Personality:
Cold and calculating, entirely sadistic and anti-metahuman. This mechanical being is often times most akin to a sociopath like murderer who see value in human life but seems to entirely despise and disregard anything that is metahuman. It is far more monster than machine and while it thoroughly enjoys manipulating others, there is no joy like the death of a metahuman, be it ally or enemy.

History:
The history of C.O.N.D.U.I.T is rather brief. It was an anti-metahuman tool invented by Gadget, the Agency's top weapon supplier and was modified using Gene-Tech earth-shattering advancements in biotechnology. Through fusing GadgeTech AIM's and specialized highly replenishing stem-cells the creature is able to process and replicate any ability it's processed into it's stem cells. The history of this creatures psyche is uncertain but many believe that it was tampered with by Zell Atterrius in order to prevent The Agency form being able to maximize on a Gene-Tech and GadgeTech hybrid device.

The Powers

Power Sourcing Protocol: Devour (10 Ability) - Perhaps you've taken notice of his most uncanny feature. A huge double-barreled meat-grinder embedded into his chest. Well this power is what that grinder is for. Power Sourcing Protocol: Devour is the power to take a metahuman and shove them into that grinder. Then his highly advanced circuitry processes their genetic material and emulates whatever that Metahuman's ability was, but supercharges it to the max!

Reprocessed material: (8 Durability) - Well the metagene is taken and processed, so what happens to the rest of it? The bone and blood and stuff? Glad you asked. Look at his metal and his framework. That's what happens to those. As such, his victims have become his armor, and his armor is very durable.

Combat Protocol: (8 Fighting Skills) - Combat sensory and databases that allows him to ascertain tactics and deploy a counter-measure method.
