinizing gaze. Across form Entei were two other cells, two other people sat in them, identical. Twins, even an idiot could guess that. They had a tanned complexion and even darker hair with looks of anxiety towards the little man who sat with his attention on Entei. "Oh me oh my, you don't seem to like this much better than an normal Agency compound do you?" he asked with a curious little tone and a slight smile of amusement.

"Ya know," Entei began, running a hand through his black blue hair as his eyes drew into a tight scowl, focused on the man who sat across from him. "You talk awfully confidentially for a man who is taunting the prince of demons." As Entei sat, watching the man, his tail swayed behind him, seemingly watching the man itself, of it's own accord. Entei had been studying his captor the entire time of his sentence. The man's smell, how he walked, the sound and patterns of his breathing, Entei had memorized all of it in the relatively short amount of time he had been captured. Then again, what else did he have to do while sitting in this cage? He had counted the amount of hairs on his tail already, three times in fact.

"Unlike the other chumps you captured, this isn't some moniker given to me by some grateful towns people." As he talked, he spread his hand out, summoning a fire ball of cerulean light into his hands. "I'm the real deal. Pure blooded demon, if you use the word pure loosely I suppose." He let out a sigh, extinguishing the fire by closing his palm. "Do you think I'm not going to break out? Do you think my family, or the Guardians aren't coming for me? You better hope they don't at least, because when they do, I'm going to rip out your throat and eat it."

"Oh I know who you are. I know your family too. I know the organizations the little webs and secrets and the hush hush that goes into your daddy in his little Hellverse. But Satan's are dimes a dozen. They come and go, just like I will." Gadget said with sigh. "Emperor of flames. Michael Krieger. Son of Satan, half blood demon prince. Blah blah I could go on. But as amusing as your words are...that's all they are. Words." Gadget said with a shrug, staring at the twins at the opposite side of the chamber who were shivering.

"Ya wonder why it's strange that there are no Agents here? That it's just me myself and these twins? It's because I don't WANT you on that leash. You look so...miserable on it. " He said with a sigh and then resuming his "thinker" pose staring absent minded off to the twins again. He let out a little hum before deciding it would be appropriate to address all of Entei's questions. "Ya see Mikey... I KNOW your Guardian friend is coming... Jeisen. I practically sent a messenger. He's coming here... he doesn't even know you're here though... he won't either." He sighed before pressing the button on the wall the blue translucent wall disappearing. Gadget let himself into the cell and sat down, cross legged as he leaned forward, hands together with index fingers pointed up and pressed against his lips.

"Now why would I do that Mike?" Gadget asked, fully aware Entei wasn't able to do absolutely anything because of the shackling, and even if the shackle weren't there it wasn't as if he could call upon his powers in the presence of the twins. Gadget liked this guy, he had a spark, a fire almost. Pun all intended, but still... there was something you couldn't teach about him. It fascinated Gadget, kept him interested. Made him more willing to help out even...

"Fuck, I don't know.." Entei said, flexing his fire once more, taking a bored look around the room. "If I had to guess though, it has to do with those two kid, and why my power isn't at a fraction of what it use to be. The collar doesn't inhibit my powers, just guides them. I know I'm stupid, but tell me, how close am I?"

"Admitting that you know little makes you smarter than you could ever realize. But yes, you're accurate. Those kids are why I brought you here. But that's only to keep you calm while I offer you a deal. Because you see Entei..we're not THAT different." Gadget said with a smile before clearing his throat and repositioning himself. Gadget wasn't the type to divulge his sob story. No one gave a damn. Even Gadget didn't give a damn, so at least there was always that in common. "So... tell me Entei. Are you interested in at least hearing me out? It involves you getting out of that collar." Gadget asked, the last part in an elevated song like type of tone.

"We're not that.... different?" Entei said, raising an eyebrow curiously. "I'm much taller, with a body that male models would be jealous of. Which, when you think about it, with how little I work out, and how much I eat..doesn't make sense.." Entei trailed off, staring at the sky for a moment, before shaking his head. "Regardless, you're a short, scrawny nerd, who I'm sure has never been royalty. But, if you say so."

Leaning against the force field of his cage, Entei crossed his arms, staring angrily at Gadget as he did so.

"But yea, tell me your plan. So that when it doesn't work, and I break out and free those kids, I can shove it, along with my sword, straight up your ass."

"Such a testy little thing. I think we both know if you had the ability to do it, you'd have done it already." Gadget said as he simply shrugged it off. "You see, I created that collar around your neck. I'm also the only person who can remove it. I want to remove it...but if you're not even gonna listen to me why would I risk it?" Gadget said with a wry smirk. He wouldn't lie, he enjoyed toying with the little demon, but ultimately the demon wasn't his enemy. He sighed and actually shifted himself in the cage so that he was actually sitting next to Entei. He smiled slightly as he held out his hands as if they were a scale.

  "Entei. I'm going to loosen the shackle. Then I'm going to free you. But I need you to do something for me once I do."He said shifting before he leaned slightly closer, whispering a secret. "I want you to kill as many of the black suited bastards that you possibly can." He said with rather happy tone as he tapped his little feet together and started humming the tune to "Renegade" by Styx.

  "So... I'm going to turn off the shackle now. Not remove it, but turn it off so you can give me an answer that is yours and ONLY yours." Gadget said matter of fact in presentation before looking at Entei with a rather friendly smile. "I also know you won't kill me. Because without me it never comes off...and the boys in black will turn it right back on once they figure it out." He said before pressing a button on his wrist watch and then letting the watch scan his thumbprint. The shackle was deactivated and Entei was free...for the moment.

Entei stared at Gadget for a moment, his mouth slightly agape from surprise, his eyebrows pulled tight in confusion. He thought he had heard him wrong, had misunderstood what he meant. But alas, he had not. Fire whirled around Entei as the collar's control over him diminished, his horns and tail ignited into life, and his feral, demon like appearance came back. He let out a smile, as he and gadget were surrounded by a ring of fire, before it split off and vanished into a cerulean mist, before completely disappearing.

"You expect me to believe, that you want me to kill all of your agents?" Entei said finally, looking towards the small man with an odd look. "Tell me, just what exactly do you get out of this? Don't tell me you have a crush on me. I'm flattered, but I'm also engaged."

"Yeah...The Aegis of Earth. Sweet girl. Sassy too, got that fire. Then again so do you, am I right?" Gadget chuckled almost as if they had been friends for a long time and this was just casual. Gadget knew that if Entei hadn't killed him yet it wasn't likely to happen any time soon. "But no. I don't have a crush on you. I do, however, so happen to be no friend of The Agency. I'm a business associate, but business and pleasure are separate, right?" He asked before pulling out his little ivory flask and unscrewing the top, taking a quick swig after he threw his head back.

"I get the satisfaction of knowing The Agency won't win. Ya see, as I said. Your buddy is already on his way. I'm going to barter with him to unshackle you if he agrees to give me a name. I'll also supply you guys with some Anti-Agency cloaking and a few weapons here and there. Support the cause, do my duty. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to him I already freed you, and I have the name I need. You're going to kill Agents, increase paranoia. Paranoia equals profit my friend. When I profit you guys are happy. Because I use the money to innovate new weapons, to give to you. So I'm slowly giving you more advanced weaponry, exclusive arsenals AND I'm providing you information and financially weakening the black suited bastards." He said very matter of factly. It looks like his "betrayal" had been thought out rather well. Of course it seemed as though he wanted Entei's agreement for some reason. As if he wanted to know if Entei would really go along with the plan at hand. He was just asking Entei to kill a lot of Agents...that wasn't a bad thing, right?

"Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn" Entei said as he rose to his full height inside of the cage, turning his neck to the side and 'cracking' it. He rolled his shoulders, and stretched his arms, a cocky smile growing onto his face. "Even if this is a set up, doesn't really matter to me. I get to kill some of the bastards who threatened to hurt my fiance. Two things though," Entei started, raising two fingers and lowering them as he named them off. "Firstly, I need my sword. Secondly, I'm a hero. I can't exactly leave those two kids in the hands of a crazy psychotic backstabbing man like you, now can I?"

"Pity doo, the sword I can do! The children however, I cannot." Gadget said with a sigh and looking to the kids. "You see, these kids are actually SAFE with me. I mean just ask them. They were perfectly normal kids before dear old dad decided it was time to weaponize his family against metahumans!" He said as he extended an arm to point at them, as if showing them off as the example of the story he was telling.

"With me the boys are fed constantly, and they're together so they don't have any separation anxiety attacks. Whereas with DAD they are starved, forced into brainwashing and even separated continents away. So rest assured they're fine here. Right boys? Tell 'em. Would you rather be here or with your dear old dad?" Gadget said before asking the boys. They both looked at each other before one of them quietly spoke up.

"Y-you." There wasn't any real question for them. Gadget lit up and looked to Entei with a satisfied smile.

"But their daddy knows they're here. If you somehow break out and saved the kids, well now we've done everything except hand The Agency a letter saying I'm on your side. Which if we do that... I'm not exactly in the best situation to help your goal, now am I?" Gadget asked before snapping his fingers and motioning with his hand. The next thing you knew there was a robotic person bringing Entei's sword right to him. "You'll get your time to play Hero. Just leave the thinking to people like me, and I'll leave the guts and glory to the guys like you, eh?" Gadget asked before the sword was offered to him. Gadget himself stood up and pressed the button on his belt again, Entei's shackle reinstated though only to prevent him from cutting him down.

"So Mike.... Entei... Flame Emporer.... Cyan Exorcist.... we got a deal?" He asked while extending his hand.

Entei grabbed the sword in his hand, the cool wooden sheath feeling familiar and comfortable in his enclosed hand. With his other hand, he set it gently upon the cloth wrapped handle, his eyes flickering along the length of this demonic relic. For a moment, he had thought he would be given a fake sword, sent towards the agency without his full power, and towards his doom. This, however, was the genuine article. His real sword. He wrapped the long, cord like strap that hung from the sheath over his back, before extending his hand towards Gadget, despite how bad of an idea that probably was.

"As much as I don't like this, this is the only way I get back everything." He said plainly, scowling at the man "For your sake, I hope this isn't a trap, not even death can keep a demon from getting it's revenge. Not to mention my family. If you thought hurting a black girl was bad karma, try tricking a demon."
